The Hot Hut in Castle Point

Had a great takeaway from Hot Hut tonight, always good food, I had the doner which was a really good kebab, chilli sauce was hot as it should be and the lamb was well cooked, not greasy. Wife had the Chicken shish and thoroughly enjoyed it, great food will be ordering again.

Food was great and delivery time was bang on

Having recently moved to Benfleet, we needed to find a good local kebab shop for our weekly Kebab Friday and this place certainly doesn’t disappoint. The food is always delivered in a good time scale and is tasty and piping hot 👍🏼. Also the delivery drivers as nice and friendly.

I never ordered from this place until 3 months ago. Not a single bad meal or delivery the service is the same every time. Polite, respectable and any fussy needs like mine catered for (sorry guys) Great service and even better food. I’ve lived in the area 4 years and nobody serves good food and service as consistent as hot hut. Thanks guys Aaron

The kebab was huge today, my mother loved her jacket potato and beans. Notes was read and done correctly. Was nice to have 30% off offer too. The Hot Hut has always been good, been around for many years. Its my local.

we ordered from the hot hut in Benfleet the food was excellent,the chicken was not dry and there was plenty of salad, we will defiantly use this service again.

First order made tonight, food was ok tbf, but found two hairs! Would've left a message with them, but they don't have anyway of doing it on the website, and they didn't pick up when I called. A real shame.

Ordered our usual Doner Kebab Meal deal but this time ordered them in a wrap. This is the second time we have had it done this way and love them let alone I think they make the best chips. Also had two slices of their delicious chocolate cake and had a complimentary tub of delicious rice. We really do enjoy our meals from The Hot Hut, in fact they are one of our favourite places to order from.

Pretty consistent, meat always nice , quick delivery , chips not always that crispy but that’s becuase they can steam up when wrapped up apart from that would recommend this place .

My husband and I love the Hot Hut and order from them quite often. We first came across The Hot Hut from a recommendation from a friend. Our orders have always been correct and this time (Valentines Day) they very kindly sent us 2 complimentary slices of chocolate cake which was absolutely delicious. . We love their Donner Kebabs especially in a wrap and adore their chips and have always found the portions to be really really good. Thank you so much Hot Hut for the wonderful Chocolate Cake. Ordered a ham and sweetcorn pizza the ham tasted very funny like it was off ..even the kids tried it and said it was a funny taste...won't bother in future waste of money .the place has gone down hill for some reason.

Avoid avoid. This was the third time I ordered delivery from here and everytime I end up collecting it as it takes ages. Today after an hour I called as it wasn’t with me only to be told they was just finishing it off why did it take an hour to start cooking it and when I picked it up there was no apology and to top it off the food was bland bland bland Such a shame

My kebab was alright, the kids meals where a doner roll and burger and the buns was so hard it was like a farleys rusk.. not really acceptable ; trying to get children to eat there dinner after that didn’t Go down well so it went to the dog & ordered McDonald’s instead .. disappointing The capri sun was nice

disappointing - ordered a mixed kebab doner and lamb shish. really awful lamb not sure if was this. charged for sauce separate but not chargeable if put on kebab - needs looking at and advise customer moving forward. wouldn't recommend such a shame. use to be brilliant.

Drivers dont start until 4pm. So why take a delivery for 3.45. Food arrived at 4.20, Burger & chips ok, Kebab lukewarm.

This was my 3rd time of having ordered from hot hut and all times they have mucked up my order and out BBQ sauce in my wrap instead of burger sauce , last night they redelivered me a correct one but asked for the old one back to see who made it! Which was very strange as doesn’t have any writing on it and I had already taken bite out of it but I gave it back . Then manger hung up on my husband when he rang up to ask why would you want the wrap back after been bitten into very rude on the phone h

Food was stone cold the capri sun drink was the warmest out the food and the kids meal looked like a burger and 5 chips the pizza was like cardboard. Such a shame as iv ordered from hot hut for years and foods always been hot and decent portion. Will not be bothering to order from here again 😑

2nd time of using the hot hut after a friend’s recommendation,The first time we ordered the kebabs were excellent , ( Donner and chicken shish ), they arrived quickly and were both very hot with fresh salad , unfortunately our second visit wasn’t as nice ,it still arrived quickly but was barely warm , after a few minutes in the microwave it was edible but certainly not memorable , the donner meat was way to thick ….certainly not the worst we have had but we wouldn’t rush back …

The salad in the Buonarroti kebab, was basically coleslaw! Very disappointing

Disappointed! Salad was brown and soggy as it was in the same box as the meat. Lamb was chewy. Small sized portion for the cost. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Asked for burger sauce on kebab meat but was given garlic mayo instead which I don't like so whole meal ruined

Order very regularly from here and always happy with food and service. Unfortunately on this occasion the lady on the phone made a mistake and got an item wrong. Would not admit to this or amend order after delivery and was extremely rude! Would think twice about ordering again now. What a shame

Nice food but time to deliver was abysmal

We have been ordering from The Hot Hut for quite a while now and every time, the food has been fabulous. We tend to like the Lamb Donner Kebab meal deal as we also love the big chunky delicious chips. We treated ourselves to the Chocolate cake this time as that is also very yummy.
