Subway Swaffham in Breckland

Stay clear, they take unauthorised points from your Sub card which then have to be refunded by Subway customer services

Food was OK but cheese wasn't cooked or melted inside apart from that it was fine

I do enjoy a Subway. Especially the steak sub with all the salads. Prices have increased a lot tho. It's nearly £10.00 for a 12 inch Sub meal these days. Much like McDonald's they are starting to price themselves out of many peoples budgets. After all, we can get a full plate of food, with a drink for £10 virtually anywhere. As much as I enjoy Subway, the value just is not there anymore. Anyway, back to the Swaffham branch. The store was clean, all tables wiped. Staff courtesy was exemplary. If I order online or as a walk in, my food take no time to prepare. The presentation has mostly been 100%. Will I visit again? Of course I will.

Totally standard Subway, food as expected. It's quite a small branch and the short counter runs in the opposite direction to people coming in and trying to queue. It's a bit of a squash and a squeeze. Even with just a couple of other people ordering, we had to jostle around each other and find the correct place to begin the process. Which bread from an unnecessarily long list?Toasted? Bler.bler.bler? I'm not a fan of it all, and visit infrequently enough to find the process uncomfortable. Not helped by the crampted location. Subs were good and well prepared, just let down by the faff and venue.

It's a Subway, does exactly what you expect it too

As a coeliac, their gluten free 6” sub is a fantastic addition to the menu. I’m a fan of their breakfast sub but the Italian BLT is just as delicious and healthy too. Even the coffee is good…. Take note Greggs and McD’s !!

Visited lunch time, plant patty was tasty, was good atmosphere, staff was friendly.

It’s been fully changed after the new management taking over. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stock was full and looked fresh which wasn’t the case earlier. Will definitely recommend this subway. Thanks

Closed at 5 instead of closing time on website that is at 6 tried to buy my kids dinner but couldn’t.

Was OK, but had half a dozen extras empty, peppers, red onion plus a few more, same with the bread choices, bits and pieces. I'm sure that this is not the normal state of affairs but was still a bit annoying, why one of them didn't nip down asda and grabbed an onion, 3 mixed pack of peppers etc, etc. But was clean, staff friendly, sort out the empty extras pots and it would be a 4 🌟

Great food but it closes to early. Needs to be at least 7pm instead 6pm and price is too much for a sandwich and a drink

Friendly staff, limited seating (though still making good use of the small space), and no customer toilet. Best for getting a sandwich to take to the nearby Costa.

I have been going to subway in Swaffham for a while now, the staff were incredibly fast over a busy lunch period today and I received great customer service. The staff were really friendly and catered to all of the customers needs.

Subway was a mess called up the manger was not there if your staff can't do a good job then. They should have a manger there not happy!!!

This is just the same as every other Subway apart from the fact that it doesn't have toilets! It also closes at 6.

Got loads of cafes and pubs and a museum to visit.

We came here because we was near here on holiday. Site says it shuts at 7.00pm but we got to door at 6.00pm and was told it shuts at 6.00pm now. WHY DON'T YOU UPDATE THE TIMES. NOT HAPPY.

Very handy location right in the market place, friendly helpful staff with all the usual subway ingredients available.

Awful....staff are clearly not giving a hoot about the customers, can't even manage a smile. Food itself, was ok, what you expect from a chain store with prepacked fillings etc.

swaffham subway is a nice clean establishment food is fresh and staff are friendly great for a snack.

I visited with my sister in law and niece, was amazed a cleanliness of the premises. Staff are polite and friendly. Staff do not push you to leave we were in for over an hr.

Dreadful establishment, lord only knows why people frequent this venue, when there are several superb 'local' outlets selling far superior sandwiches & take out meals...not something IMHO a small market town needs

Friendly staff providing good quality fare, if you go for breakfast at £2 a coffee and a hot bacon and cheese roll are extremely good value and more to the point good quality. Premises are clean and provide a seating area overlooking the main street. If in Swaffham and you need a good snack at reasonable prices, Subway is well worth a visit.

I recently visited the Swaffham outlet of the Subway chain. The shop was small (9 or 10 tables), but clean and well cared for. The sandwiches were the usual offering from the chain, but made with care by a friendly staff. I found the coffee a bit weak, but the overall experience was okay. Not a bad place for a quick bite if passing through Swaffham, or visiting the Saturday Market.
