All I have to say is the zinger box meal was amazing good job KFC

By far the worst KFC i have ever been to. Service is an absolute shambles, the duty management only care about gossip and playing kisses chase with each other. It’s such a shame. A great brand is being disrespected by utter incompetence. I hope head office realise that the people here are ruining the company reputation.

Well, what can i say at least food was cooked this time. Ordered boneless banquet and zinger supercharger tower box and the only thing was warm is the sides which in my case were beans lol and i waited at least 15min for my order,why? I thought its hot food restaurant, Unfortunately not. Localy there is eat in restaurant 3 course meal for 13£ per person and u served by person with warm food and white sheets on tables. For 21£ i got cold food, fries were moisty wet and cold lol, yak. Whats your excuse, if u dont mind me asking? Oh and nearly forgot to add last time i was there chicken was not cooked so iv asked to replace it as had a meal inside and found hair in another meal which ghey just replaced my uncooked meal. Just shocking….

To be honest, the food you get always tastes good but that's if you get it. Went in tonight and ordered cookies but nothing to be had, offered more sides instead after I had already loads of savoury food. Nothing else sweet on offer. It was only half 6; to have run out at that time, hours before opening, is a bit silly And then, to boot, get home and realise none of the 6 wings we ordered were in the bag but somehow extra chips- this tells me either a deliberate alternative or just slapdash behaviour. This of course means over 7 pounds worth of my money the company got for free. Disappointed and would only order again in future if through an app so I can have some buyer protection for missing things.

It was amazing! I still can’t believe we have one in thetford! 9/10 would recommend!

Went through the drive through recently, staff were super friendly, really quick at getting my order ready and food was hot and tasty

Little pit stop for lunch from a long drive and not had a KFC in a while and this place hit the spot 😋 ordered a zinger twister wrap and hot wings also a zinger tower which was all cooked cooked fresh. Nice clean joint with friendly staff

Really well run restaurant. Improved so much since under new management. The team are so lovely and friendly. I recommend 100%

Service doesn’t even deserve one star. The slowest service I’ve ever experienced in an alleged ‘fast food’ restaurant. No organisation, nobody in charge and nobody knows what they’re doing. Just a bunch of young kids who haven’t got a clue and seemingly don’t care! Waited over half an hour for two meals. Brought over an icecream dessert before our food, which then melted before our meals even arrived.

I’ll start by making the suggestion of making a note of people’s number plates on the receipt so future customers don’t receive the service we have this evening. We have been waiting a hour for our food and still haven’t got it, 6 times different bags of food have been brought to us to see if it’s ours, people have been getting the wrong order, looking through it, giving it back and they are just giving it to the next person, that is unacceptable, I expect fresh food not food that someone else has been opening. The only positive is that the young girl we have spoken too is polite and seems genuinely apologetic

Sorry franchise food in a franchise package. Nothing to complain about nothing to praise, mixed gender toilets don't do it for me so on that basis would probably not rush back. Nothing wrong with the place but not doing it for me.

Used the drive thru & it’s clear they’ve come a long way since they first opened, couldn’t fault it.

Food wasn't exactly very hot more luke warm the popcorn chicken only received half a box and the tower burger was suppose to have no lettuce yet arrived with lettuce

The food was completely cold on delivery and I ordered a fillet burger and a zinger burger and received 2 fillet burgers.

I don’t even think this KFC deserves one star - we went in and asked for a boneless bucket at the drive through and staff said their system has crashed and couldn’t serve us. We then went inside and tried to order and a member of staff told us they couldn’t do it because they had no boneless chicken ! We said we would have another look at the menu and asked for a regular bucket with original chicken, to which the member of staff said they only had 7 pieces of chicken in the store. The staff were uninterested and didn’t even try to get us to order anything, will not be returning.

Went 3 times this month and every time they manage to mix the orders up. Doesn't matter if they busy or not there always something missing in the order not going there again.

When we originally ordered it stated that delivery would be 30 minutes. The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. This interrupted our evening and caused issues.

The second time of having KFC from here and sadly the last. Both my sister and I had the boneless banquet. The chips were soggy and lukewarm and it seemed as though there were two types of chips mixed together. The fillets were okay and the popcorn chicken was okay also but neither again were hot. We both had an ice tea and it was mainly water. The syrup was running out.

Waited for minimum 20 minutes for our food to be given after ordering through the drive thru. Finally we were given our food and they forgot a drink (2 meals ordered) We tried to check the food and thought all was ok, given we got two of the same meals and the top box was correct, only to get home and realise they didn't add the piece of chicken in the bottom box. While waiting in the drive thru line, we heard staff swearing. Will likely only go back at a push.

Near cold, and as usual missing items, at least it wasn’t one of the meals this time just a drink.

There was a wrong address on the order. The courier contacted and asked for the correct address. This was messaged immediately but the order was not delivered. Furious.

Food tasted brilliant, but the staff were absolutely shocking, no manners, presentation of food was awful and they forgot half my food, and when I went back in to claim what was rightfully mine they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken ever!!

Everytime we eat here their service slow, they have no organisation, check your orders coz you pay for things yoiu don't get, but go up and ask for what's missing, they'll give you whatever ypu ask for! No checking receipts! So rude, no manners!

Food arrived nearly 2 hours after I ordered and it was freezing cold. Tracker showed the driver sat at home bargains for 30 minutes!

No other cars in the drive thru but me, but I was literally driving away by the time someone came on the intercom. Went to pay and the guy waved me on, got to the next window only to be told my payment hadn't gone through and they couldn't do it there so I had to drive all the way around.

Very poor this kfc. Because last week we went there we ordered lunch. asking sum plate and cups nothing there.

Delicious food and fantastic service.

Firstly could not find code. Secondly food was ice cold and very dry. Thirdly very overpriced. Will never ever buy from them again. Poor gentleman who delivered it was not very happy not to find the code because he will be accused of stealing th.

Excellent food. There was one member of staff who went above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always doing something useful. Pretty sure he is the main reason there are clean tables available and the bins are emptied. The rest of the team could learn from him.

Waited 20 mins for food that was cold. Staff rude and walked away when asked about order. Other customers also had problems with the service and waiting for there orders.

The best KFC I've ever been to! The staff were great, it's clean, spacious & modern inside and the food was on point!

Had lunch here. Very busy when we went. Order on the self service screen. Simple to use. Food came quickly. Gravy was great. Toilets could have done with a clean. Not a lot of parking for kfc but if it’s full can use the main retail park carpark

Ordered food online, got the wrong order delivered by a Portuguese guy who could barely speak English. When I told him he's brought me the wrong order he took out his phone and started typing in Portuguese to translate what he wanted to tell me. He typed that he would go back to KFC and check what's happened with my order. I never heard back from him. I rang up KFC and a staff member told me that nobody has reported a wrong order to them. I requested a refund but he said I should speak to the delivery company which was Uber. I tried calling the number that was shown in my confirmation e-mail but it was wrong. So in the end I got neither a refund nor food. My whole evening was ruined. Thank you very much KFC for this extremely disappointing experience.

A nice relatively new and clean branch. Very friendly staff and plenty of parking and disabled bays. Normally you only get one, but multiple here making things easier.

The food was disappointing and they always forget something and I have to head back every time or give me the wrong food in the bag, not a proper kfc, the management is poor

Having been in January and was amazed how good it was the food service and everything I had to visit again on my way to Heathrow to drop off my wife. It was just as good as before service outstanding and food excellent in fact it was so good on the way back home we stopped again. It’s a shame not all KFC stores are as good I travel a lot and I do believe it’s the best I’ve ever had in this country and in any country I’ve been to. As an add on to my review I visited again this weekend 5 weeks after my last visit when I dropped off my wife at Heathrow this time I stopped again on my way to collect my wife. On entering the KFC we saw how clean it was the staff gave a warm hello and took our order service was as good as before Louis was a member of staff we remember from before noted he is hard working and a pleasure to see. Even more impressed was he remembered us from before I told home I did a review from our last visit and straight away he even know the review and my name. Totally impressive that he knew and a real credit to the store. Not only does he take the reviews given seriously but to remember the details given in them. Well done the whole team there. And the food and coffee was just as good as before. My wife has been away for 5 weeks trading in Asia’s and she visited 2 KFC there and she told me on her return the Thetford one is really the best she has been to also.

We were served by a lovely polite man called Louis, he was so friendly and helpful and had a great smile, it made all the difference to our experience. The food was cooked just right, really lovely

As an almost brand new place, you'd expect the best, but this consistently disappoints with food that tastes like its been cooked in dirty or old oil, which is such a let-down. The staff however do an excellent job and are always pleasant and polite.

The new fries/chips are really nice, the food was served quickly and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was clean with a calm atmosphere. A huge improvement from our last visit, keep up the good work 👍

Terrible nothing like it used to be since thay Changed the recipe tasteless had it 3 times now and all the same greasey floors very poor slow service herendous never going back to thetford again 😢.
