Subway in Luton

Terrible service here. Not sure if all subways are like this, but I had to ask 3 times for more salad in my sub and even then the amount inside was a joke. Given the amount they cost, you would think there would be enough salad to actually cover the base, but perhaps I was expecting too much. I suggest other vegetarians go elsewhere.

I get delivery from here many times. The food is made perfectly everytime, Hot and delicious. Never had an issue. Highly recommend.

Clean place with good customer service. I went there after a long time and loved the food. The good thing is this subway is halal. There is a parking lot behind the shop which is cheap so parking isn't an issue.

Food is halal which is great. the steak and cheese is 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I bought my lunch from here today they guy named Hadi served me with respect while taking my order smile on his face and m my order very nice and delicious

awful food. cheese slice not toasted and soggy. pure tomatoes puree with cheese! don't waste your money

I ordered my food at around 12ish to get it ready for 1:30pm and it took around 20 minutes to arrive and the food was cold. Its very disappointing, because my lunch breaks aren’t too long either, i spent majority of the time waiting for my food.

They missed out some of the order

Yesterday, me and my friends visited the subway luton - LU11HG. The behaviour of the employee was very rude and he is serving the food with his bare hands and no proper uniform, not maintaining the store hygiene. He is making food contaminated by serving the veg and veg-non veg with the same hands. There is no name plate displayed and there is no higher authority in the store. This is what the employee uses abusive language. I have a very short video but there a lengthy rude behaviour by the employee. Team Subway is maintaining an excellent customer service as shown in the video. Hope you will continue same in all the subway’s treating the customers with same behaviour. Appreciates 👏👏

Very rude behaviour from the Subway employee. they are completely unhygienic(employees are not wearing gloves and without handwash they were making sandwitch)

If the sub-card scanner is not working in you shop than why we should spend soo much money too make a sub points as well as not know about other offer you really should need to be work on this# as well as the behaviour of staff(he) is very rude they even not gave us more information just say no straight forward what is this? Items missing from order. Tuna foot long sub was missing sweet corn & lite mayonnaise. It was basically just tuna squashed into a rather dry long roll. Horrible.

food was OVER AN HOUR LATE and came wet and cold. I would like a refund.

Foot longs were broken in the middle. Hot sub was next to cold subs in bag so they were warm.

The food was nice, but they didn't refund me for one of the trio of rainbow cookies that I ordered (I ordered 2 of them), when they didn't even deliver that to me. Word of advice: refund your customers for something if you know you don't have enough of an item that someone ordered from you.

Food took over 90 minutes to arrive. One of the sandwiches had garlic aioli instead of sweet onion sauce. We’ve had no apology for the lateness of the order

Subway isn't my number 1 choice but with the coupons I got through the door it definitely has been recently. I went to several branches and this one was by far the best, Sultan gave me the best recommendations, and overall service was excellent!!! Professional, welcoming and I felt safe. Thank you Subway and Sultan 👍 Best Subway service and sub I've had so far! As Arnold would say, I'll be back 😀

Food good but driver not good again

Food was cold and like 1/3 of the ingredients had fallen out of the sub and it had clearly been shaken. This subway seems to not care for it’s customers.

I order salad box everyday , this time it was ridiculous i have paid extra for extra meat but it was the same amount i usually get , my order was full of ketchup which i hate and more than 70% of order was only lettuce

Hands Face Space. A easy to reach restaurent that serves tasty food. The service is pretty swift compated to other subways. Well worth a visit.

I had an Italian BMT footlong during the earlier days in UK, the sandwich is very tasty nd the artist made that Sandwich delicious.

It sed food had been delivered but I never received it. All I ordered was a sub and a drink and I rang the restaurant they sed it’s been sent out but I still hadn’t received it then I contacted Just eat they sed some 48 hour investigation...not ordering from here again will be ordering from Uber Eats from now on.
