Banging food, geezer on the phone excellent, delivery driver nicest I've ever had, good value for ££s, take my money

Food spot on , fresh and hot , can’t ask for more , arrived 10 minutes early which is always a bonus - nice one guys - thank you ….. RFC used to be my go to - but favourite is so much better !!

If you want to live early eating there 😂 this people don’t know how to cook I ordered chicken strips and was absolutely dangerous oil and fried frozen chicken directly from freezer its absolutely not

Always fresh, great service, lovely food and very polite and nice workers that was 3 years ago, today’s experience was the opposite the chip portion is tiny chicken is overcooked and the workers are very tight for some reason I don’t recommend this place any more

driver took 10mins looking for my house then when I walked down the street he was just standing near his car not even bothering to look for my building.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Average at best food, if you want to be sworn at for no reason, then please visit this shop. The manager is rude with no regard for the customers. Would give this shop a miss.

Food was not only late, one of the burgers was missing, the filet of fire was way over cooked and the chips were undercooked and cold

Chips are cold and only half of part of my order turned up. Not to mention that 1 of the fillet burgers was spicy, so had to accommodate for one of my children. Any sort extra food for my family

Should be zero starts! Restaurant took the order via just eat but had no intention of delivering. They pushed the time back twice and ignored all calls, so I drove to the restaurant. They told me they couldn’t deliver and refused to refund me

Unfortunately it took over an hour to arrive. We were the last order in the bag, and it was luke warm. Not much meat on the chicken. Shame as our first order was good.

Wings made on old oil, burned and oily (above what to expect from wings) for the price this place is asking lazy execution . First and last time ordering here.

I went here to pick up an order and the person that served me (Charan) was very polite and friendly, also the food is lovely and it’s overall a very great place to get food from.

Well well , where do I start , after being a very good and very regular and satisfied customer, I wonder if this establishment is under new management or something as my previous 3 orders have so disappointing that I no longer wish to buy from here again, cold , stale buns , barely warm chicken and soft coating which proves that this food is not cooked and delivered fresh , it's either been on a multi dop route or sat in a counter awaiting collection to be delivered like that , I'm so sad as I've been so happy with them previously, my advice, if you can't deliver the quality you previously have , then you're lose customers like me

I am not local just passing through. Just stopped for lunch and as for fried chicken this is the best shop I have eaten from. The chicken wings were the biggest I have seen tasty a d non greasy. The chicken piece was the best quality and non greasy and the fillet burger was the biggest and best I have tried. The lady serving was helpful and happy and I would totally recommend this shop, better than any other chicken shop I have tried and easily the best favourite chicken shop I have experienced. Thank you

Had a delivery via deliveroo, was disappointed at the high cost, but i found an incorrect item and a missing item i complained, they ignored the issue and refused to action it. would not return on that basis. The food though was ok.

We usually get the BBQ chicken wings which my son loves and says they are the best or we get the family starter which has lots of goodies and it's fairly priced. The staff has always been friendly and quick.

Placed order and delivery did not show up. The shop said not their problem!!! £30!!! Wasted!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Amazing food. Spicy chicken wings were gorgeous and not ridiculously spicy which is good. Chips were crispy not soggy , definitely my new favourite chicken shop! 5 stars!

These guys are amazing! Burger was very tasty. Even busy the service by that one guy at the front was very fast and no item missing even it’s a big Oder I like it more than KFC, yummy!!

After explaining my (first ever) order multiple times, I walked home to realise there was bits missing from both the meals. The chicken burger was tasty though so I gave a 3 star. Service needs to be improved. And leaving things off orders is just not acceptable.

The worst place to ever order food from no sense of service what so ever. The food was perfect but the staff need to be trained more efficiently to handle problems. They were sending me back home to review my order just because it did not print in their shop. Even after showing them an email receipt of my order with the confirmation of payment. When I tried to make my point which no one was listening to one staff member also raised his voice telling me to move out of the shop.
