What could i possibly say about this place ordered food on just eat at 9pm Said delivery time was at 9.45pm 1030pm come and the driver turned up with only half my order and said he was sorry but he delivered it to the wrong address and they didnt answer the door when he went back Told the driver i wasnt accepting half the order as it was cold Rang the phone number to be given a load of bollocks about the situation I had to wait another hour for my food to be cooked and when i finally got it it was cold and inedible Please give this place a miss They are not worth the stress and hassle

Been waiting for my food for over 30 minutes now, tried to call and have put a dodgy number down then tried to get update through just eat and they didn’t message back honestly worse place to order !

order was 30 minutes late then amended time for delivery only after text from restaurant saying sorry its late when asked for update

I have half hour break ordered my food at 9pm to arrive at 10.30pm and spent all of my break waiting for my order this is not acceptable as ordered it in plenty of time only to be told by my delivery driver that he only received my order 5 minutes prior to arriving. I don’t usually have issues but I’m not happy about my waiting time

Ordered 2 chicken specials, when I should have ordered just mushrooms and onions as that’s all the pizza had on it (did have tomato base and cheese) when I received it. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

Poor tracking. Phone restaurant function not working. Phone number not recognised. No other contact number. Requested refund using option on app but no acknowledgement of doing so.

sent the wrong sauce pot and also the wrong dessert. The rest of the order was fine but dissapointed to wait for an hour and then get the wrong food.

Ordered at 5 pm. Food didn’t arrive till 6:35. When it arrived the food was barely hot, chips was soggy and the salad looks like it been sat in water all day. We ate a few bites then threw it away so in a nutshell it was awful with very long waiting time. Will not return again sorry.

My first order here in a long time, the food quality is not what it used to be. Disappointing as it used to be very good

over an hour late onion rings barley cooked, the large cheesy chips well put it this way didn't fill a tea plate, ordered a cherry coke cola got cherry tango, bacon on the burger a good vet could have brought it back to life and it was shock horror cold first time using will never use again

Cheese burger was ok , pizza was not the best of tastes . And the chips were covered with the kebab meat so made them soggy . Missing. Bottle of Fanta .

Food was cold, missing items from order pizza maybe buy one get one free but for £13.50 it was shocking! Rock hard and cold! We used to always order from here but the quality is shocking! Should have just cooked instead!

After the order said it had been delivered twice I called for an update and received poor and rude customer service, they admitted not being able to fulfil the order on time because of distance, food arrived, portions poor and food lacking quality in flavour.

Order arrived very late, food was cold. Pizzas were dry and lacked any toppings. Chips were soggy. Very disappointed

Food never turned up, messaged restaurant was told they were sorry and food would be with us in 10 minutes this was after an hours wait already. Then we waited a further hour and it still didn’t turn up no response from the restaurant when we chased at all!

Ordered at 8:28pm and food didn’t arrive until 10:30pm. I understand that it’s nearly Christmas and takeaways are busy but this is ridiculous especially for a burger, popcorn chicken and some chips. The food arrived cold so I had to reheat it, reported that food was late twice. Rang them up and they said it will be with me in 5 minutes (10:11pm) which is was still another 20 minutes. Used to be an amazing takeaway but seems to have gone down hill as this is the second time I’ve had this!

Pizzas were wrong. I ordered a hot one and a pepperoni. The two pizzas that arrived were completely different - one was pepperoni and mushroom, and the other was mega meaty BBQ. Didn't enjoy the food because it wasn't what I ordered.

•Over 2 hours to be delivered with multiple calls to chase food. •Missing chips from a meal deal and when phones up they were very rude and told us we didn’t order a meal but have the drink from said none choice. My review would be avoid and find a better takeaway option

Don’t know what people are on about honestly! I love this place. The burgers are absolutely delicious and the chips are nice and crunchy. They’re generous with the mozzarella. Can feed 3 people with £20. Cheap and delicious. This place is my go to!

Delivery driver called on the phone, but appeared reluctant to deliver. Odd. Food was, as always, fantastic!

Most of the food ended up being thrown away, the pizza was covered in grease and the garlic bread didn’t have a hint of garlic. I’ve never had a dinner kebab taste so weird, it was a light grey colour and we have all felt poorly with bad stomachs this morning. The chips were brown and soaked in grease. Very disappointed and will never order here again.

Ordered food on line at 7 pm. App said cooking. Called at 8 pm to ask when food was going to be delivered. Said 45 mins to poss 1 hour. Not good enough. Cancelled order. Always used this place. Not any more.

Gorgeous as always. Will always order Pizza's from here, as they are very nice and the staff are good too. Give them a try and, I hope you enjoy their product as much as I do.

Two nice Pizza's (12 inch) for the price of one. Pleasant delivery guy again. Nice food, good quality. Prefer these to Dominos and Papa Thingies.

I got two 15" pizzas for £23. Dominoes is £23 for one 'large'. These pizzas were much superior and tasted lovely. The delivery chap was pleasant too. I'd get your pizza from here if I were you. 10/10 Recommended.

If i could score 0 i would. Ordered food at 7pm due to be delivered at 7.30 rang at 7.45 said 5 mins 8 oclock comes no food called again said 5 mins its on its way, half past 8 called again said they are just cooking it. I told them to cancel the food and he began shouting at me down the phone that hes busy and it would be out soon. I recommended not to put an estimated 30 minute delivery if its over an hour he clearly wasnt understanding that i didnt want the food after such a wait but he insisted it would be with me in 10 minutes. 9pm came gave up on the food or any hope of my money back. Will never order again.

order arrived very late, the food had obviously been sat somewhere as it wasn't fresh nor was it hot when it arrived.

Food could have been okay if hot but by the time it got to us was lukewarm at best with soggy lettuce. Chips were undercooked and soggy on the outside with hard spots in the middle, didn't even eat one portion they were that bad. Driver was incredibly rude saying he had tried to call us but although we have checked the number twice no calls were made to my phone or texts. when he did arrive he honked the horn outside rather than ringing the bell and was borderline aggressive with the delivery.

Ordered food to be given a delivery time. Food then said it had been delivered, this was queried via app as it had not been delivered. A pushed back delivery time then got given (45 minutes longer than the hour already waited), which again said it had been delivered after the wait time. The shop did not answer the phone and then 25 minutes after the pushed back delivery time, it arrived cold. Also awful quality of food, both the chips and the pizza.

absolutely disgusted by the service, it took an hour and a half for my doner wrap to arrive, I was also shouted at and even told to “F off” when i called the place to ask where my food was. I have never been so disgusted with the way i was treated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Only the second time in my 47 year have I complained but I have to. The food was cold, the Donna kabab was extremely greasy, still couldn’t finish after dabbing it all with paper towel. The grilled chicken burger was extremely dry and rubbery, also couldn’t finish. The chocolate fudge cake was very nice though but all in all very disappointing. I only treat myself once a month because of my diabetes. I’m very sorry for the restaurant but I cannot recommend at all.

ordering was easy, delivery was early (which was great for us). Had an issue because an order of fries was missing, however a call to them and they were apologetic and delivered them fairly quickly and they were good and hot.

Terrible food today. Crispy and cold burger bun, cold fries. £5.50 for the smallest portion of popcorn chicken that were dry and cold!

My daughter absolutely loves the pizzas from here, and for the bargain price of buying one and getting one free, she says they are better than the bigger known names that do pizza. The nuggetts from here are one of very few places that my son will eat from. Tonight I got myself some chicken kebab meat aswell, was delicious, proper big bits of chicken kebab, not shreds like most. All food was hot and fresh.

Says its been delivered and I'm still waiting I ordered at 17.25 and its now 18.40 still no food This has really delayed my plans for the evening

Never had a problem with these guys - Fair prices and the food has always been good and delivered on time. Best chilli Sauce as well.

I ordered for collection and the restaurant gave a collection time of 4:40 however the food wasn't even cooked by the time it was ready it was 4:57 17 minutes past collection time

Never ordering from here again absolutely disgusting food. Kebabs came with only half of pitta bread the mixed kebab had chicken breast inside not kebab chicken, fries and onion rings looked like they had been cooked and left for hours and to top the order off they forgot the pop. Stay clear from this place.

I normally have no issues with this restaurant normally on time and food quilty is normally perfect. tonight's meal however was 45 minutes late (even in heavey traffic to my home from hinckley will take 25 30 minutes max) both kebabs had more grease then meat. Garlic breaded mushrooms >where was the garlic couldn't taste it and normally these nave a drizzle of garlic butter when bitten into the first time in 6 months im disappointed in my meal only item worth eating was the popcorn chicken

All good apart from I ordered chips with cheese and the cheese was missing. Shame as they are a more expensive item.

Won't be ordering a burger again from this place, to find MOULD on the bottom of my burger bun. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Took one bite, realised my burger smelt funny and seen a dot of MOULD

Despite only ordering 1 pizza and a garlic bread, the chefs decided to include a second pizza regardless of me not ordering it due to their buy one get one free offer. Much appreciated but I think my fridge contains 60% pizza now 😂

We had an amazing pizza experience! Our order was prepared very quickly. The pizzas were loaded with fresh ingredients and had crispy crusts. There were plenty of flavor options available, catering to everyone's taste. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely order again

Missing food and when I rang restaurant to try and sort this issue I was told I would get a call back and then all of a sudden they are closed! Leaving someone without a meal. Horrible customer service, rude staff!
