I had a great experience with KFC customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled my order efficiently. They were patient while I decided what to order and made helpful suggestions without being pushy. My food was ready quickly, and everything was fresh and accurate.
The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the team seemed to work well together, even during a busy time. I really appreciated the positive attitude and professionalism of the employees. It made the visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Keep up the great work!
The man was nice. But I would really recommend not going. I ate there 4 hours ago and ever since I’ve felt awful…
The chicken was so greasy and the chips even with salt were so bland
Burger was not so bad but bun was cold.
So disappointing and I feel generally sick. I never make reviews but I will never go back there again.
I wait more 1.30 hours for delivery and when come has cold.i contact the shop and them answer was is not them fault and they can't do nothing and I should complain to customer service
Lal Bagh used to be great - now with new owners I was able to have the worst experience!
A simple family evening out with my wife and two young kids. We have been coming to this restaurant for at least 8 years, since we moved to Bushey. I has changed hands, I think post pandemic. There used to be really friendly staff their who cared about their customers and quality of the food. In my opinion this is no longer the case.
On this occasion there there were two, maybe three young people running the restaurant. Two were on laptops at the front the the dining area. We ordered drinks and food.
To cover the food - mediocre at best. Popadoms were not fresh. This is where it does wrong. My wife had ordered a diet coke. When it came it was flat. No waiting staff coming to our table so she asked the two, on the laptops, about the flat coke. She was rudely told that they had just opened the bottle to it could not be flat. Totally dismissed the matter.
We finished our food and got the bill. I went to the front to pay. I explained to the the lady member of staff who had come away from her laptop to take payment that I thought if was awful the way they had treated my wife. The other chap got up from his laptop and stood next to me starring at me, quiet menacingly. I asked why he was doing this and the lady said he was looking after her safety. I asked if I was being rude or threatening. She said I was not. Yet he continued to stare at me as if preparing for a fight.
I will of course never go back to a restaurant which I have probably spent many hundreds of pounds over the years. All over a small glass of coke that they could not be bothered to deal with. If the bottle cost £1 they would have had to deal with 30p worth. Amazing.
Will not recommend and suggest anyone thinks twice about going here.
Food arrived incorrectly, duck had wrong sauce, rice was cold somehow. Ribs has no bones in them? Order beef in black bean sauce, was given chicken in some funky sauce. No desert which we ordered. Won't answer the phone l, won't replace or refund for the mistake. Avoid if at all possible they are terrible and the service is non existent
Its always good time visiting pizza hut; i mean; we are having pizza so could it go wrong?
there is good parking availability in the premises and also staff was polite and quick.
enjoyable, and now I am craving a Pizza! :D
I visited the Happy Hour to primarily watch football and have dinner. The place is downright horrid. Asked for cider, they had Strongbow on draft and one bottle of Bulmers. The Strongbow tasted terrible. The place is just a dive, falling to bits. Filthy interior, wonky tables, dirty furniture, dirty toilets the lot. Anyway... I decided for some reason to eat here, and i picked the Crispy Duck. This is the absolute strangest meal I’ve ever had, its like they heard what goes into Crispy Duck wraps and just guessed. Had a sizzling plate of crispy duck on fried onions brought out, with four wraps, diced carrot and halved cucumbers! But the duck was in chunks, so it was impossible to eat in a wrap. The cutlery/condiment stand was on a par, with three forks and four spoons available, and the tomato sauce sachets were filthy, i had to wash my hands after touching them. It’s as if they didn’t care about customers or their presentation on a whole, I’ll never come back here, even at gunpoint. I’m genuinely struggling to list a good point about Happy Hour. The TV was pretty much on the ceiling, and I couldn’t hear any of the commentary. Avoid at all costs, please, save yourself..
Ordered on their new self service checkout.
We ordered poached egg on toast, and porridge with honey as well as two pots of tea.
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, maybe 8 tables and us, yet we still waited almost 20 minutes before the food came out. (You sort out the drinks yourself)
The food was literally dropped on the table and went to leave. My partner asked if he could have sauce and a couple of sachets were almost thrown at him.
The porridge had no honey, so I asked the staff member who said it was already in the bowl. It wasn’t, so I went to the counter and asked for it.
The man didn’t even know where the honey was kept.
When I got back to the table my partner was eating his poached eggs. They were so overdone it looked like they had put hard boiled eggs minus the shells on his toast.
It was obviously understaffed but surely anyone can poach a couple of eggs?
The whole point of the self service is that you sit down and your meal is brought to you.
Great in theory - terrible in practice.
