The best restaurants serving Default food in Kettering East Midlands

Chips cold, asked for no gherkins but still got them. Not the best

Nearly 20 minutes getting served after ordering, staff stood around , discussing shifts, somebody in a black jacket, looked like they were in authority, didn't even acknowledge the people waiting, just wandered around gossiping with the staff, McDonald's must have too many customers if they can afford to ignore them.

The room you sit in is vile in terms of decor and filthy. The cutlery was filthy and I had to ask for it to be changed but it was just wet and wiped as I could see it being done. The waitress was quite sweet but had no idea how to do her job and was very embarrassed to have to keep telling us items were not on the menu both for food and drink. About ten things we asked for were off. One couple left as there was so little available. Took over two hours for us to get our main course despite the fact there were only 6 people in the restaurant including our table of 4. The fillet steak and chips was almost £33 as you had to pay an extra £2.25 for the sauce. Same price as a posh restaurant in Central London. I suspect the person doing the cooking was actually downstairs drinking in the outdoor music bar along with the waitress, unless they had to go and catch the cow. After we got our drinks at the beginning we were abandoned. Overall a skin crawling experience. Never go there! Zero star experience.

My visit to greggs this morning was terrible , the Staff were really rude n huffing when I was asking for things.Customer service skills are shocking !!!!

My son loves the frappuccinos here said there even better then the named coffee places. Friendly staff can't do enough for you. Would recommend.

This restaurant is now closed used be a great find tucked away from the main high street, shame as they did some unique dishes not found in typical tandoori’s

We love to spend an afternoon with friends, have a drink and order our favourite rack of ribs with fries and salad. Staff very attentive and welcoming, have been doing this once a fortnight since covid. Food is excellent, drinks at a very reasonable price.

Guys pls avoid this kebabs shop.. There was hair on my food and when I called the shop to ask about this, they were denying it without even listening. Very rude service.

Smallest portions ever!! I’m only a petite size 8 female and this was honestly the smallest chicken kebab I have ever seen, even the salad they held back on. We also ordered a large portion of cheesy chips but the chef clearly has a fear of cheese because it was basically non-existent. Feel ripped off & wont order again! #stillhungry

I had a bad experience at this costa today, I was in line and the people in front of me allowed me to go in front of them as I had cold food and they all were waiting for their hot food. When I was served (by the manger I assume) she was very condescending and tried to explain to me how a que worked (sarcastically of course) and then when I later purchased a panini she undercooked it by 3 minutes (as a costa worker myself I am aware of how long they go under for) I then return the panini without a refund and left. Just because she was older than me doesn’t mean she should have spoke down to me, I hope her service improves so she can be an example to her staff, and not an example of bad customer service

Went to a 80th birthday tea. Was warmly welcomed, the food was lovely & a good time was had.

It was out of vegetables on a Sunday morning on opening. Literally could not.complete.my shopping so much products i could not get. I shop elswhere since.

Just had a couple of pizzas, spicy wings and onion rings. Was delicious and arrived hot 😀

My goodness. A lovely brand new McDonalds where the new seats need a good clean already. They're of hard material and easily washable. How about they be cleaned? I bought a sausage and egg muffin. Served by an unsmiling staff member "that's yours" they say with a deadpan expression, when passing the food to you. Nobody is expecting a song and a dance but hey .... The food itself? Warm and inedible again unfortunately. (Warm food seems to be the norm at this MaccyD 🙄) The only saving grace was the manager who was polite and professional when she processed my refund. It might be better to go when it's busy as the food will probably be hotter. Just saying.
