we been a few times but noticed sometimes the price of coffee changes,eg small americano hot milk £3 10 sometimes £3 40 admiited its only 30 p difference but y does the price change as we drink in.Also croissants eat in £2 80 out £ 2 95 if they change because of VAT in or out then your menu should be more explicit.

Great place to have a coffee & a quick bite with friends. Staff are always so lovely when I sit in. Learnt some of the lovely girls names recently, so shout out to Chloe, Caitlin & the manager Mona for being knowledgeable about the GAIL’s products and being so welcoming each time I come in. They always keep up the smiles and positive vibes whenever there is the odd rude entitled person trying to give them a hard time. Just wish prices didn’t keep going up so I could frequent more often

The table hadn’t been cleaned away even when there were 4 staff behind the counter. Cleaned the chair down before sitting. Ordered our tea and coffee which had to be collected from counter. The poached eggs with bread soldiers arrived nice and warm. Filled a hole nicely.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Our order was taken promptly and the kids’ starter came out quickly, but the adults’ starter didn’t come out and the kids’ mains turned up before they had finished their starters! The adults’ starter and mains all arrived together and still no sign of our drinks. We had to ask for the drinks. Finally, we waited so long for the dessert and bill that we went to the till for each. The restaurant was pretty much empty and there were three serving staff, so they weren’t overrun. We were very disappointed and won’t be going back!

We went in at lunchtime and was hardly anyone in there. The service was incredibly slow and the staff were not very friendly including who I believe is the manager/owner who spent the majority of the time standing around scrolling on his phone in between passing us the kids menus which we had to ask for, it felt like we were being more of an annoyance in politley asking for these, he served us and we found him to not be very welcoming at all, along side another member of staff who was also unfriendly which is a shame as we are very polite people even know this was not reciprocated. We did notice others were treated completed different so I can only assume if you’re a regular then you are ok! Overall it was a bad experience and one we had to unfortunately pay for. We would not return to this chain again.

We ordered online on a v busy Saturday. The web site said 45 mins and it arrived just a little later. Something on my order didn't go through so I rang them up and added it. As they were so busy, it was missed on delivery but I rang them and they dropped it straight here. Customer service 100% Food is fab Thank you Sea Chef!
