Thai Chilli in Hertsmere

Was craving thai food and was undecided on where to go but decided to give this place a go and I’m so glad I did! Staff were friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable about the menu, which enhanced the experience. The food arrived promptly and I was amazed by both the taste and portion. Overall I was super satisfied by the quality of food and taste. I was impressed and will be returning in future. I highly recommend this place for lovers of thai cuisine!

I decided to give this shop a try after I found out that there was new management and staff. I was pleasantly surprised to see how the new management has really transformed the place as well as the food. The food arrived within a timely manner and tasted delicious. It was really flavourful and I highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting to eat some Thai dishes. Will be coming back with family and friends.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve eaten from here twice and it’s been incredible

I am shaking from anger because the man was very rude on the phone. First of all, the phone line was always busy and finally when I get through the man was sharp and had a bad attitude to his tone. It's like he hated the job and did not want to have the business. I called to simply ask where my order was and he just said he didn't see it. He finally explained that the order got canceled and I did not get a notification for it. Then he said ' okay bye' and hung up. I was going to ask him if I could directly order from the restaurant but he hung up and it was nowhere near closing time. Lost a customer and I could never ever go back there again. Such a shame that businesses like this exist :(

Ordered at 8.30 and no food received by 9.45 … called and ignored 5 times on mobile number provided to Uber Eats. Called number listed here and told they never got the order despite accepting it at 8.39. Was hung up on. No food arrived and they cancelled the order after 10pm.

I’ve ordered beef pad Thai and beef smells horrible.undercooked prawns in prawn pad thai..I was trying to call the and restaurant but they were closed.

We all enjoyed our evening dinning with delicious Thai & Indian delivery, all the dishes was freshly cooked and delivered very hot and tasty 10/10

We ordered a green Thai curry and a red Thai curry from here for the first time last night. Asked for extra spicy red curry and they made it extra spicy it was lovely. My girlfriend enjoyed her green curry The whole meal was lovely, big portions, cost effective. Would deffo recommend. And will be ordering from here from now on. Nice to have found an enjoyable Thai delivery that delivers to borehamwood.

Very disappointed!. First visit with family. Not enjoyable, food bland and expensive. Will not be visiting again.

Genuinely the best thai food I've had in AGES! So good that called the restaurant to say thank you. There was nothing I could fault: Pad Thai - Awesome Coconut Rice - Sooo coconuty Thai Green - Divine Massaman Curry - Amazing Bravo.

Food nice but on both occasions our food was 20 minutes late! On our second experience they forgot our jasmine rice that we’d paid for. Chef didn’t sound too bothered and no gesture of good will offered except a further 15 minute waiting time for our rice to be cooked and to arrive. When the rice arrived, it wasn’t even the jasmine rice I had paid for! It was another sticky rice. Terrible service and not sure we will order from here again. Such a shame. Cheers guys!

We ordered 2 curries the red and the green and they were extremely watery the green one was too sweet. The rice was really nice. The vegetable spring rolls weren't anything to write home about and were something you'd probably get some a frozen section in a supermarket. The prawn tempura was actually aright. The delivery was ten minutes late. I hardly touched mine to be fair but hubster ate all of his. I'd probably not go back there again
