Burger King in Luton

We waiting over an hour for our meal and it was freezing cold and hard. Worst Burger King I’ve eaten.

All food cold when delivered, had to direct delivery driver to hotel when was on the main road with a massive sign outside and my drink was not in with the delivery

The delivery time kept changing and some of the food was cold. Delivery driver did not have basic manners, I.e did not say hello or goodbye. Missing item from meal deal

not only did it take an hour and 20 minutes for my food to delivered. it was missing a hole meal as well as being stone cold! I'm furious i paid nearly £40's for food and is uneatable! won't be ordering again!

All my food arrived cold, for the amount these meals cost it is disgraceful that they would send old cold food, one of my burgers was a completely different burger to what I ordered. A tiny dollop of the cheese sauce on the fries which you pay extra for. A complete disappointment

Its my first and worst experience at burger king. Satff doesnt even know of what the vegan patty is made of, why cant burger king pattys have atleast one vegetable patty instead vegan?? Worst taste and worst experience ever.

nice delivery man but again I've not got all my order I ordered the big bag of chilli cheese bites n I got only bag of 4 n missing a bottle of sprite for which I paid £3.39 for drink? n the bites £5:89 but i only got 4 ?? someone needs to do it correctly..

Delivery was 26 minutes later than originally expected and food was cold.

Clean, tidy Burgerking with polite staff. There are no self-service screens, but the staff manages to both take and prepare orders.

The food was two hours late and cold upon arrival my daughter is type one diabetic and had to not have her food and eat something else as the food was taking to long absolutely shocking this evening

fries undercooked and cold. The sandwiches were poorly assembled, it looked like the fillings and dressing were thrown on at a considerable distance, they were also cold.

My food came freezing cold I got sent Chiken nuggets instead of my burger I am not happy . The fries we also freezing with no bacon and the food took 1 hour to come.

Food arrived an hour or so late. It was cold, soggy and the wrapping on the burgers looked like they had been opened and then "wrapped" again. Truly awful. I will never order from them again.

After visiting a variety of different Burger King outlets over the years I can honestly say that the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly at this branch. Food was prepared quickly to a high standard and piping hot, which is what you would want from a fast food outlet! Would not hesitate in recommending this outlet and would confidently eat here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Burger King is a right manky old dump. It looks very dated and depressing both inside and out. It could really benefit from a refurb or relocation, neither of which will happen as you instantly get the impression that their head office don’t give a toss about this place. When asking for some ketchup, staff look at you like you’ve just urinated on their apron and give you ONE poxy sachet, just enough for a 4 chips. Either cook at home or go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here.

I received my order now but I am not satisfied because I ordered Cheeseburger kids meal but only the burger arrived. Small fires are missing. This is the second time that something is missing from my orders.

Food was stone cold, we couldn’t eat any of it. It was near close time, they shouldn’t have accepted the order of they knew they couldn’t provide it fresh or at least hot. It arrived early as it has obviously been sat there all evening and they wanted to go home. Really disappointed and just eat refused a refund as it arrived early- so helpful.

Burger King did not give me my ketchup that i paid extra for.

Good quality food with reasonable customer service and a good wait time. The food is packaged well and delivered hot when you dine in.

food was cold on arrival. initially said it would be 50 mins max delivery (arrive1pm latest), didn't arrive until 1.45, handed to me and bag was wet and food was cold and had to reheat it. Also i ordered a coke zero but got regular coke instead. not great, won't be doing that again unfortunately.

Took the kids in the one in the mall because they wanted to eat lunch.Paid £12 for 3 cokes 2 chips one small burger and 9 nuggets.It was quite no one bothering you.Staff were polite and very quick.

I visited the store at 1030 today. Absolute filth. The guy in the back licked his fingers before taking the burger wrappers to put down, and then made food with the hands he just licked. Needless to say I asked for a refund with the quickness. The lady on the till was fairly ignorant and rude about it. And what I believe to be the manager offered to make me the burger himself. At that point I was completely put off my food so I refused, and they issued me an immediate cash refund . The fact that in store they seemingingly couldnt care less is a massive cause for concern. I pay for a burger to eat a burger, not your saliva. Would not reccomend this dive to anyone I have an ounce of respect for.

Didn’t order for months cause last time they didn’t deliver my drink and sent me less onion rings than ordered. Today finally thought I’d give another chance. My driver tells me he specifically asked Alishba in the store for a drink and she said there isn’t one. They also didn’t send me the fries with my meal. Got sent a burger and the onion rings I ordered on the side. Love Burger King. This store cannot get it right. Don’t bother. They’ll almost definitely ruin your meal

Dropped in for a quick snack but didn't really feel comfortable in their space.

The food sold there was ok, but the staff are very phlegmatic and slow. Customer service is 0. Staff are laughing and chatting while customers are waiting to be served. While I was waiting on the queue 2 people went to complain about the quality of their food. I never heard an apology from the manager. The hygiene level was very low too. Most of the available tables were dirty and sticky. We had to clean our table before we sit.
