Sadly for the first time; the notes weren’t read and the adjustments to my order were not met. The food tasted great though, but as a fussy eater, opening my usually perfect curry to a mass of veggies I dislike was a bit of a let down!

Our first time using this Chinese takeaway and we were very impressed with the portion size as well as the fabulous taste. Staff were very polite when the delivery was made. Will definitely use again as it is definitely a 5 star experience.

First time ordered from Mings and I would recommend to anyone looking for a well priced and tasty chinese. Cannot see any faults and will definitely come back again!

Turned up late and then the food was cold! Ended up spending £20 on cold late food! Ended up throwing it away!

Ordered at 6pm where it said delivery time was between 45-60 minutes which is fine. When the order was placed, this then changed to a delivery time of 7:15. I called to see where my food was at 7:45 and it didn’t arrive until past 8. Very disappointing as we like Mings’ food.

Prior to ordering it said delivery would be 5.55pm, once ordered it said 6.10pm called at 6.15 and was told it'd be 20mins more. Food finally arrived at 6.55pm.

Tried for the first time. Delivery was good and driver was very pleasant. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the food. Parts of it were inedible. A piece of metal was found in soup, the duck was beyond crispy and contained fragments of bones (that looked like the crispy skin so hard to identify), the yellow bean chicken dish was over cooked and the mixed meat main barely had any meat in it. Unfortunately a lot of it ended up in the bin. A real shame, as they seem to be the only local Chinese that take card and deliver now.

Order confirmed for delivery through JudtEat only to be cancelled 15 minutes later because they didn’t have enough delivery drivers. I understand they’re busy, but why confirm the order? Was then unable to reorder for collection - suggesting that delivery driver shortage was not the real reason for cancellation. Again, why confirm the order and cancel (with a suspect reason) 15 minutes later?

most of it was lovely and the deliverer was lovely (sorry about my very hyperactive dog) but was a little... confused about the presence of a lemon slice in my prawn toast bag?

Due to be delivered at 10 past 6. Still not here but app says delivered. Did not receive our food. Chinese takeaway won't help us.

I ordered the food over two hours before it was delivered.! The food was then really cold when it finally arrived. I called to explain that I was unhappy and was told would get a refund... But theyonly refunded £3. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Having to reheat food I’ve just paid for is not good enough.

We have used Mings for a lot of years but after our take-away on Saturday would not be using again. We pre-ordered food in the afternoon was confirmed a time but still had to wait a long time upon collection. Food was tasteless and very poor

Menu needs to be clearer, sweet and sour chicken was just battered strips of chicken with pouring sauce? everything looked old like it was double cooked even the egg fried rice had black burnt bits in it. Over all not impressed.

Our first order as just moved into area. We were not disappointed - not stand our incredible- but tasty, hot, good delivery, and we will certainly order again. Thank you!

10 minutes late but its not letting me select the option, the prawn crackers were so stale you couldnt bite into them..

Delivery was estimated for 19.20-19.40 and it arrived at 19.00, so a great bonus. Food was very hot and again, super tasty!

Lovely meal as usual, however portions particularly chow mein seem to be getting a lot smaller. Container only three quarters full.

Always had lovely food from Mings, although the portions especially chow mein and Char Sui do seem to be getting a fair bit smaller.

Having used this before with no issues was surprised to see a low rating however the food was bland The vermicelli noodles were a dirty grey colour Out of 6 meals not one was eaten fully and over half the food ordered was thrown away Not a pleasurable feeling. Will not be going back there

We love to give these guys the benefit of the doubt because we’ve never had a bad meal and they often get bad reviews. And to be honest, on this occasion the food was correct and hot, and tasted delicious! But it took precisely 2hrs 26minutes from point of order to delivery… it was estimated to be delivered between 7:30pm & 7:50pm, and didn’t arrive until 8:33pm… I phoned at 8:03pm and asked for an update - got told 10/15mins. So phoned again at 8:30pm, and asked for some money back for the delay. Got told to go through just eat… then the restaurant rejected my request for some of our money back!! We only live in Attleborough down the road, I’m disappointed that the restaurant couldn’t give us some of the money because of the inconvenience. Considering we are faithful to this Chinese. May go elsewhere in the future.

Delicious food, the prawn balls were nice and crispy on the outside and the texture inside was fabulous. 10/10 would recommend despite some of the reviews.

Always good freshly cooked foods. Well priced and will deliver to local and surrounding areas. They can be extremely busy, which shows that it is the best in the area for good quality and HOT food. I recommend take away instead of delivery as it can sometimes take over an hour.

Awful food. Tasteless with lots of salt to try to make up for it. Chicken curry was terrible could have been anything with lots of salt. Prawn toast was full of grease and only tasted of grease, aromatic duck wasn’t aromatic and was very dry. Avoid

Just had the most amazing Chinese, ordered on line, ready in half hour, everything was gorgeous, nice and hot and plenty in the portions, this is our 4th order and never disappointed.

Bloody brilliant chinese. Ordered chilli chips, salt and pepper chicken and vegetable spring rolls, food was fresh, cooked perfectly as and full of flavour. 10/10 meal

Pork Balls were seriously overcooked, the barbeque spare ribs were inedible as they were burnt to the point that even my dog wouldn't touch the bones and my roast pork in plum sauce didn't even taste of plum sauce. If you can't even do the basics on a slow Wednesday and get so flustered that you burn food? I want nothing further to do with you. SHAMEFUL.

Food was still frozen and ordered through Just Eat who won’t issue a refund , Mings won’t refund either as payment is to Just Eat even though I got in my car and returned the food, worst food and experience ever for Chinese food. Definitely would not use Just Eat for delivery ever again, whatever you do get your food from another takeaway, it’s not worth it..

The food was good and the delivery came earlier than the app said, however the delivery driver angrily shouted at my boyfriend and said that he wasn’t happy he had to wait at the front door so long. We had no idea he was there, the app had not been updated to say the food was on the way, and they didn’t call me even thought they had my number. There was no need to be so rude.

We always order from here. We collect as it’s only a short drive away and pay with cash. The food is always amazing. The sweet and sour sauce is the best out of the all competitors as it isnt neon and fake looking. The dishes are all good size. Never had a problem. All freshly cooked. Our favourite.

Food was tasty but only lukewarm, which is unusual as it’s usually piping hot.

I find the food here to be good quality, and there are few competitors in the area. They almost always give free prawn crackers, and even then the prices are reasonable. Their set meals are especially so. The two times I’ve been I’ve been served by two ladies, presumably a mother and daughter. Both were kind and accommodating and the mother showed a keen interest in getting to know her customers and was very pleasant. I also pre-ordered over the phone and the food was ready as requested and the portion sizes quite generous.
