Here every week! The staff are lovely. They do always seem to be out of something, though... marmite this week, brown bread last week.... 🤷🏼‍♂️

I had a wonderful experience at Costa Coffee in Hadleigh! The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxed, which made it the perfect place to start my day. The two members of staff were incredibly friendly, and the lady making my coffee was especially warm and cheerful, which really made a difference first thing in the morning. Her positivity helped set the tone for my whole day. It’s always a bonus to be greeted with a smile and great service, and this Costa definitely delivers on both. Highly recommend for a friendly, uplifting start to your morning!

no option to change a mistake on the address. courier asking for code even though I did not have the order. un able to contact costa coffee or just eat on the phone to rectify this mistake

It's one of my favourite costas as it's not in a typical retail unit, so has a bit more character. I usually go first thing so I can get parked right outside for free.

Panini sponge like and lukewarm really inedible!! Cake stale and also inedible! Never again

my order was spilt and my toasted completely covered so not edible and just eat wont refund

I say on time was about 5 mins later than ext and it was disappointing today. The coffee was cold and soya milk had an odd taste. The cheese and beans toasties were cold tough and only toasted on one side. I won’t order them again.

Latte with cinnamon bun syrup is Delicious .....Goes well with a Yummy sausage roll xx

Had coffee in Hadleigh Costa today. The coffee was lovely, but the toilets were absolutely disgusting. There was wee everywhere all over the toilet and floors. The Worst toilet I’ve seen in years and I’m not exaggerating, I would never go there again.

Not Costas Fault as Just eat changed our delivery time 4 Times due to no drivers!! But our food was STONE COLD!

Always 10/10 on the coffee. Food prices could be cheaper as not the best (not the individual shops fault). Usually clean as the staff keep active. The service is friendly and spot on too as they all tend to remember you and know how you have your drink, and plus they ask how you are. Nice personal touch! 👌 Good work!

If you don’t have an item, maybe ring and say would you like something else, instead of delivering without stuff.

Costa Hadleigh are absolute legends, every time I put notes on they are dealt with. Always hot and never had any incorrect orders or anything missing. Keep up the good work!

Ordered an iced latte and got delivered a hot one! Was still charged for delivery and service charge! Read your orders!

it had coconut milk in it but i asked for skimmed. it had a normal straw but i was drinking a boba so i needed a bigger straw

Not the delivery drivers fault regarding time. I ordered at 11.55 and only got my food at 12.55. time kept getting pushed back several times as there weren't any drivers. Got my food, and the toastie was cold. Luckily the rest of my food was meant to be cold.

This arrived late and freezing cold

The coffee bore no resemblance to a Flat White, i put that alot of that down to taking too long to arrive.

I usually pop in for a coffee on my lunch break, and all of the staff are aways absolutely lovely, and the coffees are always spectacular. Shoutout to Abi today, who made an absolutely BANGING Flat White ❤️

Despit5e your claim my order was never delivered! No satisfaction on Live Chat. Told me they aren't JUST EAT and couldn't provide a refund. I have now raised dispute with Barclaycard VISA for the £13.98. Shocking service, appalling Customer Service.

Delivered food but no coffee!! Whats the point of ordering from a coffee shop if u dont bother to bring the coffee?!

Drinks arrived and food was cold! Driver appeared to be at restaurant for a long time before able to collect, order arrived nearly 35 minutes after first scheduled delivery time.

The quality of the food was not good, dried and very hard rolls …the bacon in one was 2 very small pieces of bacon lots of fat the second roll 2 burnt sausages.. say no more

Ordered the Aero Hot Chocolate. Which comes with a free piece of Aero. Which they put in a separate little tub. Good idea you would think. Except it’s in a bag on top of the hot chocolate and a cup of coffee. So by the time it was delivered, it was just a chocolate blob. 🥲

Decided not to bother delivering any food

Tried the pigs under blanket panini, could of done with an extra sausage, but other than that it was banging!

Roll was a little hard but otherwise always good

Nice iced frappes but it’s very hard to drink ice blended drinks without straws! This is the second times they’ve forgot them! I wouldn’t mind but it’s literally lumps of ice it’s impossible to drink it without them.

First time ordering breakfast, was actually really surprised how good it was. Yum!

I was so scared today to get my drinks I literally asked the man which bag was the drinks in. Ha! He said that he drives carefully when he has drinks . Yesterday sadly my drinks ended up on the floor. Today they are in one piece ,thank goodness. Food all good. :-) So today thumbs up from me. 👍

We really look forward to our Saturday morning Costa treat! The restaurant called us to advise of an out of stock item and offer an alternative. Everything arrived perfectly (thanks for the extra hot coffee I requested) at the exact time we requested. Thanks guys

One frostino was supposed to have cream on top but didn’t and missing one straw

The hot golden caramel latte was half filled and mostly foam, tried to treat my partner to a lovely caramel latte and it was empty and not sweet or caramelly. Disappointed for £3.60

Always really happy with food but ,sadly this time food was overcooked would not be right me putting full stars it would be dishonest. . Also recently not having items Iv ordered has been a little off putting. . I love Costa though so won’t let 1 time put me off. I’m a good loyal , regular customer . I’m sure it’s a one off.

Usually exceptional service - However, today our order was missing a variety of items, a drink was missing coffee and the general quality of our drinks was far below the generally excellent service we have received in the past.

Out first experience of having our Costa breakfast delivered rather than going out to get it. Absolute brilliant! Easy ordering the restaurant accepted our order right away and kept us updated on its status until it arrived on our doorstop 30mins later. Food was delicious and coffees were nice and hot. All arrived in perfect condition delivered by friendly driver. We’ll definitely be ordering again.

Expensive (especially once delivery & service charges are included) but fast service and drinks arrived hot

I think the alternative milks, coconut and oat are heated for too long. Tastes a bit burnt.
