Was very pleasant staff super friendly ..can't comment on food as didn't have any . Will return and try a breakfast

Food came out quickly, but no taste to sausages, beans were watery, bread was stale, mushrooms soggy and ketchup tasted like vinegar. £12+ for a breakfast that they wouldn't even swap items, mocha was nice. If you bring your kids here, beware as the toilet goes straight through to a casino too.

This is a great Cafe. Great prices and value. The staff are friendly and will allow you to make small adjustments to your order. I'll often drive to Thetford from Swaffham to eat here. I'll buy the biggest breakfast on offer, get a coffee and a can of pop. Fried bread, tinned tomatoes, bacon and egg, what's not to love? My only gripe, is the mushrooms, I'm old fashioned, I prefer them open or closed cup, stewed tinned mushrooms don't really look good. The cafe was refurbished around 2 years ago, but still looking great. ( it used to be a USA themed thing, it was a guilty pleasure I miss. Lol) Great job

Since when do you order a sandwich and actually get it on stale bread? I ordered a bacon sausage and egg. I had 1 of each half of bread had sausage and other half bacon. The bread fell to pieces while attempting to eat it. Over priced aswell

Cookies is a hidden gem. Genuine friendly service and always very welcoming, all staff are great. The establishment is always very clean and there is a choice of seating at fixed tables, all comfortable. Newspapers available to read if you wish. The coffee and hot chocolate are superbly hot with reasonable prices. Food is good, especially the breakfast items.

Visited today for the first time, excellent food and service and reasonable prices. Will definitely be returning!

Don’t want to leave bad review because the staff are very helpful and the place is lovely. But, ham salad is advertised in the window and online and I had a lovely ham salad roll a few weeks ago. However on Monday I tried to get another one and was told they do not do ham or salad, just bacon, sausage, fried eggs etc, in fact they looked very surprised that I’d asked! Would be helpful to update the menu outside and online. I had a sausage roll in the end which was very tasty!!

Great cafe, great latte, and great mixed and matched the very fresh baggette that I wanted. Can't wait until they start doing Eastern European meals as well.

The place has not been trading for over two years, although refurbished the decor needs seriously though about as there was two seasonal decorations that I could see in the whole place. Maybe wallpaper, nic nacks and bring back the old images of the high street. Historically there was quite a few complemently papers these were gone and no time for small time with staff We vist my old haunt and was a little disappointed the price structure need to reflect the audience been catered for as over £20 for two breckfast seems very top heavy in my opinion, I ask for my recept over 4 times and was never handed it dispite repeated request

We had finished our first days' walking the Peddars Way and wanted something to eat before heading to our accommodation which was outside of Watton. We ate at Cookies as the pubs in the area were not open until 6 and we wanted something then and there (4.00 p.m.). I had the gammon, egg and chips - portion size was good, food was well cooked and the bill was very reasonable.

We called in for a coffee and decided to try the breakfast snacks. Good quality ingredients, good service and good value for money albeit not salubrious premises

Large breakfast, cooked fresh to order by friendly couple. Extremely clean. There were two other choices of breakfast, small or medium. Located in main street.

We eat here often and always get good value for money. The children love to visit and the food is great quality. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

Was very surprised by the quality of the food served. Basic café menu but cooked really well and the coffee was nice as well. I would recommend this café to you if you want a cheap and tasty lunch. Staff were lovely.

Had lunch here to-day while visiting this small Norfolk market town. The cafe was clean with a varied lunchtime menu with counter ordering. As well as the standard cafe favourites there was a good choice of healthier food and cooked dinners including a specials board. The coffee on offer was good too and the whole experience good value.
