I ordering on regular base sweet crispy chicken with egg fried rice,honey spare ribs,black bean chicken and food is always tasty,hot and fresh..there's any chance for complain,food good,tasty,hot and lady on the front desk is very nice and kind. I can just highly recommend this place if you fancy good Chinese for a decent price 😎👌

They claim they're open from 12pm-2pm on a Wednesday. Hence, I arrived at 1:30pm, their sign said they was closed. I double checked on their website and their PHYSICAL poster outside on the door, and it should be open. I decided to call them from outside, a person was present in the kitchen and I saw them with my own eyes ignoring the call. Awful service and communication with consumers. I decided to knock on the door and the guy told me to go away!! Lack of respect and a waste of my time. I travelled quite far as well, a shame really.

Best Singapore rice noodles ever, fxxking delicious!

Just today of the day of July ‘24 we ordered the food from these premises like many times before. The food and service was very good. However today it was ridiculous!!! We spend £50 for 6 dishes, not the most expensive and it was disgusting! The crispy duck stinks! Chop Suey was a soup with shrimps instead of king prawns! Oh and the Fried King Prawns tasted like they were heated up in the microwave. This is really disappointing as the food from them was really good before. I don’t know what’s happened but definitely, never do the mistake again. Thank you for wasted supper!!!

I love this place so much, my family has bought food from here for over 12 years now. The food is so flavourful and always really hot and fresh. Delivery is quick and so is collection. Great spot for good food 👍🏻

My favourite new takeaway, good customer service and yummy food!

Gutted. After 10 solid years of regular takeaways from this place, tonight has been a total let down. Spent £150 on a takeaway for 9 people (mums birthday) Bland food, no curry flavour in Singapore noodles, soup was literally warm water, no egg in egg fried rice. Some food piping hot, other was stone cold. Im thinking change of ownership as the man who is usually seated behind counter is no longer around and counter staff are different. Gutted as I now have to find another decent Chinese locally when I was so happy wirh this place. Gave it another chance today. Ordered a prawn dish and the prawns were clearly long long long deep frozen. I literally couldn't eat them. Sad as the guy in there who owns a place is trying so hard but needs to get rid of his cooks and start again

Great menu with so many different things for the whole family. Food is good quality and flavourful. Was in the area and I’m very glad I stumbled across the restaurant. Staff were super friendly and looked after my family and I. Would highly recommend and only review restaurants that are definitely worth it! Good job Eat Well!

Poor food , waited 45 mins . Gutted that china house has gone so gave this a try , never again . Salt and pepper chips was under cooked , probably frozen . Hot and sour soup tasted nothing like it should . Chicken Chow mien tasted vile . Left with a horrible taste and feeling sick .

I have been going there off and on for 10 years. Tonights food was very poor. The prawn crackers were stale. There was no taste to the BBQ spare ribs which were luke warm. The sweet and sour chicken was so hard. The duck must have been cremated so many times. Just had enough of eating lousy food and it was not cheap

Recently on a Saturday we tried to order a take away over the phone. Unfortunately one of the staff was very unhelpful and rude on the phone when my partner tried to describe a dish she had ordered in person previously. Unbelievably the woman on the other end of the phone said come into the shop and out the phone down on us without giving us a chance to explain. We have found this particular member of staff to be unhelpful and impatient on previous occasions, so this is why we decided to review. Generally the food is fine but we went elsewhere on this occasion and probably will do so in future. There are plenty of other places to get a takeaway with polite and helpful staff.

Just my local Chinese takeaway place was happy with the service and how quickly I got my food.

One of the best Chinese takeaways we have ever had. They are so good with allergies which is fabulous (even sesame!) and the food is really tasty. A rare gem run by lovely people.

I called them back to tell them they gave me the wrong order, I let her read out my order, she missed an order request made to a dish, asked her colleague said it comes that way, I explained to her the menu states chose a or b, I chose B on three occasions, told me I need to say it the next time I come, even though I said it this time, told me come next time and she gives B… no refund, no fixing the order, I was willing to drive back and get the right order. Nothing, told me not to argue with her. I said she’s not even saying sorry, sarcastically said sorry and that next time I come to say B. I explained I’m a regular customer and live up the road and will not be coming back again.

Very uncooperative when they get order wrong It’s never their fault even when you order same food every week !!! Needed a receipt they refused to provided said they computer wipes them off at end of each shift !!!

We have been using this Chinese for the last 2 years. We placed an online order and added an allergy note which was ignored. When I had collected and driven home when we realised so we called them and they said there was not allergy note on order so we would have to pay for dish again so I had to drive back as otherwise someone was without food. We said we didn’t think this was fair as we had entered this information and must be there system. There was no customer service so I advised we would not be using them again. Seems such a shame for something that could have been rectified so quickly.

Placed order by phone but when it arrived it was incorrect. Called them as soon as we realised the problem & they refused to accept their mistake, instead blaming me & saying it was my fault! We’ve used them for a number of years & the food has been ok, but after this we won’t be going back. Avoid.

This has got too be one of the best Chinese restaurants i have ever been too I wish they delivered especially as I no longer live in the area but I still drive here at list once a month as a treat. Also its a shame but they are a take away only place buy there always so busy I doubt it will ever become a sit in restaurant.

Worst chinese ,been long standing customer spent thirty pounds on food and ordered salt and chilli prawns had a distinct fishey taste eang to complain they refused to change refund or help in my book restaurant not to be trusted long customer 12 years plus never use again discusting behaviour.

Proper Chinese! It’s the best for a takeaway in Bushey. We go a lot... btw people saying about the hygiene rating, it’s been rated a 5* as of July 2019 so those comments are just people trying to be nasty!! They are very busy and customer service isn’t the best but that might also be a culture clash. They’re a bit short with you but it’s only a passing moment before you dig into great food!

Quick to prepare food, always fresh off the pan steaming hot. Been eating here for 4 years and never had any trouble down below.

We used to use eat well but not any more. Food has gone down hill and the last time we ordered, waited 2 hours and nothing arrived. Ended up going out for a Chinese. Avoid and don’t waste your time sitting in and nothing turns up!

They have complete disregard for local residents safety. Their delivery drivers park dangerously on double yellow lines and across the Vale Road junction. They don't care.

I used to frequent this takeaway on a weekly basis but stopped about one year ago as the service had become frustrating and the food was sliding. Returned to their recently to see if things had improved and ordered our usuals. The sauces were quite good and provided the right level of kick you would expect from the spices. However, the quality of the chicken was very poor and I would make a much better dish at home for half the price. I like meat and if it is not up to scratch I will not return. Recommend this take away for vegetarian dishes.

The food is ok but the staff are grubby and extremely rude. Theres plenty of places to eat, so why put up with their rudeness. Two regulars were ordering when I was in there and they couldn't believe the way they were talked to. I think they find it amusing to be abrupt and shout at people. What would be amusing is if people voted with their feet.

We went twice this week because of the good portions versus price points. ..stick to the steaks . Didn't like the deep fried crispy pork....too deep fried. Then again the Chinese clientele were ordering mountains... lamb chops..to much fat not much meat. Staff not to attentive but it's ok.

Always decent food from this place. Have ordered multiple times and it is consistently good. Dishes taste healthy and not full of added rubbish and the dishes are healthy portions. Wouldn't think of changing my Chinese!

Ordered from this Chinese food was late then when we sit down to eat we discover that the food wasn't what we ordered and when we call to tell them and get some of the food swapped the woman who hardly spoke English was having a go at me telling me that's the order I gave her when half the things I didn't even like so defiantly didn't order them. She then said we don't care about our business anyway and hung up. So we were left with loads of Chinese food no one wanted and paid about £50. Won't be ordering from eat well again!! And don't recommend anyone should. Also found out there Hygiene level was zero today!!!

We ordered a take away and understood as it was NewYears eve there would be a wait. However, we did not expect to get cold food after waiting for 1hr 30mins and spending £43. When I phoned to complain was told that if I put all the food back in the containers and none of it had been eaten they would replace it but would have to wait another 1hr for fresh food! Terrible customer service and I would not recommend

Very efficient service. We always collect the food so unable to comment on delivery. Food is very very good with huge portions. Found the chow mein a little on the greasy side but apart from that faultless.

Have used this takeaway for years and there has been the odd occasion when we've had to wait longer than usual for the food. On this occasion told 40 mins when order placed but after 1 1/2 called to be told that the driver had left 5 mins ago and the food arrived 30 minutes later!!! We are only 10 mins away at the most. Called to say that food had arrived and didn't see why we should have to pay! Asked if it would be possible to record on their system our dissatisfaction and maybe offer a discount next time. This they said was not possible which is very surprising given that when you call the number is recorded together with the address. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before ordering again.

Awful customer service, was spoken to extremely rudely when ringing up after receiving a delivery with a number of items missing. Then out right refused to refund the missing items, will certainly never be eating here again.

Dispite giving an order and waiting 1hour 20 mins. Our address and contact number was already registered on their system and they repeated it back. 20 mins delay and phoned them to be told it is 5 mins away. Called again a further 10 mins later to be told they lost the order, then blamed me as i must have phoned the wrong place and then to be told you can order again but you are not getting discount .......there exact words were ' We have many customers, so go somewhere else we are busy tonight 'Dont deserve my money or customers so will not be going there

Ordered a delivery the food arrived after one hour cold. We complained and they argued calling us liars. We then had to drive the food back there, where they continued to argue back with us. The staff are exceptionally RUDE, we will NEVER use them again. I am surprised they have the audacity to argue since their food hygiene rating is ZERO! II DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you want a nice Chinese go elsewhere!

Have been coming to this Chinese for years and always recommend it!! Good food usually can let u down on occasion though. Biggest disappointment is the blatant lie on there menu. They say free delivery upto 3 miles. I recently moved and ordered from there a few weeks back no problems. Ordered tonight and suddenly they are charging for delivery! They say I'm over 3 miles away iPhone maps and other internet apps say 2.1miles!! Sadly after many years I won't be back due to their pure greed!!
