I have a feeling that everybody that works there have hearing or understanding issues or both

By far the worst mcds ever , seen the reviews and understand why , food awful and cold been sitting for ages , always stuff missing on menu , order wrong again , how difficult is it to put stuff in a bag . Crap ! !

Disgrace of place.been there twice recently but will never be back.i have never saw a bunch of unhappy people working in a place twice enough to put you off going there.got my neice hamburger happy meal. I have seen thicker slices of gammon. Trading standards should go in there

Problem in location this customer need to update her location. Customer was very aggressive and she use very bad behaviour. 👎

04:30 Ordered 1 Large bacon tasty meal. No one in drive thru , no one in store and the non acknowledged lengthy wait wasn't worth it . The burger was stone cold. Colder than the usual shoulder shrugging, eyebrow rasing, head shaking, tutting noise making, sighing, don't want to get embarrassed taking it back acceptance of the usual look warm rubbish.The fries were soggy & cold But that's the usual expectancy. I returned the whole lot and left. Enough is enough.A good, consistent Mcdonalds Restaurant is hard to find unless you wanting cold food Soggy food. When I asked ,I was told by the manager there's no process in place for ensuring quality control except leaving the food in a hotbox for upto 20 mins.The customers should stop accepting this. Why anyone thinks it's acceptable to serve food thats been left sitting for 20 mins is beyond me. Wouldnt accept that in a restaurant. True what they say. You pay for what you get. I won't question the price at 5 guys again. I'm done with Mcdonalds and the cold food. Ram it.

Horrible customer service and 90% of the time there will be some item missing from your order if you get an order from drive thru ---- Items are usually correct but just ordering fries without anything takes 20 minutes. Also staff can be rude.

Absolute riot of a place the carpark and restaurant are full of just eat drivers. Asked to wait in a space for food to get ready had to join a que of about 20 cars all round the carpark aa no spaces available. Never get orders right either

Staff so rude was missing half my order witch ordered through the app staff blamed the driver ended up going to the shop to get my missing order not even replaced the rest of order witch would be cold no refund staff need retrained in customer service bag wasn't tampered with so was not the driver fault had few issues in this shop

Car park was full no spaces yet restaurant empty its time the just eat guys were told....whats the point of reinveting the eating area when you cant park to sit in!

If I could give this 0 stars I'd still be disappointed as it deserves a -5 stars. Too busy dealing with delivery orders to serve the massive queue for drive in. Was asked to take a space. Said no as there was none I'd just sit at the window and wait. Told I'd need to leave window and park up or order would be cancelled. Will never come here again.

This order was not delivered…ordered at 5pm and as I type at 7:20pm this order has not been delivered even though the app has just changed to say it was delivered at 6pm. The service has been abysmal and the experience will make me question whether to even use Just Eat again in the future

not being rude but seems the restaurant cannot tell the difference between MILKSHAKE and COKE. Ordered two milkshakes but received one medium coke, how is that?. Staff seems to have lack of communication and not pay attention to the orders. Not all the time that we got mixed up orders or missing orders, but MOST OF THE TIME is just like that...

The food was good, but I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese for my mum, and it wasn’t in the bag with everything else.

It was a lovely bun in on the Big Mac, gherkins we’re EXTRORDINARY and the chips were salted perfectly, coke was good, normally tastes like fairy liquid but not this time. Really amped me up for knee surgery tomorrow. Regards ❤️❤️

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TAKE AWAY MEAL FROM THIS RESTAURANT SEE PHOTOS 🤬 -ordered 2 Big mac meals Burgers dry - no salad -no burger sauce/mayo no gherkins barely any cheese- chips were meant to large barely a small portion and very anemic in colour - we added a bit of mayo ourselves - didn’t realise any of this till we returned home and started unpacking the bag - started to eat it because we were hungry & just spent nearly £20 🤬🤬🤬 and literally threw it away because it was so horrible I tried calling the store to complain no answer- no email address to complain - no one to talk to so came on here to see if i get a reply 🤷‍♀️🤬 it was a shameful excuse for a takeaway This has happened before so don’t know what’s going on in that store - To be fair the last time we got a meal from this store it was very nice so clearly, Who ever is in that preparation kitchen tonight either needs re-training or sacking This is not acceptable and if it was in the USA they would be appalled at what was given to us tonight 🤬

Why can this branch never get orders right????? Shower of muppets clearly being trained by monkeys. Missing 3 birthday donuts this time . We actually take bets on what’s going to be missing from our order, As there are AlWAYS things missing. I can’t remember a time when an order was right. It’s funny how we never get extra items, but 9 times out of 10, maybe even more, items are missing. Shocking and members of staff that constantly get orders wrong, should be sacked. Not acceptable at all.

Everything we ordered was there and hot only issue was the sauces condiments I paid for and also come with a family portion there was none no straws for 4 large milkshakes no sauces not even some napkins seems small issue but it’s all part of everyone enjoying Their meal also the desert we requested was wrong too so everything food and drink wise was👍

This is the second time this has happened my drink has been left out the order I don’t know of this is intentional or just being disorganized but they repetitively forget items that are part of my food. Very unsatisfied
