Always late but always amazing food, can’t really complain about the lateness, but it’s worth knowing 🤷‍♀️ I love the fondue! They basically give you bits of whatever they have closest 😂 and it’s always kind of the same but slightly different eg in flavours of ice cream, sprinkles on top, chocolate chips or both or cookies/brownies/wafers. I always enjoy seeing what I’ve got this time. Always worth the wait. Thank you guys! Your chocolate is keeping me sane 🙏

The worst cookie dough ever! Tasted like dried cardboard with chocolate sauce. It was inedible.

I’m always honest about my reviews, but this is the worst cookie dough I’ve ever had! I think they just microwaved it and put some sauce on it, no taste or anything

We had ordered brownie sundae, it was advertised as warm brownies on the menu. When it arrived, the brownies were cold and tasteless. We told the staff and they told us it is always served “cold” even after showing them it warm on the menu. They then told us the that if we wanted it warm they should’ve told us, even though it is said otherwise on the menu? The woman (with glasses) who we approached had never provided us with a solution and was very unprofessional with no manners. The waffle we ordered was very good however alongside the crepes.

Absolutely loved it, was popular with my children and the service was friendly and polite. We had waffle, crepe and ofcourse the children loved the bubblegum ice cream. Price wise we thought it was good value for money being a family of 6. Would definitely visit again

Quality delicious desserts, amazing customer service. Child friendly, nice safe place to go with CCTV and visual security guards making it an enjoyable day out. They also deliver via Justeat, Uber and Deliveroo which is a major plus, highly recommended.

Amazing waffles and shakes. They do lovely coffees too. My favourite is the coconut jam cake with custard!

Cold apple crumble.. cold crepe… ice cream sundae was melted and was a milk shake.. rang them up but they wasn’t very helpful.. told me replacements were coming but never turned up. Absolutely atrocious service

Cookie dough base was horrible!

Ordered for the first time and very disappointed with what arrived. I ordered a 2 for 1 brownie waffle. See picture of what arrived. Yes in theory I got exactly what was listed. But the quality and quantity is poor! Never ordering again from here.

Unfortunately although the lady who delivered it was apologetic when it finally came. It almost took 2hrs and I don’t have the right items at all. This was the first time going here, will now be the last.

Ordered 4 brownie sundaes on Uber eats and they sent 4 randomly flavoured ice creams and sauces instead of what I ordered. The sundaes were only a quarter to half of the way full. I have previously ordered with them before and the sundaes were great so have been returning customers but the past two orders have been unacceptable as I have a child with a severe nut allergy and do not know which ice creams have been included. Also called up the store and she said no bro to my complaint and was being very rude and agreed that it was her responsibility but didn’t do anything about it. Will not be ordering again.

They are charging us full price but giving us Lidl Ice cream. We saw the Lidl ice cream box and confronted them. And they confirmed they gave us cheap ice cream. They said whenever they don’t have ice cream they buy from either Lidl or another supermarket and serve theirs customer’s. they also said they normally give this first if customers think it’s bad we can give another flavour.. Shame on you..

Immunizer smoothie was just water with a froth at the top that filled half the cup with sour horrible bitter taste inedible. Zero fruit in smoothie! Ordered large sundae+ small plastic cup full of brown watery liquid was delivered. Only tiny pieces of banana+mango in tropical sundae. No ice cream nothing else! Extremely disappointed feel ripped off!

Took half an hour to get here and everything was melted and delivered by two children around the age of 10 was told I can contact just eat for a refund but it required a recipiet which they didn't include and refused to send.

I retract my previous review as my order did eventually arrive but I still should've been contacted as it was very late but that is understandable as it may have been very busy due to the weekend. the milkshakes and waffles are delicious and always upstand exceptional quality.

Ive been ordering from here for many yeats and its a shame to say that the cookie dough was terrible and the pina colada mocktail had too much ice in it, it ended up tasting like watered down pineapple juice.. it's disappointed with the quality of my order today. I will continue to order from you but will still to the waffles and hot cakes

I have been ordering the nutella strawberry waffle for over 2 years now..it always comes with whipped icecream. When i collected it today it just came with normal chocolate icecream. I called the store to question this.... and the gentleman said they dont do whipped ice cream, whereas their menu states otherwise...

Ordered a white chocolate cookie dough from here and received a literal biscuit. Sooo dry no softness from the cookie at all. Just a literal ROCK. I called up regarding this matter and the guy over the phone said “this is how we’ve always made it” no they have not…. this is not what a cookie dough is supposed to look or taste like. Disappointed, was looking forward to having this after my meal.

Excellent service, arrived early which was great, everything was packed with care. Would be even better if the delivery updates were used on the app to notify the order has left and was on route.

Every time I order cookie’s unless I get the meals i don’t receive them, this is the 3rd time now.

Nearly 3 hours to get 4 items knocked on our door at 1 45 am to deliver our order we were all in bed so sent order away refusing to refund this was a treat from our 15 year old who is now £30 out of pocket!!! will never order from here again and will be contacting bank as want money back terrible service!!!!!!!!

Awful! My ice cream arrived all mushy and melted! They put fresh whipped cream at the top to cover up the melted sundae at the bottom! Never ever again order from this place!

If I could leave no stars I would. Im a food critique and do this for a living. I ordered a white kinder cookie dough and was very disappointed with the portion size and the quality. The dough was still very raw, had a damp smell and they could of filled up the container fully for the price I payed and why did they place this in a chow mein pot? Also I can also tell that they just threw in the ingrediants and microwaved this as it still has condensation in the pot. How unprofessional of you and lazy of you! This has been reported further as I do see this even as a health risk as I basically have raw ingredients in my purchase. I wouldn't buy from here and would rather invest it in a McDonald's dessert. I have uploaded the images as well to proof my point.

Took 2 hours to come and sent wrong items

The place is always so dark. Feels like a dungeon. Desert places usually have good ambiances. The deserts are also overpriced.

The items were satisfactory however the delivery was extremely late. I ordered the food at 10:45pm and the food arrived after Midnight around 12:15. The order was marked as delivered at 11:50 when it wasn’t actually delivered. This was after calling the store twice at 11:35 & 11:45 and being told the order was already out for delivery. We live only 10 mins away from the shop itself. Unacceptable.

Fondue was cold, marshmallow was stale and the cake was stale too, brownies were really dry.

Got there 11 and told takeaway only. If that is the case, then change your hours or display this. Imagine if people came from far to sit and relax but get told takeaway only. Staff too busy focused on cleaning up so they can leave on time, so thats why it is takeaway late on. Im sure this is against trading guidelines! When the milkshakes were given to us on the table in takeaway cups, we were not told to leave. So it was just a case of not wanting to use glass mugs. Mojito looked like diluted juice in a cup! The milkshakes were ok. I dont think I would return, even to sit in. Basic communication of taking your order and money. If it was not for the fact I was with excited kids looking forward to dessert and the convenience of the place after watching a movie, I would have walked.

1 was Half melted, top cream tasted weird for another. Probably wont be ordering again, but because it was the only place open late we thought we might order. But this is getting a bit much, it was nice last time but maybe because we ordered late it was made mediocre and not top class desserts.

My wife and kids said the food was exceptional, and delivery was on point. I had to mark down item quality based on the fact that I ordered a vegan waffle and vegan ice cream but neither were marked as vegan on the packaging and looked identical to the dairy items I ordered for the family so I had to go without.

Honestly the last few times I’ve ordered the desserts have been disappointing. The sundae did taste right, was left half eaten. I always get the crepe, it was doughy and something they don’t include what is advertised. The sundae was a complete disappointment as the crush the cones at the bottom making it soggy!!! So we stopped ordering agains ago. I just like the crepes but now that’s going down hill!. The mocktails are just icing no flavour, properly two fruits. They like to cut corners. Not ordering again, done with the amount of chances I’ve given

It would have been 4 star or more if the description was more informative: I do not like 'White Chocolate' so I ordered the Brownie Sundae which has No Mention of white chocolate yet quite a lot of white chocolate chunks were all up in the sundae which kinda ruined it for me... Perfect for someone that likes white chocolate for sure. I wish the description had mentioned it so I could ask for none to be put in... - I hope that would be an option in future.

My kids loved the sundaes and my youngest liked the blue bubblegum ice cream. But I never received my scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not happy so won't be ordering again. My cinnamon and honey pudding needed that vanilla ice cream and I paid for it aswell.

Ordered dessert from here for delivery and was shocked at the total lack of care for their customers. We were sent stale cakes that were completely inedible and seemed like they had been left out for a week. With the number of dessert shops around you'd think they'd care about quality but they clearly don't. I won't be visiting this or any other cookies and cream branches anymore.

Food was made as expected very well. Although the cookie dough may have been slightly over done and the waffle was slightly cold by the time of arrival. Overall it was tasty and came on time. Therefore we're happy. Thank you. Delivery cost is too high and because of the other factors it was 4 star for the restaurant service.

Not the best experience. The Red Velvet cake & Terry's Orange choc cake were tasteless. The cornflake tart was stale. And the summer sorbet was melted (and just became fruit salad)
