The best restaurants serving Default food in Luton East of England

I gave the food a 1 star which if I could would have been none as I never received my food and my wife and father’s sandwich’s fell apart and ended up in the bin. After passing through assistance to get wheelchairs . security and duty free the 4 of us were seated and had ordered our breakfast at 0530. We were told to leave the wheel chairs outside which we thought would not be a problem. At 0545 we asked the waiter how much longer as we had been advised to meet back at assistance for 0610. He said should be any time now. My sister went up again at 0600 where she was able to pick up her eggs Benadict and bring to the table herself. The waiter then brought over my wife’s and my dads egg sandwich at 0605. Still no sign of my sausage sandwich though. I went to the manager and said I would need 2 takeaway boxes for the egg sandwich’s as they no longer had time to eat them. I also asked for a refund on my sausage sandwich at it was still not ready and too late now. 40 mins for 3 sandwiches is an absolute joke. The egg sandwich’s fell apart whist both my after and wife were trying to eat them probably due to them eating out of the boxes and were very stressed. These were only half eaten and thrown away. Then when we came out the restaurant both wheelchairs were not there. My sister and I had to rush to the assistant desk to get another 2 wheelchairs. What started as a relaxing start to our holiday became a stressful start. Order no on the refund receipt 6783 on 10/05/25. The original bill was £65 but I was refunded £8.75. So we ended up paying £56.25 for 1 breakfast and 4 drinks that was actually eaten

The food was appauling! Karahi portion was tiny and dry. The sheekh kebob was hard as rock. Plz do better

Run down and tired inside. Staff all miserable and unfriendly.

The Doritos were crumbs at the bottom of a packet and once side had no toppings - the foot longs were all stone cold

I had no chilli or burger sauce and no salad in my meal. The kebab had nothing in it. Where was the salad? This is not what i ordered or worth £8.00. Chips portion was small. Can i get refund or another complimentary meal.

Hadn't ordered here for a few years so gave it a try and really enjoyed it.

Please don't order from here. They will happily take your money , will give you false information on the tracker, will lie when you phone to find out what is happening, then 80 minutes later you'll get your cold pizza. Dominoes have nothing to fear from this shop in Luton town centre.

Went for a delicious Birthday snack after Go Karting. Staff were really helpful and polite.

For certain the best peri peri in Luton. Not too fond of their fried chicken. Try the chicken stacker burger and Jacob burger. But peri peri? They have one of the best recipes. The business has a unique potential to trade mark their peri peri - its that good

Rude staff.bad food full of smelly and bloody chicken

Started queuing at 10.50 with a sign up saying wait time for food was 8 mins. Got seated quickly enough mmjw to be told it was lunch menu only. Disappointed but ordered anyway. After 40 mins still my food. That's simply not good enough when you're trying to catch a flight. Really bad show. 👎

⭐️⭐️ Not Their Best Day Visited Ice Box and ordered the Falooda Kulfa, which they usually do really well—but this time it missed the mark. It came out as a big lump of ice cream with a few bits around it, not the usual well-mixed dessert. The paper straw kept disintegrating, making it hard to drink or enjoy properly. The young lad who served us seemed disinterested and gave one-word answers—definitely not great customer service. That said, they’ve been good in the past, so I’ll give them another try. If the experience improves, I’ll be happy to update the rating.
