The prawn crackers were soft the egg fried rice and pork and pineapple and sweet and sour chicken were all warm the only thing that was hot was the pancake rolls

Bland tasting vermicelli with no kick. Other dishes were alright. Small portions, especially the rice. Need option for larger portions.

Everything was really good however we were missing the seaweed which was very disappointing so if you could provide a refund for £4.50 it would be much appreciated

Excellent food but some dishes (eg broccoli) are outrageously expensive. Friendly staff, some of whom wear masks (reassuring). Service was good - we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. Never disappointed with our regular visits.

The duck was lovely, the rest was quite bland and not very warm at all. Half of it went in the bin..

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Over half an hour late, gave me the complete wrong order, changed it and then it tasted absolutely awful. Never again.

Gutted as was impressed when first ordered from this Chinese. After todays order I will not be ordering again. Food came not hot at all and the prawn crackers were past stale .

We were 9 friends - a book group. This restaurant was chosen because one of the group had had a good meal there. Unlike the previous review the service was good but the restaurant was freezing. This is no exaggeration as we all had to sit with our coats on. One tiny heater was produced which made no difference. I didn't expect it to be really hot, but icy? No. We were well looked after but we had to keep asking for our starters - they brought some and then the mains before the rest of the starters so we had to eat them together. The plates were cold so we had to ask for them to be heated. We had to ask for soy sauce. For my part the meat dishes were inedible - others liked them. The chicken satay was good. The noodles OK and the rice fine. The banana fritter was good but not original. So my advice? Don't go in winter maybe summer. We had all driven a distance so it was not worth the effort. And the wine? Very expensive for what it was. Not a good deal. I shan't be returning.

After a trip to Costco we fancied trying out the chinese restaurant around the corner. As we walked in we were ignored for about 20 minutes myself and my partner and our 3 year old. Eventually a waitress said hello and asked us if we would like a table, we said yes please. She walked us to a spare table didn’t ask us would we like a high chair for our little boy or would we like a drink. Ignored for another half an hour, as I looked through the very expensive menu wondering how much this was going to cost if we actually ordered what we wanted. We settled for the set menu of which we didn’t really want but it was the only way to keep the ‘nice lunch’ we thought we could get to an acceptable price. We ordered 3 soft drinks which were delivered to us in a can with a glass, we ordered the set menu which was £30 per person. They delivered us the starter after a further 30 minute wait what was served to us was unacceptable. We were given 2 pancake rolls which were like mashed mess inside, 2 chicken satay skewers which were tiny a massive mess which I can only describe as something scrapped off the bottom of a bird cage ‘shrimp’ in a toxic batter with no shrimp basically just batter and a massive amount of seaweed to fill up the plate with two small dips of a chilli sauce and a peanut sauce. We asked for prawn crackers which we were told were an additional cost dry and flavourless. My son wouldn’t even touch the food due to the mess off it all. While I left my partner to tackle his way through the disgusting starter I took my young son to the toilet which was absolutely disgusting and not clean. I came back to the table and said we are leaving now I said can we pay for our drinks as we barely touched the stater, they came with a bill of £37 I said what is that for they said for the drinks prawn crackers and starter. I said no way are we paying that it is absolutely disgusting? To be met with well this is your fault why don’t you like it I said because it’s not edible. They then reduced the bill to £22 and my other half was so fed up with this point we paid it and left, such a shame. I would never criticise anywhere without justification but my goodness this place needs a re think.

Food was late and arrived cold. I called the restaurant and was told that this was due to traffic. The person was polite and explained what had happened but it still was still it was still late and cold.

Recomended this place by a freind so we tried it. After a long waitfor our order the food was ok i'v had much better in watford. The staff were very freindly and helpfull the place was very clean i just think the food could be better

Food was decent, Dry ribs were a tad too dry, And if I was nit-picking the prawn crackers were cooked in older oil. To be fair for though, For the money it was pretty good all round. Would order again.

I hardly leave a review not because I do not want too because always good to eat simply Delicious tonight the egg fried rice was tasty to everything that I ordered.

Ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The fried noodles could have done with a bit more seasoning they tasted a bit bland. Fried chicken with pineapple was delicious. Kung Po Prawns and spicy vermicelli were okay.

Food was not good at all chicken ball had a bad smell all the other dishes where mainly onions and no meat ,won't b using it again

Absolutely disgusting! Beef curry was just onion and mushroom with hardly any curry sauce. Soup was wallpaper paste consistency and just generally rank. Wouldn’t recommend

Ended up collecting my order due to the very long delivery time frame but was still charged delivery. Food was ok, but felt a bit let down as all of items were quite bland. Not going to bed hungry but am definitely a bit disappointed. Over all I'd rate it a 6/10.

Pity food was so late as I was with a friend who had time constrains and we'd planned around the supposed delivery time but ended up calling the take away at the of the time period they say it will be with you. Driver didn't have a clue what I was saying. I don't know how they got it so wrong this time.

The food was pretty tasteless and the chicken with green peppers and black bean, had more massive peppers than chicken. The chicken curry was not great.

Food was cold had to be microwaved and Chicken balls looked a bit pinkish

Ordered from here before with no issues. Tonight it took an hour and 45 mins from ordering. With 40 minutes from when they said it’s on its way. Food was lukewarm, refried and nasty. The only thing that was fresh was the delivery drivers 21 plate car!
