The best restaurants serving Default food in St James Castle Point East of England

Me and my wife have lived in Hadleigh for a few years now and this was the first time we have ordered delivery from Nims. It was excellent , the order was taken efficiently , the food came slightly quicker than expected , and it was really hot and really good. Me and my wife are not expert on Thai food but we know what we like and this was all spot on. We will be back, thank you !

Lovely food, however today I witnessed the manager being verbally aggressive to a female staff member in front of customers. Very unprofessional and changed the atmosphere of the restaurant due to the managers actions.

Hair in my pasta, and nothing done to correct it. Food without hair in it was ok, staff friendly.

My absolute favourite place to go. Can't beat a turkish breakfast from here. But all the food is freshly cooked and tastes amazing. The staff are so lovely and friendly always make time for their customers. Absolute wonderful people. If you haven't already been here. What you waiting for? You're missing out!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Hot chocolate with carmel on a chilly afternoon, perfect.

I recently visited a fantastic fish and chips shop that I can't stop raving about! From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure my experience was top-notch. Now, let's talk about the food. The fish was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You could tell it was fresh, and hearty. The chips were golden and fluffy, complementing the fish beautifully. They also offered a variety of sauces, and the tartar sauce paired very well with my haddock and cod fish! Overall, this fish and chips shop exceeded my expectations. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious meal that captures the essence of traditional British cuisine!

No longer the mayflower Indian restaurant, its under new management as a Bangladesh restaurant, wild ducks. Second night so a lot of learning on the job...... Food ok, tasty , with different foid offerings but rookie errors ie. Music to loud, Food not served at once, cold plates , lights very bright so lacking ambiance. However, staff welcomed feedback so hopefully improvements will take place . Pricing very reasonable in these inflationary times, sizzling wild duck and chicken Kathmandu particularly tasty. Will be back.

Had a takeaway. Tasted more like a ready meal from a supermarket. Curry was bland and powdery. Would not recommend.

We rented Mason Noir for an event, and they were wonderful. Maxine was so helpful and responsive and made our event absolutely perfect. The cakes and sandwiches were delicious and super fresh and there was loads of tea, coffee, Prosecco and soft drinks to go with it all. We’ve also been here for lunch before and it was an excellent experience then too!

Popped in for a couple of beers. Friendly locals and staff. lots of space to eat, drink and watch sports.

Placed an order through App, one pizza had an incorrect ingredient so called up and Bradley in Hadleigh (that rhymes) was fantastic on the phone, immediately sorted the problem and resent the correct pizza. Always hot, always fresh, those chicken wings are naughty. Thanks.

Be aware that they are now accepting Walk-ins on Mondays and Fridays, and are also serving soup. You still need to book for Thursday.
