Burger King in Luton

Burger King is known for delicious fast food, burgers are juicy, vegetables are fresh, all with good spices. Potatoes with bacon and cheese are the right choice as a side dish or a special meal. Luton airport is always crowded, there are not enough places to sit, the tables are often messy, with leftover food that is not removed by the departing guests, but this is a reflection of their lack of culture. 

We ordered a Veggie Royale with an extra Patty And no mayonnaise. They gave us extra patty But they gave us extra mayonnaise and I went there and they said sorry we will do another and when they do another that was full of oil. We had so many times Burger King but never had this kind of experience. Very disappointed

This place does not offer hot drinks for sale. The burger was fine but I wanted a coffee too.

Service was adequate but not great , food ok but over priced for what it was , would have normally gone to kfc as it's cheaper there and better tasting but it was full , no thank you from the colleague and no.smile and sliced cheese was dry at the edges , normally get a better service at burger king in Luton mall but this ,it was rather poor , just hope it was a one off. ☹️

Delivery drivers shouldn’t put cold drinks with hot food. And in a car it shouldn’t take 45minutes for delivery. Poor service from just eat delivery driver.

The website kept advising delivery time that kept getting put back. christmas eve so expect store in shopping mall i inundated with shoppers. Ordered just before 2.15pm and the food arrived 4.05pm not a problem to wait all was great with food though.

All food cold when delivered, had to direct delivery driver to hotel when was on the main road with a massive sign outside and my drink was not in with the delivery

I am completely unimpressed and dissatisfied with the quality of the food I received, felt like I was being given something to ration off not to enjoy. The chips were so bland and basic, and were half cooked. The burger was very distasteful and did not look anything like it was advertised to be nor did it even taste nice. The chilly bites looked like something out of a horror movie, was very unappealing to look at and horrible to eat. The only good point that I will point out is that the service was very quick but that was probably because no effort was put into the food at all.Overall my experience was the worst I’ve ever had and my biggest complaint has to be with the massive contrast between the food being advertised and what I was actually given.

not only did it take an hour and 20 minutes for my food to delivered. it was missing a hole meal as well as being stone cold! I'm furious i paid nearly £40's for food and is uneatable! won't be ordering again!

Its my first and worst experience at burger king. Satff doesnt even know of what the vegan patty is made of, why cant burger king pattys have atleast one vegetable patty instead vegan?? Worst taste and worst experience ever.

Clean, tidy Burgerking with polite staff. There are no self-service screens, but the staff manages to both take and prepare orders.

Delivery was 26 minutes later than originally expected and food was cold.

The food was two hours late and cold upon arrival my daughter is type one diabetic and had to not have her food and eat something else as the food was taking to long absolutely shocking this evening

My food came freezing cold I got sent Chiken nuggets instead of my burger I am not happy . The fries we also freezing with no bacon and the food took 1 hour to come.

Food arrived an hour or so late. It was cold, soggy and the wrapping on the burgers looked like they had been opened and then "wrapped" again. Truly awful. I will never order from them again.

After visiting a variety of different Burger King outlets over the years I can honestly say that the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly at this branch. Food was prepared quickly to a high standard and piping hot, which is what you would want from a fast food outlet! Would not hesitate in recommending this outlet and would confidently eat here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Burger King is a right manky old dump. It looks very dated and depressing both inside and out. It could really benefit from a refurb or relocation, neither of which will happen as you instantly get the impression that their head office don’t give a toss about this place. When asking for some ketchup, staff look at you like you’ve just urinated on their apron and give you ONE poxy sachet, just enough for a 4 chips. Either cook at home or go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here.

I received my order now but I am not satisfied because I ordered Cheeseburger kids meal but only the burger arrived. Small fires are missing. This is the second time that something is missing from my orders.

Food was stone cold, we couldn’t eat any of it. It was near close time, they shouldn’t have accepted the order of they knew they couldn’t provide it fresh or at least hot. It arrived early as it has obviously been sat there all evening and they wanted to go home. Really disappointed and just eat refused a refund as it arrived early- so helpful.

Good quality food with reasonable customer service and a good wait time. The food is packaged well and delivered hot when you dine in.
