Ordered a chicken, bacon, cheese burger with extra chicken fillet & parmesan, truffle fries. What i got was 4 chicken strips & bacon so close to being burnt you could just taste the charcoal. The fries had never seen parmesan, nevermind truffle. Soggy with melted cheddar on the top layer. Absolutely avoid this place with a passion!

The main shop... What's happening with this store? The freezer area constantly has water all over the floor... Totally mucky with the odd yellow 'traffic cone' dotted around with a warning! And dangerous. Many of the freezers u cannot even see through the glass. Many empty fridges. The fruit & veg quality (particularly apples /oranges) is absolutely dreadful. We are now doing our grocery shopping at Aldi, as are many people that we know. So very, very sad. Management needs seriously looking at.

Food was cold, lady struggled to understand what my grandfather was ordering causing him to get something he didnt want, chicken was vile i had 6 hot wings and trust me the ones in norwich are way better, the meat was weird, couldnt finish it. The chips were cold aswell. Nothing made fresh clearly

Went to Swaffham McDonald's this afternoon 07/05/2025 and the young man who took my order was the nicest most polite and patient young man, I was not organised with my app order but he was very kind, I believe his name began with B I can not find my receipt to be sure. Well done to him and thank you also. You could do with more staff like him.

waited ages to be seated, had to then go order at bar as no-one came to table, food took forever to arrive and then didn't see a staff member after that point. Starters were good, main meals were appalling, not only over or undercooked, completely unseasoned and really quite tasteless. I have never left a steak uneaten until now. The only good thing about all the mains was that they were warm. If that had been my first visit I would not return. Food has always been ok here, and staff have always been friendly and attentive in past so not sure what's happened to change that. Barman was good though

CASE-0245297 We ordered on the 23rd of Feb 2025. We drove all the way there. It said our food was ready. When we arrived it wasn't ready so we had to wait. The food was finally ready 10-15 mins later. We drove home. When we got home we realised our order was wrong. I have contacted dominos multiple times regarding this. And they have no done anything to resolve this. I have also contacted dominos multiple times to complain that they are not responding to my initial complaint. I did get a response back and they asked me to stop putting through complains as it was generating multiple complain reference numbers. This is ridiculous. Imagine you have a unhappy customer and you tell them to stop complaining because they can't be bothered to deal with the issue. We are beyond annoyed now. If they had responded in a timely manner with a resolve then everything would have been fine but it's been almost a month. This is completely unfair. Dominos if you see this- contact me. I am very frustrated with your lack of customer service.

Disappointingly dirty and uncared for. Having ordered our drinks it was a case of avoiding tripping over the litter spread liberally around the floors and choosing the least manky table to sit at. The place hadn't been cleaned for a couple of hours - or at all - that day by the look of it. Floors and tables were not remotely inviting and the bin was full to overflowing. You'd expect better from a national chain. Three members of staff on too but no one taking any interest in the customer environment. That's the not-so-good side covered. But on the positive side the till service was cheery, friendly and efficient and overall very pleasant. Also the coffee and steak bake were very good. It just would have been nice to have somewhere vaguely pleasant to consume it.

Food cold and greasy. Some dishes,the spices seem raw. Vermicelli was fine. Veggie / vegan options very limited. Go to Royal Garden - the other high street options are just as crap. Maybe if I hadn't been born and brought up where good Asian food is freely available - my best friend at nursery school was in the Chinese High Commission - I'd think this rubbish was ok, but, ugh. East of England needs to up its game, useless dump.

We placed our order and it turned up with food missing and my mothers scampi was burnt and not edible, we then rang up and they agreed to send more scampi and the wrap and 2 portions of chips what we were missing. The driver then turned up with just the scampi and 1 portion of chips, when I rang up to complain that I still haven’t received my £9.50 wrap the manager refused to send it and hung up on me twice. Do not order from this company

Thought it would be nice to order my partner a big McDonald’s breakfast for his birthday as he’s been having a really rough time lately and we’re both super unwell. Half the order was missing, the rest was wrong, can’t get a refund for delivery as McDonald’s are partnered with Uber Eats. Ruined the morning really and I’ve now deleted both my Mcdonalds and Uber Eats accounts. Can’t be bothered with the lack of resolve on orders that are wrong. McDonald’s stated that they couldn’t do anything unless we wanted to go via head office. Absolute joke and not worth the money you chance losing on delivery fees etc. This also means that if you get your food for a group and anything is missing, you won’t get a replacement for any of the missing items unless you want to re order and pay for another delivery, meaning half the group might go hungry unless you want to waste more money on delivery and receive another order that might also be wrong. This has also happened to us on a few occasions in the past but this time was ridiculous, the order was no where near correct. It’s like we got someone else’s order with our receipt on it. Oh, and we have to wait up to 15 days for a refund from Uber Eats.
