Good very poor all cold and dry won’t be ordering from here again very disappointing

There was very little food considering the cost of the mixed kebab

Food could have been okay if hot but by the time it got to us was lukewarm at best with soggy lettuce. Chips were undercooked and soggy on the outside with hard spots in the middle, didn't even eat one portion they were that bad. Driver was incredibly rude saying he had tried to call us but although we have checked the number twice no calls were made to my phone or texts. when he did arrive he honked the horn outside rather than ringing the bell and was borderline aggressive with the delivery.

Ordered food to be given a delivery time. Food then said it had been delivered, this was queried via app as it had not been delivered. A pushed back delivery time then got given (45 minutes longer than the hour already waited), which again said it had been delivered after the wait time. The shop did not answer the phone and then 25 minutes after the pushed back delivery time, it arrived cold. Also awful quality of food, both the chips and the pizza.

No food delivered. Tried to call, no answer.

Ordered at 8.12 It’s now 21.58 just turned up. Food is cold and packaging damaged and squashed 2 kids under 9 wanted their dinner, had to make food and put bed!

absolutely disgusted by the service, it took an hour and a half for my doner wrap to arrive, I was also shouted at and even told to “F off” when i called the place to ask where my food was. I have never been so disgusted with the way i was treated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Only the second time in my 47 year have I complained but I have to. The food was cold, the Donna kabab was extremely greasy, still couldn’t finish after dabbing it all with paper towel. The grilled chicken burger was extremely dry and rubbery, also couldn’t finish. The chocolate fudge cake was very nice though but all in all very disappointing. I only treat myself once a month because of my diabetes. I’m very sorry for the restaurant but I cannot recommend at all.

food was fantastic as normal but didn't read the order properly as my partner is Lactose intolerant and wasn't able to eat her burger other than that fantastic food

ordering was easy, delivery was early (which was great for us). Had an issue because an order of fries was missing, however a call to them and they were apologetic and delivered them fairly quickly and they were good and hot.

Kebab cold Chips missing from burger meal

My daughter absolutely loves the pizzas from here, and for the bargain price of buying one and getting one free, she says they are better than the bigger known names that do pizza. The nuggetts from here are one of very few places that my son will eat from. Tonight I got myself some chicken kebab meat aswell, was delicious, proper big bits of chicken kebab, not shreds like most. All food was hot and fresh.

Terrible food today. Crispy and cold burger bun, cold fries. £5.50 for the smallest portion of popcorn chicken that were dry and cold!

Says its been delivered and I'm still waiting I ordered at 17.25 and its now 18.40 still no food This has really delayed my plans for the evening

Never had a problem with these guys - Fair prices and the food has always been good and delivered on time. Best chilli Sauce as well.

I ordered for collection and the restaurant gave a collection time of 4:40 however the food wasn't even cooked by the time it was ready it was 4:57 17 minutes past collection time

Never ordering from here again absolutely disgusting food. Kebabs came with only half of pitta bread the mixed kebab had chicken breast inside not kebab chicken, fries and onion rings looked like they had been cooked and left for hours and to top the order off they forgot the pop. Stay clear from this place.

i ordered my food and was told that it would be here between 20.30 and 20.50 it turned up very very late and very very cold. paid full price too not happy

I normally have no issues with this restaurant normally on time and food quilty is normally perfect. tonight's meal however was 45 minutes late (even in heavey traffic to my home from hinckley will take 25 30 minutes max) both kebabs had more grease then meat. Garlic breaded mushrooms >where was the garlic couldn't taste it and normally these nave a drizzle of garlic butter when bitten into the first time in 6 months im disappointed in my meal only item worth eating was the popcorn chicken

All good apart from I ordered chips with cheese and the cheese was missing. Shame as they are a more expensive item.

Delivery driver rude,walking off with food after one knock

Won't be ordering a burger again from this place, to find MOULD on the bottom of my burger bun. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Took one bite, realised my burger smelt funny and seen a dot of MOULD

Despite only ordering 1 pizza and a garlic bread, the chefs decided to include a second pizza regardless of me not ordering it due to their buy one get one free offer. Much appreciated but I think my fridge contains 60% pizza now 😂

We had an amazing pizza experience! Our order was prepared very quickly. The pizzas were loaded with fresh ingredients and had crispy crusts. There were plenty of flavor options available, catering to everyone's taste. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely order again

Awful!! Do not offer. Waited nearly an hour and a half for our food to be deleivered….. it never showed up! When ringing numerous times we were told they could not find our address ( they have delivered to us before, with no problems) A waste of money and our time!

Despite being a bit later and missing out a burger they resent it with chips and drink as an apology which was much appreciated so would Definitely use again as food was good and worked out a good time anyway.

Saw that they do Istanbul grill. We thought we would give it a go. We ordered the platter on the phone. It was a bit weird as when they picked up the phone, they didn't say who they were unlike most other take aways etc. The food was delicious and freshly made. Not quite sure what one of the dips was but the garlic dip was nice with the bread. We think the food was lovely. Probably the customer service side may have let them down.

Funnily enough it will only let me select 5 minutes late it was 40 minutes late, it was cold, items missing, called them 12 times finally got through to be told they are busy, they will send the missing item in 20 minutes, an hour later its still not here, update your times if its going to take longer thats fine but give people the option if they want to wait nearly 2 hours for an order

Kids pizza had no tomato base. Taste was none existent. Usually nice but this time its quality has dropped

Missing the cheese chips , and everything was cold

For a large donner kebab at over £8, it was disappointing. You don’t expect much in presentation, but it was literally a dry pitta bread torn in half and dry meat and not a lot of it at all. The halloumi wrap was fine, and chips ok, lukewarm and a bit soggy but edible.

So i was very hungry after a long day and decided to make an order, found this place on Just eat and gave it a try. made my order and paid at 10:30pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 11:30pm. so from around 11pm onwards im expecting it to turn up any time, im waiting and waiting 11:45 still no food and im actually getting really tired at this point, to which i closed my eyes and fell to sleep, knowing that a knock at the door or ring of the doorbell would wake me anyway. Next i wake up and its 2am, where on earth is my order, im starving i feel like ive wasted my night waiting for food, so i call Flames who told me the order was delivered sucesfully. Brilliant. no offer to redeliver, no offer or refund , no apologies. Won't be ordering from hre again and will be adivsing others about my appaling experience.

Editing my review down to 1 star, couldn't organise a book club in a library, consistently forget items, get the order wrong, can't speak English. Just avoid it, their performance as a delivery restaurant is literally terrible. Do you want half your order 40 mins after the other half?! The food won't kill you but there are way better ways to spend your money.

Asked for scampi and I clearly got fish fingers ? Waste of money.

Absolutely disgusting. Order delivered after 50 minutes of order which was slightly after allocated time but OK that's fine. Food turned up like it had been dropped or thrown. One if the meals had come out of its box. Chips were extremely soggy, wet and luke warm. Chicken meat was cooked well and hot. Burger wasn't very nice and must have been sitting waiting for the rest of the order. Sauces were wrong and the salad box's are a joke. How can you send out salad box's that are both different and incomplete. This was an online order, how can it be that hard to get an order right that's written down. Made contact with the company out this mess and was informed to take the food back to them at 12.30 at night if I wanted a refund. How is this an acceptable thing when I've placed an order for delivery late at night so I don't have to leave the house. Poor show, unacceptable request. So much for customer services from a delivery service.

Ordered food last night. £18 for rubbery microwaved chips and a wrap with 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it. Absolutely disgraceful, avoid like the plague, 2 for 1 pizza place over the road 10x better and is cheaper. Don't waste your breathe trying to order from this sorry excuse of a takeaway.
