Greggs in Breckland

Staff always friendly. Came in for a lattee with a friend, nice to hear music but it was uncomfortably loud today not very relaxing.

I ordered this with an expected delivery of before 10am. It is now 11:53. latte is stone cold and the wrong sandwich has been delivered.

Ordered my wife a breakfast roll. With no butter as she is lactose intolerant. Butter spread all over it. It's like people can't read

Quick service for coffee and snack whilst out shopping

Just popped in for coffee for three of us and sat indoors. There are also a few tables outside

Excellent service , food is absolutely delicious.

The time kept changing and in the end waiting an hour for it to be delivered, the driver did update collection so had no idea when it was in its way

Not used the side door. Muffins werevrhe main reason for me choosing greggs, and they were not available. I agreed swap but the differnece in price has not yet been refunded

Food tasted old and stale wasn’t nice at all ended up putting it in the bin.

The guy that delivered my food was probably the nicest delivery man I’ve ever had. So friendly and chatty 😊

Got to love a Gregg's great prices and lots of choices

The staff are really good and coffee is always nice, although on my last visit 2x people in front of me asked for a cappuccino and I saw the girl pressing the latte button. I also ordered a cappuccino but had a different server and she did press the right button. Not sure if one of the machines were broken. Only other thing that let's this place down is the riff raff sat outside smoking, right by the door which fills the cafe up and puts you off.

Had a roll today from here and my god it was terrible, 3 little bits of chicken in this one roll, I thought maybe it was a one off but no my husband had the same and again his had 3 bits of chicken. They are good at there job though, looking at all these room they looked like they where packed with filling but you open it up and it’s all at the front of the roll. In my picture you see it spread out in the roll, with no lettuce because I took it out trying to find more chicken hahaha Will not be buying a roll from here again, £2.95 and you only get salad and a couple of bits of chicken that don’t fill the roll. I moved all my chicken to one half and ripped the other half and out it in the bin. Don’t waste your money and spend an extra £1 and go to subway.

I think i was the last client, the service was excellent, didnt mind when i sat down to have my sausage roll and coffee. Which where both fantastic.

Nice Bakers Oven, I mean Greggs. Why no more sausage and bean melts? Very disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would.....took my money then refused to heat up something which should have been at least warm in the first place, not stone cold.....Rip off merchants avoid at all costs

Better than the Gregg's in Peterborough

Went to get a coffee & snack in Gregg's King st Thetford today, was shocked when ordering 2 cappuccinos, told can only have black coffee or black tea as they have no milk!!! Have the staff not got the common sense to go & buy milk from poundland next door🤔, instead prefer to lose a great deal of custom.

Lovely place normally, this time tables were not being wiped. A member of staff was refilling the drinks chiller blocking the route to the checkouts, (it also didn't look like it needed doing) a member of staff wearing a Paula badge was not wearing her mask it was just under her chin, and another member of staff didn't have her mask over her nose. Very disappointed.

Not bad it's a Greg's what more do you want.

Me and my son went to greggs to day to get some lunch we was looking at the baguettes and when we looked around loads people in there on the door has 4 people in at one not the whole of town and when we went pay the lady said social distance oh well not mind I walked out with my son and I was disgusted with my experience in Gregg's I will say this now if you keep your eye on the shop to make sure social distance is in place if you can't why keep the shop you ain't making people feel safe

Great service, hardworking staff

Had a pizza slice and the wife had a Greggs sausage roll. She was very happy with he roll, but my slice was cold and crunchy (slightly overbaked), the server looked very fed up and wouldn't even look at us. Just to clarify we were the only people in the store.

Standard Greggs, with proper mugs (instead of paper cups) for coffee. Cheap and cheerful!

I ordered and paid extra to wait I... When I got up to order coffee as forgot to order that they made me pay again to eat inside even though I had already explained I had already paid to eat indoors. Costa is a much better place for value for your money!!

Food is always hot, but the latte needs to be creamier & a bit hotter

Food is ok but quite expensive if you sit in . Not a quite place to sit in because mostly screaming kids inside.

Member of staff was just rude to me

Thursday 1/8/19 I visited Greggs as a treat to ask for a steak slice which I assumed would be hot. I was served a chicken slice Luke warm by mistake. I was disappointed realizing it was not very warm, decided to eat it at home. Steak slice wanted but Chicken slice received, disappointed customer,

I like the friendly, happy staff as well as the foods.

Good coffee and great selection of sandwiches & cakes. Reasonably priced with an option to take away or eat in. Can get very busy at lunch times but this probably shows how popular it is. Best value for money if you fancy a quick bite and a drink. Food is always fresh and the service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

As always, all that you can expect. Helpful staff, yummy nosh, go check it out.

Good pop in cafe, nice food/snacks/cakes clean friendly staff Can't fault it for a quick stop off .would recommend. Shops. Surround greys so hav our coffe snack and go bowse. Round the town. Good allure too .

Had to queue to be served. We were eating in and not takeaway so I assumed that is why the price I was charged differed from the displayed price.

My mate Byron bought me a pink donut and it was the best ever

Food and drink usual quality, sign up saying toilets being cleaned while we were there so queue for disabled toilet, staff seemed over busy for a Monday. Used Gregg's in various locations but this seemed a bit chaotic.

Went to Greggs thetford asked for decafe tea they don't do it have to have decafe tea for medical reasons .not hard to have a box behind counter.only disabled loo open very dirty .tables sticky and unclean

Class cheap sarnies and nice cream doughnuts. Air conditioned, quiet and doesn’t reek of brewing coffee like some competitors.

Good variety of pastries, sandwiches and coffee but customer service could be better.

what happened to baker's oven? oh well. iced doughnuts have bought my attention away

Always feel welcome, even when they are very busy , nice food, just wish in store bakery still available, as the bread kept in plastic which makes any crust go soft and chewy

Nice now it has been re-furbished - much better quality. Nice range of snacks and bread and cakes as well as hot drinks. Service always fast and efficient. Need to get there early in the morning for best choice of ranges as they sell out quickly.

Served by very pleasant staff. Had a lovely raspberry lemonade drink, wife had a decent coffee. Nice to have seats outside and in. Good staff.

Popped in for mid morning snacks, of sausage rolls and cakes. Food was O.K. but service poor and had to eat food from paper serviettes.

Small in takeaway area but it's clean nice food , can get very busy at lunchtime , wish they hadn't stoped the in-store bakery

I stopped in to grab a snack recently, and found the Thetford Greggs well laid out and easy to navigate with the tables and aisle sections nicely spaced.. The sit down section is to the left of the shop as you enter, and the takeaway is on the right. There were the usual selection of Greggs' products, and the vegetable slice was very nicely made, and was very tasty. So, very good for a Greggs, and above average for bakery based eateries in general.

They always have a wide variety of fresh products on offer, service is friendly and prompt.

Gregg's can't be beaten for a coffee and pastry

After a refurbishment back in March it looks a lot lot better the cakes are nice and I went a few weeks and they made up a sandwich for my brother I would recommend this place
