I ordered pizza and hot chocolate cashier said cash only no WiFi witch l had cash still getting orders through just eat lucky l had cash lost alot of customers

Absolutely disgusting! This is split between Burger King and greggs / absolutely filthy floors, tables and chairs. Greasy floor tiles and the toilets oh my god! Horrific! Staff behind both counters chatting as it was 2 ish and empty but no cleaning being done whatsoever. Seriously vile! I can’t believe how this place is allowed to be this dirty.

Can’t believe what a state we walked into, yes it was busy but every table that had been used and was filthy the floor was in a terrible state, I needed to use the toilet big mistake it was awful. I pulled my partner from the queue and said there was no way we were eating there, to be honest there were enough staff behind counter that they could have sent one out to clean up a bit

Very helpful. Friendly clean shop. Perfect food. 10/10 Short staffed v busy But still staff were smiling and helpful.

We were leaving Thetford after a busy morning and thought at just after 11am we’d missed breakfast :( Then Holly came to the rescue and fed the three of us with delicious sausages and a cracking brew each (and an extra doughnut for my colleague Mitchell Doyley Greggs is always great but service the likes of Hollys is a rarity wherever you go, I hope her managers read this and give her the pay rise she deserves. Well done Holly!!
