I really can’t fault the place. Good beer, food, staff and decor. We had whitebait and prawn cocktail followed by the roast beef, everything on the plate was excellent and at very reasonable prices. Steve

Second visit in the last few months after my wife persuaded us to give it another go. It’s worse, this once great pub has lost its charm, good food and service. Food cold and inedible, staff uncaring and more interested in organising who was going for a break. Will not return.

Just had a nice meal here, being a Monday evening it was quiet but the service was good and the food also good.

We go fairly often and it has become a bit of a habit but we enjoy the selection of carvery vegetables and the atmosphere. The numbers depend on how many family members there are

My visit to greggs this morning was terrible , the Staff were really rude n huffing when I was asking for things.Customer service skills are shocking !!!!

Proper pub grub at a reasonable price. None of your a la carte rubbish or microwaved food as dished up at the corporate chain pubs. Will definitely return

The breakfasts are getting smaller and expensive,they're not as tasty either, I won't have another meal there. I advise you look elsewhere for a decent meal.
