Lovely helpful young ladies in the shop. So kind and patient with customers. Lovely food, well labelled and catering for food intolerances. One of the few local places we can rely on for gluten free food.

They do a great coffee, lovely fresh food and the staff are nice. Always enjoy my visits there. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I went here for a sit down meal. It was very quiet, but the food was absolutely amazing, one of the best Indians I’ve had. Kush was lovely and came over to make conversation with us. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve booked to come back with the family for my partners 40th birthday :-)

We have been using Indian Nights for too many years to remember. THE best freshly prepared Indian food, great choice and fabulous flavours - such lovely staff - we wouldn’t ever go anywhere else but it’s a bonus that it’s just down the road. Highly recommended

Excellent chippy chips and mushy peas!

I like this place; I’ve been here before, when I ordered a scone, asked to have it warmed and it came to me toasted - bizarre. Today I ordered orange juice (no ice), almond croissant and a flat white. The orange juice arrived loaded with ice cubes, the croissant was a plain one, not almond. The two were replaced by the correct order when I pointed out the error. Why are croissants served on little plates? They look pretty when they’re intact; after that all hell breaks loose. The servers in this place should think more intelligently, listen more attentively.

Went here for one of their weekend evenings where they do pasta and pizza. We started with focaccia followed by pizza and gnocchi and then cheese. All were delicious and plentiful. We completed with a bottle of their Polish red wine which was light, easy drinking and went well with the food. Service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive and friendly. All this in the usual O’kende relaxed style.

Disappointed that ceasar salad was full of deep fried pitta bread & dressed with Marie Rose sauce not ceasar dressing Asked for salt to be given pepper in salt (one hole) container Portions generous just not necessarily what expected

Had a takeaway what an absolute discrace food was awful cold, chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein had no chicken in it awful taste cost about £20 more than our local takeaway for the same meal stay away
