Enjoyed a lovely meal. Very high standard, Nearl incredible ..good price. Friendly staff Would go again . Puddings equally looked scrumptious

We have used this restaurant many time for their delivery service and the food has always been great, however we have noticed the prices rising, a delivery charge is now added and to be honest the food we ordered for delivery last night was last night was extremely poor. The onion bhajis were dry and tasted like cardboard and the chicken tikka starter was extremely dry and tough...it was inedible. Considering we spent £32.30 for chicken tikka starter & onion bharji, peshawar naan, lamb tikka jalfrezi and a portion of mushroom rise I feel very disappointed and will not be using this place again....

Worst steak I’ve ever had. Onion rings were probably worse but the steak was like something they’d found in the bins. Claimed it was rib eye but no chance that was rib eye. Awful

Having heard many good things about this restaurant I was quite keen to try it for myself. We didn't book and were hoping it wouldn't be too busy on our chosen evening. When we arrived there were a number of other guests there, but they had room for our party. We ordered our meals and drinks and waited in anticipation of our meals arriving. The food arrived quite quickly and was absolutely delicious. There was plenty of it, it was well presented and the menu offers plenty of choice. The meals are also good value for money. We were all delighted with our meals and will be back again soon to try other menu choices.

For iftar ordered steak and mash, regrettably steak was cold, did not enjoy it at all. Although the chicken chat puree was really good. I wud not come here for a steak at least.

Basically food is good but I have a problem with paying £2.60 delivery charge even though I spend £40 on food, why should we get charged for choosing your restaurant out of all the takeaways in Luton , normally every takeaway will deliver if the the order is £15 or over u need to rethink this it’s principle

I tried a stir-fry which was with lamb, runner beans and potato. The flavour was fair, although the potatoes were a handful of French fries, similar to those used in frozen and prepared chips. This just seemed strange and cheap, given fresh potato is easy to prep. I would guess the runner beans were also previously frozen, given the textures. The lamb was average. It was bland, overcooked and tasted boiled. Possibly this was through the water content of other ingredients. At £14+ for this dish, it was very average and I may be generous with the 3 stars. The poppadoms were ok, The fresh onion tasted stale, again having been prepped and stored for a while, due to the flavour. I may be wrong, but base it on previous experiences elsewhere. Stock levels were low, and we had to use second and third choices for both food and drink. Waiter was nice

Myself and my boyfriend had dinner here on the spur of the moment. Food was delicious and they were so accommodating when a dish I had ordered was more spicy than I could handle. They changed it for something else with speed and a brilliant service. Would definitely recommend 👌🏾.

Tried the ottoman platter and was disappointed as soon as I saw it. Kebabs are the average freezer kebabs and food didn't look appetising at all. Meat was tough and just didn't seem like any of the food was freshly cooked. Wouldn't go again.

Excellent place to bring family or friends. Staff are very friendly and always on hand to help. We always order either a sharing platter or steak. Whichever steak you get will always be well done. The chicken is very soft and tender and curry’s are also very nice. Extremely well prices compared to other similar establishments.

Service was quick which in hindsight is maybe why 3 of us were ill with stomach ache for 3 days after visiting , the chicken and lamb chops were over seasoned and tasted strange we couldn’t finish , there was also a hair in my plate under my nann bread, won’t eat there again.

Chosen as the venue for work colleagues to celebrate Christmas. Unfortunately this restaurant does not really cater for that type of event. However, other aspects of the evening were only just about satisfactory. Arrived to find that they had forgotten the booking, even though they admitted it had been taken. Thus we had to wait before a table was made ready. General view was that the food was not bad and certainly not expensive. However, the drinks were a disappointment. That it does not have an alcohol licence was unfortunate but not everywhere does or indeed wants one. But to order a coke and then to be given a can and a glass was not great. Service was somewhat haphazard. Trying their best but erratic. Can’t argue that the staff were nothing but courteous though. Unlikely to visit again was the general view.

Went to buffalo grill yesterday evening for dinner the food was freezing cold and disgusting was visiting this place on several occasions second I went there yesterday everything was awful ordered t bone steak and Cajun chicken steak nothing was good or worth the price I would recommend going elsewhere instead didn’t expect this sort of service or food came for a celebration but was very disappointed

Was looking for a place to eat locally in Luton, and remembered we haven’t been to Buffalo grill in so long! The food and service is still top notch! We loved the drinks, food and desserts here. This is a perfect spot to go out with family and very affordable too!🙌🏽

I don't know about eating in the restaurant but don't get a takeaway from here. I ordered online and when I arrived the food wasn't ready at the time, no biggy as I had time, but it was empty (which should have been a sign). I ordered a mega meat feast. When I got home the food was either very bland (steak) or just drenched in store bought sauces (probably from asda). The wings I think were under cooked! Apart from the steak there was no meat just chicken. Won't be returning for takeaway and based on the food won't risk wasting money to try restaurant. 3 stars only because the madras was ok; rest sub par.

Brilliant place with great customer service. The food is priced very well, steaks and peri chicken was delicious. Food was served pretty quickly and everything was great. Space for prayer too.

This place made me fall in love with Indian food! We first eat here a few years ago but we now live quite far, so from time to time we drive over an hour just to come back! The variety of rice is great, all so delicious, the curries right up my street and you definitely need to try the Lassi, especially the mango one I definitely recommend this restaurant, delicious food and great customer service as well

Great Halal Steaks In Town. They have a range of food options to cater for differing age groups / dietary requirements. Always great service and quick turnaround on getting food ready.

The steaks here used to be really good but not been so for the last two visits.

Mixed grill starter was good. Half chicken was OK.

Lamb was super tasty and had the right amount of spice. Too bad they didn't have alcohol drinks on the menu. Very good price-value relationship.

Food was okay but smelt abit funny. Service was good but it all comes down to food and it wasn't worth the prices you pay.

Was visiting the nearby airport and fancied something nice to eat. Decided to give Buffalo a go and will be back again. Food came out on a trolly, which was a nice touch. Went for the beef korma with pilau Rice and Peshwari Naan 10/10 on portion,taste, and presentation. Staff also very friendly and the restaurant clean with a good atmosphere. Will 100% be back again.

Went to buffalo during Ramadan, food as always is nice, staff were very friendly and their service was excellent. Whatever we needed they provided.

UPDATE MARCH 2023 Recently visited again, excellent T-bone steak served with spicy rice. King prawn puri fantastic as always. PREVIOUS VISIT: Fantastic steak and curry joint have been coming since they first opened. Generous portions and tasty food every time. They also do excellent lunch time deals when I used to work nearby.

Went to buffalo grill for iftaar. We booked a table and they took our order in advance over the phone which was a great idea as it was ready in time for iftaar. Food was great as always and service was on point.

Very good food with great service and go out of your way to accommodate everyone...

*BEST RESTAURANT IN LUTON* Where do i start, I’ve been visiting this place for manny years with the food quality being top tier. The service staff are really polite and really friendly. This is a family friendly restaurant, with great atmosphere. With Grills, Steaks AND Curries under one roof! What else can you ask for. They have Free parking right outside. I recommend this place to anyone who wants good food for affordable prices.

I've been to this restaurant a couple times now and every single time the service and food has been absolutely top-notch. I can't fault it at all. Every dish has impressed me with flavour. My personal favourites are the Butterfly Chicken Steak or a Rump Steak, they haven't ever disappointed me. I really like the Chicken Tikka Masala with Chilli Naan too. For starters try the Chilli Paneers, Prawn Tempura and everyone's favourite starter, Buffalo Wings. Furthermore, I would like to thank the staff for the brilliant service every single time I've been here I've never once left Buffalo Grill without feeling absolutely overjoyed by my experience.

We have eaten at Buffalo many many times. The decor and general ambience is really nice, and the food generally very good. Like many place post covid however, prices are on the up, and the accompaniments - rotis and rice, are super expensive. The other big grumble is that the restaurant now won't serve free tap water, but rather the staff say that we have to buy bottled water. The latest reason we were given was covid - complete and utter nonsense, of course. I don't know many restaurants that won't give free water. So even if we bought a jug of lassi, for example, and wanted some water to clear our palate, then we would be having to pay for bottled stuff (which, btw, we don't agree with as a family - we always always drink tap water). In Luton, for example we have recently been to: Benjamins, Nando's, Tawa House - to name but a few. All happy to provide free tap water. Come on Buffalo, this feels really a bit cheap, and is certainly putting us off you. Look after your customers better. Everyone is on a budget now, and if you persist with charging for water, which is one way customers can cut their bill a little, you just might find your numbers dwindling.

Been here many times. The last time we went the service was not great and we did mention it at the time. Went yesterday with friends and a six-year-old service was so poor. The restaurant was not busy at all. Child got very restless waiting for food and drink. Would not want to return

This used to be a great place to eat and takeaway, the food was fresh, no frozen veg where the carrots are the same shape and size they used to use different vegetables than other Indian restaurants. You could taste the freshen. After asking several times were they under new ownership they said yes. They said the veg was fresh but when it turned up it was Luke warm, clearly not fresh and they prices are not reasonable anymore. When you give feedback they really are not that bothered. Such a shame you have lost a loyal customer!!

Was called back half an hour later and told that the system had allowed me to purchase this without meeting the amount for free delivery. I believe I was 1 or 2 pound short but could I come and collect. I said no and ordered from somewhere else. Was told my money would be returned to me. 3 weeks later and I have had zero contact from restaurant who couldn't deliver me a meal I had paid for because I was a little bit below the amount they needed to deliver for free..... after their computers error had allowed me to buy but are more than happy to not return my money. How rude of them. What poor service I have received.

Food was great, as were the staff. We'll certainly return again soon. A big shout out to the owner's son Moussa (spelling?) for very kindly giving my wife & I a lift home in the pouring rain. A very nice touch, going above and beyond.

I booked 2 table by phone for my family but when i went and asked them for my table they said i didn't book with them, they don't have any booking under my name, staff told me i called wrong number, but when i showed on my call list them's number then addmited it was right number but they don't agree i booked, i was standing 10 munites, also my family and little children waited outside. one off my friend was eating he seen me im standing with family he quick finished and he gave his fable to me, then of staff came and started argument with that i can't seat on that table, i have to wait for other table, he was so rude with. then i raised my voice that i booked with u, your fault, nothing my fault. i wanted to speak with manager but sadly manager not working today. nobody appologys for thems misteks. but food was outstanding. need to be moor professional and respect your customer.

Tried the new gourmet burgers 👌 nice juicy thick patties and plenty of extras oozing out the sides. This place always has great service and consistently good food.

Visited on a very quiet Thursday night - we now know why.We asked if they had a traditional "tandoor oven", waiter stated yes. We ordered the mixed grill mega feast priced at £41.95 (for two people). The food came out grilled, and luke warm. We informed the waiter it was not hot, they then reheated the entire meal!The chicken smelt off and we informed the waiter. They did not care. Asked for the manager, was told he was "off doing deliveries". We said we would wait. Miraculously the owner/manager turned up within a minute or two!We expressed our concerns, he stated there was no tandoor and the food was basically grilled and then served on cold plates drenched with sauce. We stated the food was tasteless and he said it was not! Did he taste it? NO!We told him he could actually harm someone with smelly putrid chicken. Asked him how he dated food in the store - he does not!!! OMG. Ridiculous.He had the audacity to ask if we wanted the food bagged up to take-away? We questioned his sanity! Seriously?There was NO Covid precautions - no masks worn by staff and no sanitizer etc. This is a serious issue and could spread the virus without limits. After a year of lockdowns, these type of establishments could put us back to square one back indoors.We gave the owner a chance to rectify, he simply walked off. We have now reported the issues to the Luton Food Standards Agency for further investigation.In the meantime, if you value your health - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have reviewed before but haven't eaten in lately due to covid. So me and my family decided to try a Just Eat delivery from my favourite restaurant What can I say....the food was just as good as if I was eating in. It was hot and delivered on time. Delivery driver was great too I have already told my friends to try it Can't wait to be able to eat inside again

This is my go to restaurant ever since I discovered it last year. I can not fault these guys! They are so accommodating, the food is absolutely lush! This is authentic food, not your average Indian full of colour and what not. This is real home made food. The chicken steak and mash is what I always get and a prawn puri for starters all washed down with a strawberry mojito. The staff are very good all wearing masks, socially distancing. I can not recommend this restaurant enough.

Went to Buffalo Grill as a walk in customer today without any reservation as it was fully booked and absolutely crazy busy, nonetheless the manager and waiter assured me I would get a table and made sure me and my family of 5 had a nice clean table to sit at. Within 10-15 minutes of waiting they cleaned up a table for us and made us feel very welcomed.The food also came within 10-15 minutes of waiting which is amazing given that they were super busy. We ordered a Mixed Family Meat Feast which had a lovely variety of meat on the platter and it also came with nice garlic butter naan and spicy rice - the food was really nice And bursting with flavour especially the BBQ Ribs (They were mouth watering!!) All in all we had an excellent dining experience, the staff were really nice and friendly and they didn’t pressurise us into leaving even though other customers were waiting outside to eat. We visited with my son who has severe allergies to wheat and dairy . I called two days earlier and asked if they could cook a small piece of chicken in just salt and pepper (no marinade). They said yes ofcourse we always have spare chicken in the fridge. I rang on the day of the booking to reconfirm the gentleman on the phone replied "yes just let us know at the table and we will sort it out for you". Luckily i took a gluten free burger bun with some dairy free margarine spread with me but no other food for him.When we got there was no reserved table set aside for us - we had to wait. Then when i asked for them to accomodate my childs needs the waiter just said no we have no spare chicken in the back. The chef is too busy. Made up so many excuses. He just didnt want to accommodate our needs. And these were NEEDS not wants or us being fussy. I then asked for the bun to be warmed up at least - he took it reluctantly telling me for the 10th time that the chef is too busy but brought it back stone cold. My son had nothing to eat apart from chips. We would have left immediately except it was a birthday meal my other children had been looking forward to since before lockdown - and we just didnt want to let them down. I just feel so disappointed as this was our favourite family restaurant but we will not be returning.

One waiter continued to infringe upon social distancing etiquette and leaned over us persistently even pushing in my brothers chair quite harshly to get to something on the table. The same Waiter accidentally spat in food (bare in mind this is during the corona pandemic) and We tried to politely say that we didn’t want the plate of chips he spat in without embarrassing him. He acted rudely, said we’d be charged anyway and refused to take them back, we replied he actually spat in the food to which he eventually took them and then walked off with an attitude. I think better measures should be enforced here with waiters wearing facemasks And gloves when serving.After the ordeal we had a different waiter who was no problem at all.

Visited with a group of colleagues this week. Ordered a chicken naga which was so salty it was almost inedible. There was no naga chilli spice in it, as this is my favourite chilli pepper and I know it well. There was no alcohol and you were unable to bring your own, not a great business model. There was no heating on and every time the front door opened there was an icy blast. Don't give them your money, there are many better Indian restaurants in Luton.

Fantastic food including some vegetarian options, it’s worth noting there’s no alcoholic drinks so as long as you’re happy with that, this is one of the best places in town for Indian food. Definitely recommend the sag aloo!

Food as it should be, full of flavour and all Halal. Service as should be, friendly and courteous. Cleanliness as it should be, well presented. Staff, all brilliant chaps who made sure we had a great evening.

we were flying early the next day,and ate here rather than the hotel near the airport. Excellent decision, food was great,madras and saag with rice and breads. presentation good, hot, tasty, service good. Quality resturant at a reasonable price.

Great food, great service and friendly and helpful staff, but best of all was that no alcohol is served. That makes a big difference to the atmosphere and allows people to relax and enjoy the food.

We visited here after a day out. The restaurant is on a small complex next to Asda and there is ample car parking that is free for two hours. There were four of us and we had not booked but we received a warm welcome and we were seated straight away.There is a good sized menu with everything you could want. We had poppadoms to start with the usual dips. The lime pickle was amazing. I can recommend the vegetable rogan josh as that is what I chose and it was delicious. The service was good and we all enjoyed our food. Recommended should you fancy a good curry whilst in Wigmore

Second time visiting buffalo and as expected food was first class and the service again was excellent, 8 of us eating food came out hot and fresh, no long exists despite the restaurant being full, mixed grills were portioned well. Huge menu to choose from, service from start to finish was excellent. Will be visiting again many times!

We booked a table here a couple of weeks ago. We arrived tonight and after they had taken our order they then told us we only had the table for an hour and a half as it was Ramadan and they wanted the tables for people who had been fasting. From this minute on we were rushed through our meal ( which was pretty mediocre). Even bringing the card machine with the bill. No courtesy and no apologies when we told them how unhappy we were. Needless to say the only tip they got was to improve their customer service. Would not recommend at all.

I am not sure how i feel about this place if i am honest, however it was better than average,the food was very tasty and the portion size for lunch was fair.

I've been twice and will be going again. Its a cross between a grill house and your typical Indian restaurant. The food was excellent, service was prompt and professional. The pricing is reasonable. No alcohol served but a good selection of non-alcoholic and hot drinks available. Free (after 6pm) parking right outside the door. The only slight negative is that I found the portion sizes to be a bit on the small side - but I do love to eat a lot of Indian!

Nice clean healthy food, parking spaces as well, in my opinion better than steak rock grill in bury park. waitors need to be more attentative when customers have just come in and have been seated, needed to see if customer is ready to order. Food quality is good, would recommend.

Came here with my wife for lunch and we were very impressed with the food. We went for a platter for 2 and ended up taking a some of it home! Topped off with mango lassi. We live in Kent but definitely will be coming back here again.

We went there during the week for a birthday meal for one of the kids. Good food and reasonably priced. My 9 year old devoured an adult sized portion of curry and rice!

We come here once a week. We just wanted to eat dessert this time, sticky toffee pudding. The manager said no without ordering mains. He said it's fine dining mains then dessert. This time he will provide it. But not next time. Never coming again. Awful awful mug.

Came here last night with a few friends, the food was actually great quality, the salad was fresh, but I think they could do with making it a little more appealing then the kind of salad you get in a takeaway. The lamb steak was to die for! Great cut, and quality! Service was very professional and efficient! They had their own sauces which were great, but could do with a little more livening them up, maybe with a naga sauce or something! Couldn’t fault the place though! And I guess with how busy it was says a lot about the food! Would recommended a visit if within the area.

1st time here had lunch with a friend. Both had chicken steaks one was so bland it needed something not sure what would have improved it. The pepper chicken was okay but have had better. Rice was also tasteless even though said spicy on the menu. Was overpriced for what we had and will probably not return. Lots of choices in luton and this was a let down.
