Lovely place, great for coffee and scones and a lot more if you want it. Quiet time so very fast service. Lovely sitting outside with views of Thetford high street ( traffic free zone). It is quite expensive .

Mango berry bubble tea is appalling. Not only are the bubbles bad quality and tasteless, the fruit tea around tastes chemically imbalanced.

Avoid! 10 minute wait, despite being the only car in the queue. Long wait, rude staff, got our order wrong (cows milk instead of oat, coffee in a child’s frappe despite ordering without, no coffee in 2 adult frappes, despite ordering drinks with coffee). Brought the drinks into the store to advise them they were wrong - no apology, had to push just to get them to re-make the drinks correctly. Asked for a cup carrier - this was thrown down on the counter in front of me. Non-existent customer service from Tom and Diana - the whole place was filthy too!

The staff here are great at the retail park Costa. Always welcoming and helpful above and beyond.The manageress is very helpful and very approachable. My one hate is they use this horrid whip cream on the bubble frappes.If u prefer real cream you need to tell them when ordering. Small size no always go medium. They've changed a few things. The free drinks have 2b used in less time and the beans for the drinks has gone from 8 to 10 now.Frappes prices went up a little while back but so has everywhere.

The staff at Thetford Costa were super friendly and welcoming, even offered to fill up the water bottle for our dogs. Thank you guys

Just had a bracing dog walk & popped into drive through at Costa Thetford for the first time-to treat myself to a nice hot coffee to warm up. Hadn’t noticed the speaker to place my order so I pulled up at the window-where 2 individuals stood sniggering and exchanging glances for several minutes until one opened the window and told me off for not using the speaker. She then grudgingly took my order, but continued sniggering along with her colleague until I said to “it’s not that funny surely” she agreed but continued with a smirk and still laughing in a way that was clearly meant to make me feel uncomfortable. The coffee was fine, but I wished I hadn’t bothered as I ended the morning feeling stressed & irritated thanks to this rude and ignorant person. Will not be going back.

The staff in this Costa were absolutely charming. They distracted me so well that I forget I was in Thetford!

Had our festive drinks here today and took cake home for lunch. Safe to say the carrot cake wasn’t put out freshly today or yesterday! So hard and dry. Very disappointing!

A great Costa with friendly staff.

I loved visiting Costa in Thetford especially for their Cappuccinos which was lovely, and it's always in a great sized mug too which is perfect for the cold winter days. I do have to comment that a lot of their "fresh" cakes and pastries do get a bit stale by the afternoon and yet the prices are still the same. I feel this is a known issue with Costa nationwide but surely if they know the food is going to be stale especially out on display all day to at least reduce the price to reflect the quality?

The worst coffee I have ever had. Don’t know what’s going on with them . Flat white could not taste coffee at all just warm milk and gone up to £3.50 . Never again just a bloody rip off

Decided against taking my paper money because the staff didn't know if their upper management would allow it. How ridiculous, no signage anywhere stating as much. Won't be going back.

Hello, I was visiting an exhibition in Thetford on Saturday and Maps took me the quickest route in the morning from the Railway Station. So I returned via the town centre and found Costa. I really enjoy Costa Coffee and being a warm day, I enjoyed a Frappe which was lovely. An enjoyable visit to a pleasant cafe. I would recommend this cafe to anybody visiting Thetford. (There are other options of course)

Really great service from a young man and woman today, so friendly and helpful with their service and helping me download the App. I'll definitely recommend them and will be back soon!

After being completely ignored by staff for over 5min they only acknowledged us after we made coment bout being invisible staff make no eye contact good reason to ignore you the seating area was filthy aswell as behind the counter washing up sink full the girl on drive thru was to busy getting ice rather than serve us felt sorry for 1 man trying to do it all front of house looks like no hygiene standards had to ask for spoon knife n fork 😱 won’t be going back terrible

Payed a fortune for a bun thst was supposed to have food in it and it was almost empty it was like eating a empty bun So disappointed!!!

My favourite Costa anywhere! The staff are fantastic and their coffee is ALWAYS above everyone else. It is a lovely smallish size Costa in the centre of town. They could do with a bigger shop as I know they could get busier. They do play music, we love the relaxing jazz/ Bossa playing, maybe a great idea to play Lounge music on the channel radio that would be un-beatable.

I asked for a medium hazelnut latte they only had small cups (not my fault) I then asked the member of staff to top up my takeaway cup with milk as he hadn't filled it up, I was then told he couldn't top it up due to health and safety!? . . . I left the shop only to find no Hazelnut syrup in my latte 😳 Unbelievable £3.30 for a half full small latte due to health and safety and no Hazelnut syrup! You couldn't write it! Coffee fail 🤦🏼

A lovely little Italian restaurant. Fitted us in early as fully booked for rest of the evening. Lovely food and a great Chianti. Super friendly service and good value. Would definitely recommend.

Dangerous! entered to find workers with wet shoes standing on wet plastic chairs, looked surprised when they slipped. Bought a soup, that was so hot when heated up, the girls working in there wouldn't empty it into a Bowl as they couldn't pick the container up. Instead gave me the container and bowl and requested I do it later once it had cooled down. It took 15 minutes to cool enough to be edible. The content was so hot it continued to bubble even once at the table. Also had to remind them of missing items, despite following an itemised receipt. This place needs a suitable manager.

Amazing service. They were very short staffed and the employees were hustling and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Very clean and fast service!

Paying £3 for a cup of coffee I would expect it to be good but it isn’t. Expensive, tastes ok the bean but it was cold! I drank the whole thing in about 30 seconds and left. Feel like the staff could be a little more professional, greeting everyone with darling and not sir/Madam, I also found that when serving customers they wouldn’t particularly give you their undivided attention and they would just casually talk and laugh with the other members of staff, not what you want when you are expecting the customer to be number 1 and not the people that work there. But it is a chained coffee shop with plenty of money so they can’t possibly be doing a bad service right? I feel something very biased about people going out for a good cup of coffee more from an image perspective than the enjoy a good brewed cup of coffee, which I personally prefer from Tall Orders which is a few doors down.

You would think ordering over £30 worth of food and drink from somewhere they would have the decency to do it nicely. Ordered three hot drinks on Uber Eats only received two and they where half full, ordered 2 shortbreads and got one and missing a bottle of cola and 3 other cakes I ordered. The worst service I have ever had from a coffee shop complete joke, first time I have used Costa through Uber eats and NEVER again.

Dismal shop.Paper cups .No toilet.Overall horrible experience.

First time in this Costa today and I will not be returning. Absolutely filthy right the way through this branch. I was in mid morning and there was a pile of dust and food that had been swept against the steps and left. The counter was filthy. The toilets were filthy. The door was propped open to the wash up area and that was filthy too. Tables where we sat was sticky and disgusting. Drank up and left as quick as we could. Avoid this Costa at all costs.

Went in with my baby 02/11 got a hot chocolate and cake the staff was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best service I've ever experienced. I don't live in Thetford was just visiting a friend but will definitely have to come back to see the amazing staff you have. Thank you.

Few Covid 19 regulatkns being carried out in this coffee shop. No hand santizers at door enterancr and none outside toilets . Very diappointed . I will not be returning here for a coffee 😒

I've loved this branch since it opened but hadn't been since about April 2021 due to covid et all. Popped in today 07/07/2021 and my word what has gone wrong? No toast? No cakes? and a luke warm coffee served up by 2 of the most depressed looking staff you could ever imagine. Everything in takeaway cups due to some problem or other. This branch used to have such a great atmosphere with fantastic staff who knew their customers by name and now is like a morgue with depressed staff. Such a shame. Thankfully Greggs is opposite and is still a nice place to go. And the Greggs now hosts Costa's customers who've also jumped ship so you can still say hello to Costa regulars that you had got to know.

Always spotlessly clean even before the current pressure on staff. Team friendly and efficient. Coffee good.

As per normal, the service was great, fast, and the drink was made well, I don't get out much so I like to enjoy a good coffee on the go.

Went in today to buy 2 coffee s at 3.50 three customers in front shouted at me we are closed we go in 3 times a week will not go in there again the lady that used be in charge was great

Lovely friendly staff and a lovely coffee .

Food and drink choices are those that we have come to associate with costa coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. The place is kept clean and maintained throughout our visit. And the food and drinks served were lovely. I have no complaints a brilliant place to stop for a drink and quick lunch.

Terrible went specially to shop to use gift card and queued to find they were out of chocolate powder. Very poor.☹️

Excessive covid 19 rules. I felt humiliated as I took the place of a customer who left the shop as they were so slow. I was told to wait outside. Ten minutes later still no movement. I then went into the shop as the queue moved and stood on the line. I stepped forward about 4 inches without thinking still a good metre and a half+ from the people in front. Suddenly get back on the line. The girl should have been helping the person making coffee as they were talking and laughing no consideration for the people waiting. Some people walked off as it was so slow and some because they were fed up with this type of control. The girl then called me rude when I said I didn't like the way she spoke to me.

Absolutely disgusted with the Service I received on Tuesday morning. Went in to grab a coffee,was the only person in the shop and staff looked at me then ignored me for 10 minutes while they made themselves a coffee !, so I left and when to greggs will never go there again!,, rude.

Not hygienic ! Arrived for a coffee which was not very hot but could not be bothered to complain due to initial attitude - sat outside as we had our dog with us. When asked if they would clean the outside table as we had ordered coffee and food - I was then told ‘we will have to serve the others in the queue before we clean your table as only two of us serving’ - I was gob smacked at the comment, as the table was filthy and in light of COVID, it was not what I wanted to hear. Not visit again - sorry - don’t often give bad reviews but customer service and hygiene must come first at this time.

Covid 19 rules excessive, despite being over 2 metres from the next customer I was told to get outside, when I offered to keep the door open to help, I was curtly informed that "flies come in". Extremely long wait, only two staff, not very clean despite the Covid rules. Coffee OK but not very strong, am glad Costa is not my regular café...

Came in today, Wednesday, for a couple of iced drinks and asked for them to be in takeaway cups, just as personal preference. I was told I wouldn't get the discount even if I stayed in because apparently having your drink in a plastic cup means that it is to takeaway. Eventually she gave in and made them in plastic after I stated we were eating in several times. Just feel uncomfortable with glassware in this current pandemic. Server also making drink after drink, touching things, put my straw in my cup touching the part thats supposed to go in my mouth. Very hygienic while in the mist of a global pandemic

Always consistent, you know exactly what you're getting with a Costa coffee shop. Loving the honeycomb latte and rolo muffin at the moment. Nice to sit outside and watch the world go by.

I love how many different drinks costs do their sandwiches don't taste of cardboard and 99pc if their products are fair trade. In our small Costa I know the staff on sight the 2 gentlemen are very helpful very polite and are very knowledgable. They are also very understanding of my disabled child. They always smile even on hot days when being a barista on a hot day is a challenge for anyone.

We had to wait quite a long time for the coffee to be made. Apart from that the quality of the products were good.
