The best restaurants serving Default food in Hinckley and Bosworth East Midlands

(Short version) No fault of the waiting staff, but a huge disappointment at the lack of 'Sunday Dinners' and being told that we were not able to use an in date voucher due to the 'till not accepting them'. Not told that some elements of the dishes that were served up were not available. All-round really poor dining experience. (Long version) Booked in advance for 5.45pm. arrived, waited a little while to be seated as staff seemed busy serving seated customers. After being shown to our table we were immediately told there were 'only 2 Turkey dinners left'. No problem, I thought, there's beef and chicken on the menu as well, and as my daughter was keen to have turkey at least she's sorted. When we came to order, I had misunderstood - only 2 turkey dinners left meant only 2 Roast dinners left!! Really?? We've booked for a Sunday, you have the Sunday menu out on the tables and we can't all have a Sunday roast??? Poor show Marstons. Then, when we come to settle the bill we are told a voucher that is in date cannot be used as the 'till won't accept it'. No point giving grief to the waiting staff (who seemed to be working really hard - and likely short staffed), so this is my complaint to you, to which I would appreciate a response and offer of how you intend to rectify our less than satisfactory experience.

What a great venue, all you can eat breakfast for £10.99 great views great food and great service what more could you ask for. Will see you Sunday.

Excellent service and spot on food. Better than Weatherspoons I have to say. Will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful experience food was bland and cold! Asked for chips which we did not receive and also every item that was in batter tasted like the oil had been old and was so awful! £40 in the bin will not be using again and will definitely telling people not to use the restaurant

Absolutely rubbish service, perfetic attitude food OMG let's not get started in many Indian restaurants I have been to over the pass 30 years all over UK this is by miles the worst food appalling quality I am gob smacked how these clowns are getting away with running this business Absolutely disgraceful to indian food PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT COMPLETE GARBIDGE!!!

Went three times all great experience's one had live entertainment. Had a meal there for my birthday my husband mixed grill was fantastic value . Dog friendly pub loved it

I rang up to place order over the phone to be told we don’t deliver to hotels because it is not in the Hinckley area and try to order on line and that was cancelled online through just eat. Will not be using these again

It's so clean bright and funky furniture and so friendly staff. They will make your coffee a specific way with a smile. Nothing is too much. If they have a special offer on they will tell you about it.

Great service and lovely food too, nice and clean with plenty of tables. Hot drinks have an amazing free refill all day, fab stress buster after shopping. Easy access if using wheelchairs

Steak was cold, 2nd steak like old shoe leather. Overpriced and poor quality. Very disappointing.

Food was OK and reasonably priced.

Have used them for a while But standards have slipped. Poor quality ingredients not prepared well and small portions.

I'm not really a fan of dominos but I love gherkins and by extension their cheeseburger pizza. However, even though the staff are lovely, I have had more pizzas missing toppings from here rather than having them all. Like the burger sauce which isn't an extra, it comes with the pizza, is often missing. Anyway, not bad for a quick snack but make sure to use the app for the £13 (was 12) large pizza collection offer to save yourself money unless you're planning to get a bundle.
