Friendly welcome Starbucks I’ve been part of a visiting film crew to Watford, and thank goodness for the proximity of Starbucks for my personal caffeine needs! Josh (only name I heard) and the team there were always friendly and welcoming. Keep smiling all! Lucy 🎥

I went to have a business meeting at Starbucks, Watford shopping centre yesterday. I received a very bad customer service from staff, particularly from lady Alexis. After my drink was served I asked for a receipt whereas I had to document my business meeting. Alexis refused to give me the receipt by saying that I should have asked for receipt before ordering. I asked her to reprint the receipt and she refused to do so. Instead, she collected old receipts laying on the table and threw them away in front of me which I took as giving me an attitude. I have never come across such rudeness from staff just because a customer asks for receipt. I never got my receipt which is even illegal I reckon. Besides terrible staff, the place was untidy and they used only paper cups for coffee which is neither classy nor environment-friendly. I would expect much better customer service and quality of the place for the prices they charge. I would rather avoid Starbucks in future.

I saw on tiktok that there was a santa Claus frappe and so I went but they didn't have it as the video was American. There was a man at the till who said they didn't have it but if I showed him a picture he could try to make it for me. It looked just like the picture and was the best drink I've had from there.

I enjoyed the coffee here and I liked the service I received here, Well done Katy Ewa Sarah and Sophie, it was very fast and nice from you!!! I recommend this place, nice and clean it’s ideal for relaxing with your friends👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Although this is a quieter starbucks in the shopping centre, I would not recommend a visit. I was shouted at abruptly because I asked for another straw - my children wanted to share a drink and he had refused his colleague from splitting a drink (they are 9 years old). He said "you don't need a straw, you can drink from your cup!" I said it isn't for me, but I am the customer requesting a straw please. He continued to shout until I said "Are you ok? You seem really unhelpful today." I wouldn't bother coming in here if you're having a nice day, he has the attitude to make anyone feel upset and frustrated - and like they are a problem for requesting a straw !

This is not a review of the Starbucks in the Intu centre, this for the one opposite Pret on the High street. The lady serving must have got up on the wrong side of the bed... she was abrupt and just not friendly.. even my little 7 year old nephew said "why was she unhappy Uncle". I dont usually go to Starbucks as I think they're a bit expensive... and after this experience I dont think I'll be going there again.... I'll stick to the Italian coffee shop in Market street... La Bottega Italiana as the staff and atmosphere is always great when I go there

We were pleasantly surprised to find this large branch of Starbucks in the new Cineworld cinema in Watford. Plenty of seating and fast service at 5.30pm today. We were hoping to find some healthy snacks to take into the cinema but no luck.

I go to cineworld in watford at least once a week and I would never ever go anywhere else for my coffe or iced tea. Super friendly staff,especially Nicky and Sol! They are outstanding and super friendly. They are both a total credit to starbucks and they always make my day with their smiles and sweet chat. The only place in Watford I personally would purchase coffee.

Perfect spot to bunker down and crack on with work- it’s a big branch with lots of table space. Staff were friendly enough and writing a report was relatively easy and undisturbed. Plenty of sockets for the laptop and phone- leather seats. Bring your headphones to drown out the shoppers!

While well located this store is lacking in customer service and basic politeness It is also filthy - terrible queues sometimes as the people making the drinks are usually busy chatting rather than doing their jobs - there is a poor work ethic amongst some of the girls working here - the order taking is great but the delivery and after care shocking to be honest - very rude and just not bothered about the customer. I will avoid where possible in the future - there is another outlet in Watford which I will try next time.

Great coffee shop Good choice of good and drinks. New Flavours or recipes well advertised! Busy but staff making sure place was kept clean & were doing their best to deal with orders and no delays! Friendly staff

This place is usually busy but it gets your order fairly quickly.Usual selection of coffees, cakes etc.Prices in keeping with other coffee places in the shopping centre.Clean & the drinks are good.

Visited the shop today, will be reluctant to again. Saturday afternoon so you expect the shopping centre to be busy, but as there were only two people in the queue in front of e I didn't think it would take long. My first mistake! I could see three staff one clearing, not very efficiently, two items at a time! One taking orders and one making coffee. Took three or four minutes to take order and then my wait began. After ten minutes waiting the person making coffee was still on the first customers order, which meant I had at least three or four drinks before mine. At this point I had to abandon my wait as I had to collect my daughter. I asked for a refund as fifteen minutes waiting was totally unacceptable. The person doing the clearing had to come to the till to authorise the refund. I said I thought it was a good idea to have more than one person making coffee to cut the delay. To this I was told by him that there were only three staff and it was important to clear the tables so people had somewhere to sit, as they were not getting any coffee, this was irrelevant! Also that it was important that the orders were being taken quickly, again why when you then had to wait over fifiteen minutes for the drink. Surely most people would prefer to have their order taken and then dispensed quickly by that person. The other member of staff then told me that they had been busy all day as people had been paid this weekend!!! Then surely they should have had more staff rostered on to cover the demand. I left the shop annoyed and frustrated as in the time I had wasted standing around I could have walked across the town to McDonald's and bought a cheaper and just as tasty coffee there. You need to plan staffing better.

Forgot to take pictures but the food and service here are second to none! Went in on the off chance as was sooo hungry and my word we were not disappointed! Clean, warm friendly atmosphere and the food is to die for! Highly recommend

Hi, I ordered the pizza on 14th November 2024, when I received the order it was very cold, I ordered 7.15pm and I received at 8.18pm. So I came to know they have tie with uber for delivery if anyone order pizza over the phone uber deliver food for them. But staff was nice offer me refund which I haven't received it yet it's been a week now. I came to know owner of the papa john's franchise has to process the refund procedure which I didn't get it. But staff is lovely, pizza taste is good. But owner of the franchise is not professional at all.

Poor service and even worse food. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience @ a TGI branch. Although I have liked attending in the past, every branch I’ve been to over the past 2 years has been absolutely appalling with terrible service.
