we been a few times but noticed sometimes the price of coffee changes,eg small americano hot milk £3 10 sometimes £3 40 admiited its only 30 p difference but y does the price change as we drink in.Also croissants eat in £2 80 out £ 2 95 if they change because of VAT in or out then your menu should be more explicit.
Pottys, advertised as a 1950's themed diner. Firstly, I must stress that the food was lovely and the portion sizes very generous. The major downside to it though is that it is made up of two areas as it is attached via an open doorway to a shisha lounge and unfortunately, because of the ultra-modern music being played loudly in the adjoining lounge, the diner is totally lacking any authentic atmosphere whatsoever! Yes, there are lots of 1950's type memorabilia and posters on the walls and ceilings, but the whole place is tired, tatty and in urgent need of decoration and refurbishment. Most of the diner chairs were damaged and our table was completely wonky. It is almost as if new owners have taken the place over and cannot be bothered to re theme it. The toilets, and in particular the ladies’ toilet need urgent refurbishment. Very small and no toilet roll holders on the walls in the cubicles, simply toilet roll plonked on the sanitary bin! NICE! Toilet seat hanging off and bits and pieces of loo roll scattered everywhere including all over the floor In regard to the atmosphere, usually in an American style diner, you would expect 1950’s rock and roll music being played and the waiters and waitresses to be dressed in clothes in keeping with the era. What you get is staff dressed in modern clothes, i.e. leggings and crop tops, serving between the two areas and a DJ playing very loud house music in the other room. Not my idea of a 'Diner'. If you are looking to get dressed up in your vintage 1950s clothes and go down to an authentic American diner where you will hear the likes of Buddy Holly, Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis while you get served by a waitress dressed as Marilyn, then you are going to be sorely disappointed! If, however, you are not in the slightest bit bothered about the authenticity of the diner and you just want to go for a genuinely nice burger and chips then this is the place for you. Although I declined, the desserts also looked delicious and huge in size! Alas, as a diehard fan of the 1950s, I felt very overdressed and out of place on arrival and will not be returning. Overall, a real let down for the Rock and rollers.
Pork ribs overcooked. Lamb in the lamb curry was tough. King prawns with vegetables - prawns tasteless sauce just water and an unnecessary splodge of bean sprouts on the top. Very disappointing.
have been here many time but not anymore the Beef was excellent but roasts Potatoes were cold plus everything was cold...nothing except the Beegf was tasty.
I knew the meal was going to be rubbish when we managed to park right outside the restaurant. We arrived at 8 pm and the large restaurant was only a third full ,not great for a Saturday night .The veg soup to start with was taseless with no seasoning as was most of the food offering . To follow was the veal in a mushroom sauce , I have had this dish all over the world and I have never had the veal cut up in to small little pieces.Again no seasoning and tough, I left most of it , and on top of all this you have to order the vegetables separately, the sauteed potatos (cut up roast potatoes) could have been flavoured with some onion or rosemary to give them some flavour and the zucchini fritta was the worst I have ever seen or tasted, great thick slices with the fried covering falling off. No way is the chef Italian, my Nonna must be turning in her grave what is passed off today as genuine Italian cuisine. The local area is pretty and genteel and it deserves an authentic Italian restaurant, this is not it
Booked a table for 19.00 for 4 people. No duck, ran out of prawn balls, no chicken skewers, food was cold and not replenished. Got charged full price,. Have to say this was the worst meal we ever had out. So embarrassing as we were taking our friends out, poor service
I simply tried to order a takeaway however unfortunately it never turned up. After placing the order I asked for it to arrive by 8pm. The woman said no problem. By 8:15 the food still hadn’t turned up so I called back, the woman was incredibly rude and unclear and disinterested. She didn’t provide any reason why the food wasn’t here and then cancelled my order! I called back again and asked for the food to still be delivered, but this time it was 8:30. The driver called by and said the food wasn’t 4 minutes away but by 8:45 it still hadn’t arrived. I called back for a fourth time and spoke to the same rude woman, she claimed that I had told the driver I hadn’t ordered any food, despite constantly going back and forth with the Resturant, why on earth would I have said such a thing. My order was cancelled by the woman and she hung up on me. Totally rude unpleasant and unprofessional staff at this restaurant.
I recently tried Thai Rack and was really impressed. The food has a great balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors. The Pad Thai and Green Curry were both fresh and tasty. Definitely a solid choice for delicious Thai food!
Ordered the pizza and the pizza arrived with a raw soggy dough I called the shop manager and he told me to cook it at home or return it and he will re-cook it which I thought was extremely rude and appalling bad pizza bad service

terrible food, over priced and deliveroo didnt even give the 20% off they lured me in with. I was starving and I couldnt get through it. I want my money back. The "chicken" is not chicken and I did not request vegetarian chicken. God knows what the "pork" was in the Chow mein. really honestly this was awful. please don't waste your money and health on this vile excuse for food.
