Domino's Pizza - Hadleigh in Castle Point

We ordered our pizza online , had to wait 1 hour and a half for an update only till then did it start to get cooked. Was tracking our order and driver has gone everywhere but my home. I have a family that's hungry and tired we just want to eat

Ordered , tracker confirmed out if oven quality checks in place , then tracker stated ‘status cancelled’ called store x2 still told pizza hot and would be in way hot - finally arrived over 20 minutes almost cold - REFUSED delivery! Driver stated he had only just come on duty so pizzas cannot have been on way when first told !!! Why lie ? Told would be refunded but we still had no food ! Will never ever order again not the first time this store let us down! Avoid!

Terrible food slow delivery times

I ordered a pizza earlier this evening and when it arrived it was the wrong pizza. I contacted Hadleigh dominos pizza and my order was corrected straight away. The pizza I ordered arrived quickly and I also received free cookies. The person that delt with my complaint was called Matt and my girlfriend and I were very happy with the outcome. Infact my girlfriend was happier than me cos she ate all the cookies. I'm ery happy with the way we were treated and will be ordering from Hadleigh dominos pizza again. Thank you

It has taken nearly an hour and half for our delivery and we are at the end of their road to the shop! They keep saying 10 minutes and then even said it’s on route and we are now waiting 30 minutes since the pizza is ‘on route’ I was waiting with 2 children for over an hour their service is appalling!

Always great pizza, friendly staff and generally a decent place to grab a quick bite! (App has good lunchtime deals!) 👌

Ordered a pizza from here last night collection! Got up there it was just being cut, it was done to perfection and the staff were really friendly and efficient!

App isn't the easiest in the world to use. Had 50% off offer and bogoff which came to £51 for 4x13. 5" pizzas. Very filling and plenty left over for the next two days. App told me pizza was ready to collect. When I arrived, I had to wait. They are what they are. High Street pizza but £101 for 4 pizzas without the discount. That's just robbery.

Ordered a pizza from here last night and was terrible. Under cooked, stodgy and just overall disgusting. £24 as well! Do yourself a favour call up Irmas in Leigh and get a takeaway order. £10-£15 from there and they are bang on everytime!

Great pizza. Friendly service. Parking problematic. Better to get it delivered I think.

Never thought I’d review a dominos but this is by the best dominos I’ve ever had multiple times. Pizza is always cooked perfectly, staff are friendly and personable and it’s always delivered quickly!

The pizza is always fresh and the sides are brilliant. Domino's is the best!

Went to order a pizza online which didn’t end up going through, then ordered on the app as I thought it would of worked, again it didn’t. So I also used my partners phone which then didn’t work, ended up phoning to order which is fine, went to provide card details over the phone which didn’t go through, but payment already was taken out of the card they said didn’t go through. Spoke to I’m guessing a manager and he said we was lying and said we couldn’t make another payment over the phone as your not allowed , we said the app was down and he then said ‘ I don’t think the app would be down mate ’ which came across really Rude, then said we can pay over the phone and I then used another card. The payment was then cancelled which is good but I think the customer service was awful and they could have gone about it in a more professional way.

Ordered and paid for 5 different pizzas for collection the day prior. Ready on time the next day. Great service and good pizzas

Good food, but a bit of a long wait

The staff at this branch really are helpful. I required advice for ordering a 'healthy option' pizza; needing to watch my blood/sugar levels as borderline diabetic. Marcus was able to steer me through what was going to be the best base and ingredients for me. Much appreciated!
