Shakeaway in Watford

I ordered a coffee milkshake, and then saw one of the specials on the board. I asked if it was too late to change it (it would have been identical price) Rather than provide a decent customer service ..instead she said 'nah its too late'. Then they realised the coffee machine was broken. All of a sudden it wasn't too late to change my order ! I just said I would like a refund in which she responded 'sorry I can't because my manager isn't here'. As far as I'm concerned, thats not my problem. I pushed back against this and said no, I would like a refund. No apology for the inconvenience or any kind of acknowledgement for their mistake. The girl making the milkshakes decided she wanted to butt her nose in, so I started to receive EXTREMELY rude and evil looks from her. She was also highly unprofessional, rolling her eyes at other customers about me and laughing with other staff. It wasn't her business to get involved, and it is vile low levels of customer service. This is disgusting. She also didn't look as if she should have been working in a food service place, with fake eyelashes and nails. On the way out she decided to continue to give me dirty looks - thanks for sealing that further, I will not be returning. I will be ensuring to share on social media about your customer service.

Environmentally unhealthy - 2 flies were buzzing in and out of the front of house and drinks preparation/customer seating/ area. Very surprised not to see an Insectocutor/ electric flying pest eliminator machine, as the business is a food and drink one. when we visited on 23 June 2019, at around 16:20 pm, my daughter was overcharged - charged £4.49 instead of the advertised price of £3.49 for requesting soya milk when neither instore menu nor signage nor takeaway leaflet state there is an extra charge for this. She asked for the Kinder Bueno flavour and said it tasted sour!! We didn't complain as I just wanted my daughter to enjoy her milkshake but she didnt , and the flies in the premises have deterred us from returning.

Unexpected and delicious sum up these guys. Cannot recommend enough just how good the food was, how helpful the staff were, the decor and the music. You have so got to visit here. We will be back soon.

Great choices of shakes however each time I've been the cups are not filled to the top and quite expensive in my opinion for what it is they operate a loyalty card but you need to have had quite a few shakes before taking advantage

Bonito y pequeño lugar en High Street, con una gran variedad de batidos, yogur congelado y virutas de hielo. Servicios es muy buena y zona de estar está limpio.

El ambiente es genial, con una increíble selección de batidos. Han estado aquí varias veces, y han caído en amor con el batido de frambuesa (Josie y merengues, así que es bastante sano). Aquí he probado los mejores batidos en la tierra. Espero que venga aquí y probar su mejor batido.Gracias por leer mi comentario.

Hemos estado en varias ocasiones. Hacen un gran variedad si la leche, batidos diferentes dulces a base de frutas para pastel, que son excelentes. Si quieres estar sano puede tener congelada en vez de helado de yogur. Incluso hacer calientes así como otras bebidas. Ha sido en varias de esta cadena en diferentes lugares donde el personal parece que alterna, pero aquí una pareja encantadora dirige.
