First of All these guys can’t even speak English or understand people At the Till Have No Manners Sometimes they charge you Extra

I ordered peri peri wings and the taste is below average but price is high for this quality. Customer service and atmosphere is worst I never ever seen a takeaway like that because while I was waiting for my order, their delivery driver talking with their own staff very loudly and rudely. When I see the situation I felt very sad for the boy at the counter, the driver nearly blackmailed him if he doesn’t pay the delivery fee he want he doesn’t want to go for their delivery. On the other hand, there was some European ladies order waiting for the food with their kids then the staff behind the counter asked them collect their food by themselves in unhealthy conditions plate 🍽️ so I would strongly recommend that do not go to this takeaway with family members but if you’re a single person and you don’t have choice then you can buy food from here ..

I order food today and the Staff who deal with me is very rude and very unprofessional and customer service is very poor. He does not know how to speak with customer.

My experiences with this place were amazing. Its location is convenient as it is right next to the train station. I ordered the chicken stacker burger which might’ve been one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever eaten. The perfect balance of all the ingredients. The sauces were delicious and flavourful. The vegetables were fresh despite it being 9:00PM and the chicken was juicy and crispy. If you good to this place I heavily recommend this item. The service was amazing. The workers were friendly and quick. I had entered at 9:00PM and left with my bag of food at 9:10PM.

Ordered a takeaway from them for first time and the service was awful. They use their own delivery driver which is OK. The driver called me and he didn't read delivery note. He was telling me to come to the main road so he can drop the food and make his life easy !! No manners what so ever !! I think they will loose more business because of this delivery man. Will not use them again for sure.

I ordered a whole peri peri chicken,6 bbq wings and naga doner. Chicken was not tasty at all asked for one flavour and they gave me a different flavour. BBQ wings so small in size that I have never seen one like it before. Naga was just taste of lots of chilli powder. Also arrived 15 minutes late and cold. I’m very disappointed. Wasted my money !!!!!!

Food is very tasty but it is let down by the service. Food arrive 1 hr 30 mins late for Iftar and I was also over charged. I ordered on their website and it says fries and drinks are included free, but I had to pay extra for it upon delivery.

I recently dined at Grill Hut Peri Peri and had the peri peri chicken with rice and fries. The food was undeniably delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Food is always top class, our favourite is the lamb chops and peri peri chicken 😋 but delivery time is often late. Have to call them every time to ask where the delivery driver is. Have hungry kids here bro come on 😒

Ordered 4x chicken on just eat. I thought chips was included too so I rang them up and they confirmed it wasn’t included (so it was on me). However, the guy I spoke to said he will deliver extra chips. 10 mins later 3x chips was delivered free of charge. Despite it being my fault the customer service was 10/10. Will definitely be using grill hut more often. Good food and customer service even better!

Very appalling customer service, after speaking to someone as to why the food is late got hung up several times, I’ll never order again from this restaurant. When I complain he said I’ll give you something extra, we don’t need anything extra because what we ordered enough and extra but unfortunately waiting more than one hour isn’t acceptable

The food is standard, I would recommend the peri peri and rice. The service is utter garbage as I was screaming boss and he didn't listen and decided to go to the back for a quick fag. Atmosphere is dead it literally reminds me of sylhet.

Overall good expected the delivery a bit earlier but we are a bit far so understandable.

Brother got sick and vomitted after eating from this place. If you want food poisoning then eat from this place if not AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I will never order from this place. My food was cold and the doner meat smelt off 🤢 and the chips was over cooked . Peri peri chicken was over cooked, hard and chewy. Nothing about this order turned out right! Not to mention order was delivered late.

What was given as chicken wings do not qualify as wings. They were the size of fingers in fact they were not the wings but rather the very end part of what happens to be a birds real wing. I wish I could add pictures. Not very happy.

2 hours 10 minutes late?! I called the restaurant 3 times. They told me its 10 mins away each time. The driver comes he tells me the restaurant sent him to harpenden, that is not my issue?! The owner mohammed ensured me the food will be arriving as ordered and hot. Absolutely lied to me. Even ended the call on me 2 times, pathetic. Missing items as well!

Absolutely ridiculous restaurant. I waited over w hours for my food. Food was stone cold. I rang in total 3 times. The first time was 1hr 30 mins into the order the owner, mohammed, said it will be 10 mins, i rang again 15 mins after. No food arrived they said traffic the first time i ordered. The owners and workers are all immigrants and cannot speak a word of english. If you work for the home office please go and investigate and if required deport all of them. The owner mohammed hang up on me after saying he gave complementary chips, i laughed and said i didnt order chips on purpose. He hung up. I 2 hours in i called again as still no food arrived. A worker answered said the owner is out but the manager is there. I asked for the manager again after being put on hold. He then said the manager has gone out and cannot speak to him and then ended it. Finally 10 mins after this the food arrives STONE COLD. The driver apologised before i even say anything to him and said the restaurant sent him to HARPENDEN which is over a 15mile radius away from luton!? No wonder the food is cold. i call and let them know they said sorry and that they will sort it out next time i said this is ridiculous and that i am leaving reviews on every page possible. Absolute appalling behaviour from this restaurant. Im extremely embarrassed on behalf of them. I regret ordering. If i can give 0 stars i would.

fried chicken or buffelo chicken is not for faint hearted. however, it food was tasty and burns your mouth to think perhaps we should have this food once in a while. Thank you so much for tasty food and we enjoyed it, filled our tummy . jazak ALLAH .

How on earth could you call such a thing extra hot spicy donner it tasted awful and no flavour at all. Food came in 1 hour 45 minutes and when i called after a hour i kept being told “2 minutes, 1 minutes, he’s 30 seconds away”

I don't think that the chicken takes over an hour to cook. Its now 7.15pm and still no delivery, absolutely disgusting service. Shocking quality food. Very very dry chicken. Ordered lemon and herb wing platter but the wings looked and tasted like they didn't have any flavour. Would have been happy to wait longer for the food to ensure quality.

Save you money and go to Saxon road peri peri or Tasty’s better food and customer service. Ordered from this place all 5 of my cheeseburger meal burgers where not cooked meat still pink and chips was stale like it was old and re-fryed. Also after calling them many time to ask what’s taking so long only for them to be rude and cut the phone on me the wait was over after 2 and half hours for this Ridiculous food called them up the guy was extremely rude and said he can’t do nothing about it. Absolutely horrific never again ordering from them they should get close down for serving raw meat.

Ordered here twice and the food is lovely. The problem is they’ve missed out items From my orders twice. The first order they missed out my side rice and the second order they missed out a whole quarter chicken which I was very disappointed. The service was horrible to even negotiate to a solution. The man on the phone said exactly: “what can I do, we are closed now?!?? “ appalling service. This is why I want to avoid this place as much as possible now.

We had their naga donner before, this time it was 3days old reheated food, which tasted stale and hard. The guy was exceptionally rude, They have re-furbished recently, but the food and custom has not changed, its just as bad as it was before if not worse, respect yourself and go across the road atleast or saxon road.

This place needs to learn how to make burgers, 1st time round I ordered a cheeseburger it had mayonnaise added to it as well as ketchup...not sure what cheeseburgers exists with mayonnaise 2nd time I ordered cheese burger I asked for no mayonnaise, so they put no ketchup either 🤦🏽‍♀️ Thought 3 strikes so ordered again, made very clear no mayo but defo ketchup, so I get cheeseburger with ketchup...mixed with cucumber and lettuce, i mean wth!!!
