Indian Nights in Rushcliffe

Food was below average, everything was tasteless. The garlic naan was awful, no flavour, was just garlic on top of a piece of bread. The biriyani sauce was way too thick and sweet. The pakora paneer was tasteless, not even a pinch of salt and was soggy. I felt like I was chewing rubber. The hot chicken was tasteless as well, was just spicy with no flavour. This was a disappointing takeaway and we will not be ordering from here. We will not be suggesting this place to anyone either.

Unfortunately 4 items were missing from the order but when notified, Indian Nights apologised and rectified the mistake and sent out the missing items ASAP

I was visiting west Bridgford and I could smell the aromatic Indian spices from the high st. The food we ordered was such a delight my wife wasn't even hungry and still finished off all the food I brought as a surprise. 10/10 were from East London so we know good indian

food was very bland. No taste. Seems the only thing added was spice with no flavouring. Chicken very dry. Not very nice at all

We have been using Indian Nights for too many years to remember. THE best freshly prepared Indian food, great choice and fabulous flavours - such lovely staff - we wouldn’t ever go anywhere else but it’s a bonus that it’s just down the road. Highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful curries on Thursday night before my operation. The manager was so polite and caring. The spices in my chicken balti were mouth wateringly delicious of the highest quality. The garlic naan was light and delicious. Best onion bajis I’ve had in a long time and the lamb chops starters delicious. Poppadoms and all the condiments went down a treat, Thank you Kyle.

I have been looking for a new takeaway for some time. Tried many places across the way. Came across this one next on the list. Arrived to collect the food and realised I forgot to order the mint yoghurt which the gentleman sorted no problem. Food was fresh and hot. So nice and safe to say I won't be looking elsewhere now

Indian Nights is our favourite takeaway and always feels like a real treat. The staff are always polite and go out of their way to offer and excellent service. The menu has lots of choice so there is something for all the family. The food is always freshly prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend them as they are the best in Nottingham!

Used to be the go to Indian takeaway. Been going downhill over the last year, but last night it hit rock bottom Basically boiled chicken breast in a crappy tasteless sauce. Even the rice lacked flavour

Absolutely top drawer establishment - the food is excellent and the staff are as helpful and friendly as you will find. I wouldn't use anywhere else! Surprised by some of the reviews on here, they don't reflect my experience at all!

If it wasn't for how expensive it was I wouldn't have left a review. I used to get Indian nights growing up because I went to Bridgford school so it seemed to be the defacto spot. Jesus christ either I had no taste buds or they've gone down the drain. Ordered a lamb biriyani, chicken pakora and lamb chops. Came to £28. The madras sauce that came with the biriyani (14 quid btw) was honestly so flavourless I couldn't believe it. I would have been more satisfied with a tin of tomatoes cooked with a stock pot and pinch of salt. The 3 lamb chops had a funk to them. Pakora was soggy with the outer layer peeling off. Bland, the whole thing was bland. I feel hungry still because I couldn't really get myself to eat any of it. Step up your game guys, use base gravy, season your food, maybe hire chefs that enjoy food?

Went there twice and was charged two much both times won't e going again check your order and your price.

First of all, thank you Adeel for the lift. Now for the food. Lamb Rogan Josh, Balti and Handi. Amazing! Incredible! Unbelievable that food like this can be served by a takeaway. It's probably the worst Indian takeaway I have ever had. It’s hard to believe that any food establishment could sell food like this. Remember Vesta make your own packet meals? Evan that was better than what you get here. Dry vegetable mush is what you get. I don't think this even qualifies as a curry. You will sit there in amazement that anybody has the gall to sell this as a good quality curry. I am still utterly stupefied at the appalling quality. Rice that you could cook up yourself in a few minutes. You won't find any cardamonm seeds here. You do get meat, lamb in my case, which is good. But you pay £15 for it, and they even charge you for the carrier bag! I will not be eating here until there is a big sign outside which says "New Chef Hired. Original Indian Recipes". You cannot stay in business serving food like this. I am fortelling the future for the owners, and giving them honest, realistic feedback. There are far better Indian takeaways locally like Aziz Khan. But you will not be pleased if you go here. It's horrible.

The food was bland, unseasoned and all three main dishes were exactly the same! Bhuna, Balti and another one. The pakora was dry and tasteless. Entire waste of money. There was no seasoning in any of it. We will go back to Chilli’s from now on.

Iluminous pink tasteless Chicken Makhani. Never seen anything like it before. Just moved back to West Bridgford having tried the food from here before. Really disappointing and that’s both the food and the response from the restaurant- pink food colouring … ugh

First time I've ordered from here. Poppadoms OK thin but fresh with ok dips. Samosas vege average, a little greasy. Lamb bhuna gosht was tasteless to the extent of being almost strange. The Lamb was tender but tasted like it had just been placed in the sauce and warmed up. The sauce was moderately hot with no flavour. Very disappointing as I had heard good things about this restaurant

I waited the best part of two hours for my order to arrive, so not a great start. The food that arrived was stone cold - apart from the lukewarm chutneys, which should have been cold! Completely inedible and went straight in the bin. Aside from that, the food was badly packaged with a considerable amount of sauce in the bag and all over the other food packaging. The naans were shoved in a cheap, thin plastic bag, and the delivery driver was pretty rude to boot. To top it off, Just Eat think an inedible meal that arrived damaged, cold and very late is only worth an £11 account credit. ABYSMAL. It will be a LONG time before I use Just Eat or Indian Nights again!

Amazing. Everything cooked to absolute perfection every time. Was missing an item Pakora Paneer but rang up and was delivered in 5/10 min which is appreciated, ordered from here especially for the Pakora Paneer as can’t find anywhere else that does it or is as good as here! 3 happy customers always thank you!

Hi to the owners of the restaraunt, just placed my first order, the samosas are second to none, taste so good. The food was great too the Aloo including the daal texture was brilliant just needed a bit more touch on the flavour with the spice, sure next time will be much better. Also lol didn't know my bro I used to go to school with works here, will try en drop by in January, sorry I couldn't make it to the door, with the freeze weather been getting some chills, you must experience at times. First time I have used west bridgford Indian nights. Order online easy to complete; shop rang me to highlight I hadn’t ordered rice, which was really helpful; received a txt to say good was on way; food arrived hot and very tasty. I will be using them again 🙌💪👍🙏

Did a repeat order but apparently they don’t provide rice with a main course anymore. It’s in very small print on the just eat site. It didn’t alert me to this when I placed the “order again”. Contacted the restaurant and they were totally dismissive. Won’t order from Indian Knights again!

Excellent curry received on the hottest day. Early delivery and very polite and helpful delivery driver. Got some free rice which was a bonus. Good value and a lot of food for your money. Love my garlic naan bread and this was the best one I have had for a while. Will use again

Indian Nights used to be THE place to go. Having not eaten here for a while to say the standard has dropped would be an understatement. Bland, watery, substandard food at best.

Rang restaurant for an update on timing as the time the app said the food was going to be delivered by had passed and was told that the food was still being cooked. Food was good but a shame on the delivery time

The food was great and the restaurant called ahead to check about the delay in delivery. They were polite and helpful so I can't fault the service in that sense - what more could they do on a Thursday before Good Friday! The delay isn't ideal but they handled it well.

One of my best experiences in an Indian Takeaway, Great People, Very Friendly and Customer focused, food was exceptional , Ordered a chicken Korma it came with Pilau Rice and they even threw in some popadoms with mango chutney and some onion salad. 10/10

Unfortunately, our food order with Indian Nights in Radcliffe on Trent was a bit disappointing. The meal arrived 30 minutes earlier than the estimated time and rather fortunately we had just arrived home 5 mins earlier. The order wasn't complete either - it was missing a can of drink. The biggest disappointment however was the quality of the food - it was so bland and flavorless! We have eaten at some of the other Indian Nights restaurants around south Notts previously (albeit not recently) and always thought the food to be excellent - this time it was really poor.

Horrendous. I’ve been coming here on and off over the last few years - sometimes it’s “ok” sometimes it’s “average” but tonight it was absolutely horrendous. The food tasted like water. Yes, water. There were zero flavours and we had 5 different mains - all were absolutely bland. I tried to contact the owners to give them an opportunity to rebuke/offer money back/apologise but there’s no means via email etc. Yes I could call them and the guy who runs it is a perfectly decent chap but I just want to be honest. They need to up their game, sadly I will never ever go back. Awful food. Mark’s and Spencer’s curry is 109 times better and cheaper. Or try Charlie Biggums - miles better. Imagine being outdone by a large corporate
