Domino's Pizza - Swaffham in Breckland

CASE-0245297 We ordered on the 23rd of Feb 2025. We drove all the way there. It said our food was ready. When we arrived it wasn't ready so we had to wait. The food was finally ready 10-15 mins later. We drove home. When we got home we realised our order was wrong. I have contacted dominos multiple times regarding this. And they have no done anything to resolve this. I have also contacted dominos multiple times to complain that they are not responding to my initial complaint. I did get a response back and they asked me to stop putting through complains as it was generating multiple complain reference numbers. This is ridiculous. Imagine you have a unhappy customer and you tell them to stop complaining because they can't be bothered to deal with the issue. We are beyond annoyed now. If they had responded in a timely manner with a resolve then everything would have been fine but it's been almost a month. This is completely unfair. Dominos if you see this- contact me. I am very frustrated with your lack of customer service.

Atrocious, food arrived cold and inedible for our family. Phoned the shop and spoke to manager who said it was because it was cold outside and offered to send more food which would have been cold due to weather. When we refused , he sent a delivery driver out to collect the food from our wheelie bins who was already out on deliveries elsewhere. Expecting him to rummage barehanded in our bin to retrieve the inedible food that was sent to us. We contacted domino's customer services immediately to make a complaint five days ago with no response.

After travelling, stopped at Domino's for the first time. Wow! Brilliant. Watching the staff preparing the food was fascinating and I am now a Meat feast and Domino's convert. This is what all Pizzas should taste like.

Awesome. Had chicken, garlic bread and pizza. All amazing. Highly recommended. Hot food and lovely dips
