Food was so cold by the time it arrived , food was ready for a while, until a driver was assigned

the courier/driver was very rude as I struggled to get to the door. absolutely no patience and said something in another language in a rude tone

never received it. staff were unhelpful

the order was never delivered but the app shows delivered. I will never order there again. It's just time to change the driver. an embarrassment

There’s a guy who guards the salad with his life and acts like he personally owns subway or like he’s going to get a promotion for hoarding salad. He’s adamant that customers are not allowed any salad with the breakfast subs and I don’t believe that for one second. Company’s like to promote healthy eating so I do not see subway making a rule that essentially discourages getting your 5 a day in. He takes his job too seriously and I’m tired of arguing with him over salad. He would rather hoard the salad and throw it in the bin at the end of the day then just let customers pick what salads they want. He’s the ONLY staff member that does this. Other staff say “only 2 salads with breakfast” which is strange but it’s better than nothing. I think he’s making up the rules as he goes along so I’m going to email subway headquarters and ask them directly what the rules on salad are (sounds ridiculous I know) so that the next time I go in there and he’s behind the till I can either accept he’s right or show him he’s wrong. Either way he does not get paid enough to act the way he does. The salad doesn’t come out of his wages and he just seems like the type of person who used to remind the teacher the class was set homework. Subway need to get rid of him. Absolute jobsworth. EDIT: After making a formal complaint I received a response and to no surprise this employee is in the wrong. I rest my case.

They sent me frozen hash browns

Had breakfast sub deal served by Bala, great service by him, made delicious sub with choice of 2 salads & sauces. Nice fresh bread

Staff has improved greatly recently. I think Bala Served us and make sure we are aware of the current offers. Because of Bala service we spent more money. Great customer service is also profitable for every business.

overpriced, £12 for 5 bites of a sandwich? outrageous.

Got an okay sandwich from their cheap range. You cannot choose your salad you have to get what it comes with The menu is expensive now for a sandwich 🙄

I didnt recieve bbq sauce and was missing pickles

Food is halal which is great. the steak and cheese is 10/10 would definitely recommend.

No happy at all. I ordered my food at 13 o'clock to arrive for 1pm the driver waited 25mins for my order to be ready. He said the staff were more bothered about the people in the store than doing the online orders. I work for the nhs and only get a short break. This isnt acceptable when the irder was placed in more than enough time to be prepared and ready

Asked for a foot long meal however the staff had turned off the drinks Despenser and wanted an extra 30 p for a bottled drink. Explained that I wanted a cup drink however they said as the machine was now off I would have to pay extra as they were only serving bottles. The store shut at 8 pm and this was 3 hours before closing. Also stated that it was cash only. When asking for salad, noted that they had virtually no salad made up and declined to make anymore but still charged the same. Really shoddy service. I won't be going back to that branch of Subway.

I’m genuinely stunned at the 3.9 star rating of this Subway. I’ve just devoured my foot-long sub and like every other order I’ve had it was absolutely awesome. Granted, one of the cookies I’d ordered was sold out, and a “sorry” note written on the bag, but it was replaced with one just as tasty. Overall, food was great, delivery time was impressive and the guy that delivered it was polite, happy and smiling. What more does anyone need from an Subway experience? I’ll be back for sure and I’ll definitely recommend this place too.

The best subway branch in Luton. The plus point is that all the meat is HALAL. Their staff is really friendly and provide you the best service. It has clean environment either to dine in or takeaway. Cleanliness 10/10 Taste 10/10 Staff 10/10 Though this branch is far away from my home. But I prefer going there rather than going to the nearest one. 💯

I'm never coming here again they tried to overcharge me extra💷£11.99 when the footlong meal deal is £9.99 and the man taking the order said it was because I had ordered extra meat or something so they tried to scam me also they barely give enough toppings or sauce on the subs either.

I never received the 6 cookies I ordered I phoned the store and he asked me to go there to collect as he forgot to put them in, if I could go collect them I wouldn’t of ordered delivery.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered it over 70mins of waiting. Didn’t even know where my order was. Only for it to be delivered cold, soggy and horrible. I planned all the food to come at the same time giving it time to come but my guests left disappointed.

I ordered a salad, and the subway soaked it in too much dressing, making my healthy option unhealthy. I shall not be ordering from this subway again as a simple salad they screw up

The cookies were missing from the order and the restaurant refused to send someone out again to deliver. Extremely disappointing as my children were looking forward to it as it is their favourite part of getting food from subway

I haven't been at this branch for for at 3 years. Standards had dropped and took custom elsewhere. Tried again today. Under new management and amazing service. Was served by a gentleman called Perth. Brilliant service. Explained my dietary requirements (allergies) and accommodated really well. Would definitely use again. Keep it up lads.

Unfortunately, completely the wrong order was delivered. Driver returned delivery to the store and I had to submit a refund request and order again. Still waiting for a refund. At least the restaurant bundled a couple of free cookies in the re-order as an apology. No biggie, mistakes happen. More frustrated that Just Eat's method of dealing with this sort of issue is poorly defined, clumsy and having to wait days for a refund - for no mistake on my part - is wholly unreasonable. This is not the fault of the restaurant!

Ordered a foot long but only gave a 6inch

Drivers are very much uneducated and don't know how to read specific instructions on where to deliver food.

The most miserable staff you will find on the planet. It seemed like I had wrecked their day by walking in and placing an order. These 2 guys working behind the counter today 5th December 2022 between 14:30 and 14:45 are the most miserable staff you will come across. They certainly need retraining on how to smile and provide customer service. Food was ok……..

My usual subway branch whenever I have the craving. I’ve dined in, taken away and had the subs delivered from here and the service has never let me down. The store is always clean and the staff are polite and quick to serve. Perfect place to grab lunch in between meetings whilst wfh.
