The place was spotless, tables cleared, wiped and the floor clean. Serving lady was excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was OK, served nicely but chips slightly undercooked. A pretty good experience - and a million miles better on ALL fronts than the utterly dire Morrisons Cafes in Fakenham and Dereham which are both beyond dreadful. See, it can be done! Well done, Dereham.

My wife and I have many times pooped into the cafe whe we have shopped.The variety on offer is very good and the value exceptional in this day and age. The staff to are really friendly and helpful

Cafe trays dirty.All out the back talking took three attempts to order at the till .poor man couldn't get his coffee as one machine out of order other one self cleaning then didn't work .food came out after 25 mins for sausage and chips cold will not be going back.

The staff who came out with the food on a tray where rude and had a poor attitude problem no manners

Morrisons petrol station the staff are the most miserable people I’ve ever met have been a few times mostly pay at pump but changed my gas bottle for caravan and the person was so grumpy and unhelpful that I was glad to get out of the their, asked the price today and was met with a pointed finger above her head at a rice list near the ceiling and a grumpy no bottles available please Morrisons front line staff should b at least polite to customers and not make you feel uncomfortable please smile staff and enjoy your work or just move on

Took a long time to order on computer while a long line of people behind were held up.Actual breakfast took25 mins to arrive due to staff shortage.When we left the computer was no longer working and orders being taken manually will not be returning until service standards improve.

Decaf Yorkshire Teabags 160 ..price label turned round (price hidden!!) I turned it over to reveal £5.49 went to the quick check out ...£6.75!! Left them there and walked out....SHARP PRACTICES! On

We ordered 3 adult burgers. They arrived to be what looked like a child’s portion. Couldn’t eat the chips because they were rock hard and uncooked. No check back was given. Server didn’t provide us with cutlery and soon vanished after delivering the food. The drinks were watered down and tasted awful. And on top of everything, the floor was filthy. Won’t be returning.

Shabby, poorly run establishment. You have to be really hungry to eat here ! Left over food & dirty plates are left on the tables. Low on staff & hygiene levels. Preparation too has also much to be desired.

We decided to go in for breakfast as it was a relatively quiet morning in store and were greeted by Michelle who was very cheery and inviting. She had noticed my boots and expressed how she too was a fan of the brand (Fairfax & Favour) and we all got talking about our love for their products & other interests alongside it! She was very friendly and chatty, making us feel welcomed and was happy to make small adjustments to our meal as requested - which came out to us promptly and was thoroughly enjoyed! All in all we had a very pleasant experience and then went on to pick up a few items from in store itself. Very much appreciated!

Very poor food over cook and dry service was ok no black pudding but extra sausage toast was on the very dark on one side and Marg instead of better ever would go there again use to be one of the best places to eat maybe Morrison should consider getting rid of there cafe because it not just this one that bad

Had 2 full English breakfasts today. No Black pudding (was not told when ordering/paying), Bacon was so dry and old it was like trying to cut plywood with a plastic butter knife. Hash Brown was so long under the heat lamp it had dried to a hollow crust and the 'toast and butter was not butter but a disgusting, Sunflower spread that had all the taste and texture of yellow axle grease. Not happy and, it seems, not confined to Dereham store as I've had similar experiences at Fakenham and others.

Went to get breakfast today but were told 'no more hot food', wasn't greeted with a hello or a reason, upon asking more it was that they needed to catch up with orders so we asked if we could wait but we were told 'no, no more hot food all together'. Understand that sometimes things happen but the way the lady was, was incredibly rude

A clean comfortable no frills restuarant.. Great value and good portions. At the time of writing this they are offering two adult meals and two childrens, plus drinks for £10.00

Not impressed, cheapness is not the only thing !!!! You have to use a machine to get your own coffee.

Ok - we know you are not going to get fine dining in Morrisons cafes, but we called in early May for a cooked breakfast and I can’t fault it. I had the vegetarian breakfast which was lovely. You can order your meal easily from the touch screen and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Well done Morrison’s. We will be back!

Very nice Café, had tea & coffee here, and the staff were very friendly. everywhere was clean. we visited café first before we did a little shopping.

Well after a very disappointing visit six months ago, I can report that things have much improved! There is now a new menu, and although prices have risen slightly, the quality of the meal was very good! We were served quickly and the staff were friendly! Well done, Morrisons!

Great value meals served in an attractive environment. For couples and families this place is hard to beat on value. Plus you get points on your Morrisons card. Staff are really helpful too

We called here to do a shop we stopped to have a breakfast, it was delicious and very cheap for the amount on the plate . I had a small breakfast and pleasantly surprised at the lovely food served . Will definitely call again .

Always a good idea not to shop for food when you are hungry! Went to Morrisons early, full shelves less people, to do the weekly shop. I had a full English Breakfast while my wife had scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast, food was hot, really tasty and delivered to the table in about 5 minutes. Biggest improvement has to be the coffee though, doesn't taste weak like some supermarkets but like 'real' coffee. Overall, good value and tasty. What more could you want?

Visited last week for a quick cuppa and some chips , queued for quite a while to then be told its a 20 min wait for food , chips were good though and no doubt I will return.

We took our two Grandchildren here for tea and I had the Gammon and chips with baked beans and it was terrible

Quick cup of tea before or after shopping? Really not worth it despite the low prices as they seem to have an issue with the dish water. Tea perfectly abominable despite that Morisons has a great range on its shelves. Tea-cakes well and truly sugared. Has pitential but not at all utilised.

I have to give this supermarket restaurant 1star when actually it deserves 0stars ,what can I say dirty plates being used to serve there cakes on looked like dried egg yolk when I told the girl on the till she said "Oh I'll have to wash it "morrisons I was then told the dishwasher liquid was in adequate!

We decided to treat ourselves to a full English breakfast before a busy day out. As I’m fussy I loved that I could swap things. Scrambled egg instead of fried and no beans amended to extra bacon. Food arrived nice and hot and was served by a gentleman who kept us entertained with one liners. Very funny guy. Will definitely be going back as all that for under a fiver each

Even with an awkward order with swaps our breakfast came out hot and tasty. Always find you cant fault a morrisons breakfast. I really like the fact they butter the toast before bringing it out so it has time to melt.

We called in for coffee and found the trays dirty, you needed to sort the mugs to find a clean one and the tables in wiped. Service is also slow although the staff are cheerful. I think the problem is they don't have enough staff so we will go elsewhere first then do our shopping.

We waited over half an hour only for them to come and tell us that they didn't have any of it left. Ordered something else and was offered free drinks.

The service is unbelievably bad. You queue for a long tie at self service. The Wi-Fi is slow and limited [they had a notice on the wall for about 2 years saying 'Wi-Fi is coming' When it did it was hardly worth it].

When visiting the parents in law we normally go to Tesco. This time we decided on Morrison’s and since we needed lunch we went to the restaurant. And that was a surprise. A couple of all-day breakfasts, a macaroni cheese, a chicken tikka, a bacon and liver and a hunter’s chicken show the variety. We also had desserts. All very decent quality and all at a low price. Surprisingly good and very good value for money.

surely it is not difficult to get a breakfast right. virtually cold baked beans, rock hard hash brown broken egg. nothing gd. for first time I complained at the customer desk. the only reason gave 2 was because person on desk so apologetic. even offered refund. sadly i would not try it again. not first time bad. much better places Dereham.

We called in to shop and noticed the smart looking restaurant and so decided to have lunch. The staff are efficient and pleasant and the food produced was very good. A popular place that is clean.

Food was good basic and great value for money, with kids eating free after school. Not fine dining but tasty and adequate.

OK for a quick cheap and cheerful meal, staff are pleasant and the food is OK. Good for kids, I think late afternoon the kids get a free meal when their parents eat. Therfore very good value.

Up from Essex for the weekend popped in Morrisons for some shopping spotted the cafe so decided to have a nice quick lunch before setting of on the north Norfolk railway. Excellent staff

This is a typical supermarket cafe but I would never come for a main meal as the fish and chips for instance are frozen. We always used to come for their early start breakfast as it was cheap and set us up for the day. The staff are a bit to be desired - really scruffy and their clothes looked dirty.

Morrison's new restaurant is a very attractive offering. I had fish and chips which were perfectly cooked, my wife had lamb shank with mashed potatoes and onion gravy, followed by bread and butter pudding and custard-tasty! Will go back for more!

This is a decent supermarket restaurant ,ideal if you want to stop for a cuppa or a light bite to eat. Thery do well for 'pensioners' and make every effort to please their customers. All in all its fine

Typical supermarket 'ping' food. Sunday roast as rubbery as they come, roast potato hard and veg soggy. But what do you expect for a fiver? Yes, it fills a hole but to be honest, never again. Wish I had settled for a cheese sarnie at home.

We used to visit weekly and have a meal for many years but at the beginning of the year stopped going as the food quality had go so bad, and the tables and trays were in an awful state. We decided to try again when it was re-furbished and it was totally improved, and have since had 3 meals there all of good quality for the money. The improvement to the drinks area is a bonus, as you no longer have to get a drink and wait for ages whilst being served and the drink goes cold, you pay and get the drink after, much better.

This is a typical supermarket eatery, serving basic food at a reasonable price. The surroundings have recently been upgraded, but you will still see the shopping aisles as you eat. Service for cooked meals seemed slow. Reasonable quantity of food given the price.

What a lovely change to have a very good Breakfast in a Supermarket.Very good ingrediants and plenty to satisfy even the hungriest of people. Went several times while holidaying near by,why cook when there is such value and quality.

As super markets restaurants go this is pretty good. Typical menu but the staff are pleasant and helpful. Free papers to read and coffee is OK
