My order tonight was very bad not cooked the chicken was raw and smells like bad eggs I would like my money back please so bad the food so bad and last week my husband had someone teeth in the food
Friendly welcome Starbucks
I’ve been part of a visiting film crew to Watford, and thank goodness for the proximity of Starbucks for my personal caffeine needs! Josh (only name I heard) and the team there were always friendly and welcoming. Keep smiling all! Lucy 🎥
Received a very thing dry barely any cheese dropped to my daughter and her friends she told told me how bad I had to order something else then i called them to complain all they said oh sorry
Next morning I found one of the pizza 18’ only quarter eaten and the other only third is eaten possibly they had to eat anything till the other food arrived. So I called them again offering to send photos or even take it to show them how bad.he even confirmed I ordered deep pan. He said either way it will go in the bin. He was not helpful at all. Shame they were good

Hi, we ordered a portion of garlic mushroom and chicken tikka masala with a couple of garlic nans today. Surprisingly, the chicken tikka masala tasted very sweet as if it tasted more like a butter chicken curry. Even that wasn’t cooked well as the consistency of the gravy wasn’t right as it was supposed to be for a butter chicken curry. The garlic nans were too thick to eat and it was more like the Arabian kubboos. To the surprise, the delivery time was very impressive for a wrong food.
Was a bit apprehensive about coming here after reading the reviews, but Pizza Express was a pleasant surprise! Piping hot, fresh food. Excellent service and a lovely ambience.
Our waitress Nomusa was so lovely and is a big reason as to why we will be returning!

Fantastic staff, every time we go there staff always seems to be happy and service is always on point.
I ordered a coffee milkshake, and then saw one of the specials on the board. I asked if it was too late to change it (it would have been identical price) Rather than provide a decent customer service ..instead she said 'nah its too late'.
Then they realised the coffee machine was broken. All of a sudden it wasn't too late to change my order ! I just said I would like a refund in which she responded 'sorry I can't because my manager isn't here'. As far as I'm concerned, thats not my problem. I pushed back against this and said no, I would like a refund. No apology for the inconvenience or any kind of acknowledgement for their mistake.
The girl making the milkshakes decided she wanted to butt her nose in, so I started to receive EXTREMELY rude and evil looks from her. She was also highly unprofessional, rolling her eyes at other customers about me and laughing with other staff. It wasn't her business to get involved, and it is vile low levels of customer service. This is disgusting. She also didn't look as if she should have been working in a food service place, with fake eyelashes and nails.
On the way out she decided to continue to give me dirty looks - thanks for sealing that further, I will not be returning. I will be ensuring to share on social media about your customer service.
Went to Steinbeck and Shaw early on a busy Saturday evening. We'd always liked the atmosphere and prices of drinks were very good. Asked for Bellini, they don't do Bellinis. Asked for a mojito, no mint. Asked for a gin and tonic, given in a plastic goblet, no lemon slice available. I had a pint glass for my beer, so I couldn't understand why my wife had to have a cheap plastic one. A pretty poor experience at a cocktail bar we really used to like.
Amazing food, brilliant staff, clean and safe. Very child friendly catered for all. Drinks were cold and crisp! Will defo be returning. Well done team!
