It's strictly a take away, but good.

Had a takeaway of chicken curry with egg fried rice, chicken was square chunks and very rubbery , curry sauce was watery . My husband had chicken balls they too had square rubbery chicken in them and batter was soft not crispy . Would not recommend !

Nice Chinese from my local. I thought I'd try them after living in the area for over 15yrs and I'm happy with the food, so gutted I didn't try them before now. The price is reasonable and like the sweet n sour chicken and the crispy shredded beef, and I'm very fussy about chinese food! So they get a thumps up from me!

I love this place! The food is always amazing not greasy and taste great. No matter what time I call it's ready in 15 minutes and the lady who runs it is so lovely and friendly

Honestly the food is banging especially the fried rices and the services perfect the ladies at the reception are just lovely I’ll give it to them prob my fav Chinese shop so far

I thought I'd give a go as the reviews say it is the best in Luton to be fair I found the food bland, hot and sour soup was neither spicy or had enough vinegar and had a strange after taste. Beef Chow mein was nice but under-seasoned and bland, beef was not as tenderised as I liked slightly chewy. Sechuan chicken was nice amount of heat and flavour, I've not tested all Chinese takeaways so it's not the best or worst just average.

Good value for money restaurant.

Couldn't order because after looking on Google maps and seeing if they deliver I picked out my food and the told me they don't deliver.

Did not disappoint. I got the chicken fried rice and satay sauce with a portion of salt and chilli chips. Very reasonably priced and the lady at the counter was v lovely. Look forward to coming back.

The best Singapore fried rice in Luton. There very hot one is superb but not for everyone. Reasonable price and generous portion.

I liked the food from here. Not many good chinese take aways in Luton but it is good. The portions are a good size. Parking is a pain at times but thats the chance you take.

Had a lovely take away at Bamboo House this evening, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Very tasty food and would recommend it highly.

Fought I would try this one as it’s not my usual one but was ordering food from the chicken shop so decided to get some of this for my parents the only good thing about it was the friendly lady behind the counter the food was not great really but the place looks nice and clean

Great if you like food with no flavour that is like grease on a plate Chow mein was swimming in oil Ribs were fatty with no meat both portions Chicken was like rubber they gave me the wrong dish but the rest of the order was so bad we didn't even bother to go back and change it Never again!

Rang through an order and picked it up, got home and opened it up and was very disappointed. Egg fried rice without the egg, chilli chicken without the chilli and the hoi sin sauce was practically empty, just enough to do 1 pancake roll not alone 6. I won't be going back again

Tried this place last year one plus twice this year. 1st visit ordered a chop suey which was warm not hot plus bland with no flavour and meats were very hard and chewy. Second time round early this year ordered chow mein noodles which just tasted like they were reheated in the microwave, no moisture or veg drained of any life. This and now the final time they took almost half an hour to make a single dish that would usually take around 5 - 10 minutes to make. Plus pancake roll served was one of the worst ever. Although crispy there was hardly nothing inside how on Earth can you even call it a roll then when its just pastry. Strike 3 and have no choice but to leave a bad review after failing this many times.

We use the Bamboo House on most Friday evenings which is a good indication that we are very happy with the food and the service. We have tried a lot of Chinese takeaways in Luton and this one is the best we have found. The food is always good and the staff very friendly. If I had one minor complaint it would be that their Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls have far too much batter on them so tend to avoid them even though I love S+S Chicken! Well worth a try for anyone looking for a good Chinese takeaway but be aware that they do not deliver so you will have to go and collect your food.

Well been going here for over 15 years nearly. Every saturday and now and agian in the week if got a craving!! There curry's are the best ever, the sweet and sour sauce is just right not too sweet. The customer service is great, always feel welcomed when ordering. I only have one problem, is that they need to do a Satay Chicken Skewers dish. As we do love our satay skewers. Or even once in a while do a few different dishes now and agian? But there food is the best and worth the travel. Even if it is nearly 20 mile trip. Keep it going, Shame you don't open up a Restaurant, would be great.

This is our local Chinese and we use it every couple of months. Staff are very friendly, service is quick (10 - 15 mins to cook the meal) and we've never had a bad meal from here. Take-out only.

This is my local Chinese and I didn't realise how good it was until I tried others while away on holiday! Decent food, well priced and good portion size. Friendly staff as well

As above, I found the prices extortionate! No such thing as a side portion of noodles? Never in my life and some say good value? me hole.

I like it here, it doesn't taste as artificial as other Chinese takeaways and is very reasonably priced.
