The Xpress Gourmet Spicy Fillet Burger is the best burger. It keeps me coming back for more.

Ordered gourmet burger meal for my daughter through just eat. Turned on the light whilst she was eating and to my disgust, this is what we saw. The burger was raw!! Not even just seared as parts were brown through but then the rest was as red as you lik. Tried to call them, the number didnt work. Tried to resolve through just eat. I will now be contacting food standards! Avoid!!!

Waited over a hour and a half for 2 meals and 2 milkshakes. Stale chips the food was absolutely disgusting I didn’t even feed my dog it and for the milkshakes it was all milk

I would give minus if I could. I ordered 2 pizza's under their bogof but they only delivered 1. No one called me to say I needed to specify the 2nd pizza within notes. When I called the guy up he was rude. I'm not happy. The first time I've ordered from here and it shall be the last.

Ordered on website, food was meant to take 40-50 mins to arrive, ended up taking and hour and 38 minutes. food was cold when it arrived and portions were tiny. Don’t recommend at all not ordering again 🤦‍♀️

Appalling customer service from delivery driver. He was frustrated he couldn't find the delivery address and started shouting, made me walk 7 minutes. He wasn't able to give me the coordinates where he was and I was trying to explain where to come but he wasn't listening. He was arguing and I couldn't even have a conversation with him. Really bad experience. Definitely not ordering again!

I live local to here and their food so much with the new management. Their peri peri chicken is just as good, if not better than pepe’s. Great prices too !

Looks like they got rid of the old staffs. New guys were very nice & welcoming, it was a pleasent experience & lovely food too.

Too inconsistent for 4 or 5 stars, sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe sh… Either Missing sauce or missing salad , fix your machine if your staff can’t read the order, shame as they had potential for higher, but don’t play with food next time. Also never do anything about the fact that the order is wrong, appalling customer service

Stay away! Food is awful. When called up to explain my issues I have been told that the food is okay and nothing can be done. Didn’t even hear a sorry once! The staff need to starting getting some customer service training as this is missing long time! Stay away !!!

Been a regular for a while even though customer service is poor. Ordered over the phone and they got the order wrong. Without accepting the mistake, trying to put blame on us. Rude, Aggressive and unpleasant. Never again.

Very nice shop, staff was great very welcoming and nice. I went there for my birthday and it was a pleasent experience, lovely food too. I would definetly reccomend!

Food here is at a super expensive price point and prepared dreadfully. Burnt and over done chicken with black chips. How is it possible to get fried chicken wrong. Portions are small and below average serving size. Have witnessed the workers fighting amongst themselves and throwing punches and getting into profanity ridden rants. DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered double of everything by mistake on there website service and rang them up 5mins after booking to see if they would change my order but they said its out for delivery bearing in mind I live like 6mins driving distance and the driver did not arrive for 35mins!!!

Waited an hour and a half for 1 kebab and a small pizza. And turns out it was not worth the wait. Food is awful. Stay away dont waste your time and money

My 5 yrs old boy wanted french fries so we said lets oreder some food and he can have french fries. We waited nearly 1hr for thw delivery but when food arrived there was NO french fries. Called thwm back and had to wait another 30minutes.bybtjay time our food was cold as we could not eat and our son to watch us. i live 1minute far from them Never agian

Ordered on Deliveroo , fresh scent of salad, burger with lemon and herb delicious and everything else perfect!

Ordered 2 xl pizzas, some parts of pizza cheese missing. One worker decides to leave half pizza out undone which leaves half pizza overcooked. Keema was processed meat. To save pennies the takeaway is being stingy on cheese. No quality anymore. That's the last time I'll go to this place.

My partner ordered on JustEat last night for a delivery at 9.45pm, at 9.15pm while she was in the bath the buzzer for the flat went with the food order. She ordered the food to be delivered at 9.45pm as I wouldn't be home til then. The driver told her to just heat it up! We've used this place many times, but never again

Had there pizza for the first time. Let me tell you thats the best pizza in luton! So fresh so flavoursome! Good service too!

Your average fast food outlet in the Luton area, a popular one via Just-Eat or HungryHorse. Delivery times can sometimes be a little longer than average, food quality is average but pricing is competitive. Enjoy the peri peri and jerk chicken flavours go nicely with the dips.

So we had friends over and after the last incorrect order we decided to give them another chance. We have been regulars for many years and just lately service has been shocking. Last order we asked for a burrito and got a burger. This order was missing a corn on the cob and a portion of chips. Called to rectify and was told replacement would be an hour for a 5 min drive. Not good enough staff have attitude and have now lost a customer and wont ever order again.

worst chicken and chip shop in lu2 asked for small fries got told it was £1.30 never have what they sell on the menu.
