Embarrassing staff representing the brand. Totally incompetent, took 28mins to order a pizza direct as they couldn’t work out £32.99 minus £20 voucher + £3 deliver charge = £20.98 🤔 nooooo it doesn’t. Trying to get the staff to figure that was laughable. If possible… avoid this place for pizza

I ordered twice from this place. Both times it was a walk in and both times I got told 10 minutes when it ended up being over 30 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait as much as I minded getting cold pizza both times. I would’ve understood if it was in a busy time of the day but it wasn’t. No wonder it has such bad reviews on here…

My food was never delivered. Contacted the store who said the manager would sort it and never heard from him, spoke directly to domino customer services who also said the store manager would contact me, it’s been a couple weeks now and still no contact. Absolute joke

the lady working behined the till has tried to over charge me twice be carful i had to bring it up in the restaurant which you shouldnt haveto do if you kow what your ordering

A very busy place. Took about 15 to get an order of 4 pizzas and 2 garlic bread. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it. Have used for many years, and will continue to do so.

Always piping hot , delicious pizza with a great service

Greatest place ever. The garlic and herb sauce is amazing. Also I walked in to collect my pizza and was greeted with 2 workers singing my heart will go on by celine dion. 5 stars.

Dreadful customer service. Can’t deliver to our address even though we live just up the road.

First time, not the last, lovely hot, juicy, stuffed crust pizza,buy one get one free, thin crust for mrs Stilton. Join the queue! Not much to add, quality is still high, you can watch your order being made, we stop off there about every 2 months or so and we have not been disappointed.

Lovely pizza. Staff welcoming but one or two were slightly aloof. Nevertheless, overall, a good place and good food.

Dry, hardly any cheese! No flavour. Inedible and nobody wanted to eat.Customer service left me hanging and was unhelpful and no apologies. Just repeating to take a photo and send email.

For the price of what their pizzas cost, this branch is awful. Have given them a few chances but even the kids can’t finish the pizzas. Pizza Express from Tesco is way better value.

Pizza base was slightly burnt and tasted stale, very dry and extremely poor quality for the price

Have a word with your delivery driver, this is Masefield place and that's not a bloody road it's a footpath and there's a big sign on the lamp post he ignored.

Nice calzones however dominoes is over priced easily spend 20 quid for a single person and really hungry afterwards. However the young lad after Seeing a friend get beat up. Man called the police, left the victim with a small note of his side of what he witnessed then offered A statement. Respect.

You’re not getting better than this place if you want 20min or less delivery and the upmost quality

I wish I could give less than 1 star.. we were waiting 1 hour and 40 mins!!! I rang them and the person didn't bother at all.. plus the drivers by the looks of it don't read the instructions so don't bother to put any , you're just wasting your time. After 2 phone calls and all the hassle ,we finally received our nice cold pizzas. I hope our bin appreciated it. We just threw £26 in the bin because people don't do their jobs! It's just disgusting!! Do not order from them unless you like wasting money

Tried to order online WON'T accept CASH, WON'T accept in store or on collection.... Lost out on my £30+ order and custom from now on!

After waiting 58mins for my order.. the delivery driver tried to give me someone else's order.. which I refused.. when I called I was told mine was given to someone else but if I wait another hour they can get it to me!! Flipping jokers!! Should be priority and make others wait! Terrible service

Had two pizza on a movie night with my miss we had different pizzas , wakes up the next morning to here vomiting, in the end took her hospital. She had very bad food poisoning from here order she had to have her fluids topped up and everything! Highly recommend you don’t go here .

Been reading some of the reviews (some not good) but i had a great experience! Ordered 5 large pizzas for a garden party and they arrived bang on time and everyone loved them. No complaints here!!

Absolute shambles! The staff (children) that run the place need some training on how to speak to the public. Absolutely appalling service from both domino's the domino's customer team and the CEO who I have contacted twice now regarding my concerns! I wouldn't bother ringing the phone gets put down on you and they apparently "don't have time for you"

Fast sevice ideed but the food...absolutely full of oil, pizza soaked in oil... Wont ever order again "Italian style crust" what a joke.

I ordered a delivery with the correct address the man on the phone couldn't find my house and started accusing me of giving the wrong address because I was describing houses near me. After 10 minutes of phone calling,he drove back. I have no pizza and am £25 down!!!!

I ordered online for collection. It took 20 mins longer than the timescale I selected and wasn't very warm. My peppers were also huge chunks rather than thin slices which meant they weren't cooked very well and my pizza looked anemic. They did change my BBQ sauce to tomato sauce as requested. Also they do offer gluten free pizzas though the selection is very limited.

Love Dominos, the pizza, the sides, all good. Always had it delivered, so I’m not sure what it’s like in the shop, but the food is good👍🍕 Pizza ain’t pretty good, but it’s tasty

Normally really good but this time half the garlic bread with cheese was just bread the wedges were cold and under cooked and the burger pizza was missing the burger sauce . delivery driver was polite

Delivery was 30 mins, despite app saying we had already received it, it was cold, uncut and dry. Not the best not sure we’ll bother again, second below par pizza we’ve had.

Placed a order and two hours and a half hour that my order had been placed it hadn’t been delivered at all. Got offered a refund, but that is not the point. The store apologised for the mistake, Got told the drivers had no acknowledgement of the order, but they knew it had been made. Also got told, that the delievery would be there soon, 1 hour later no sign.

Absolute joke. Ordered 2 x tubs of ice cream and a bottle of coke and an hour later were still waiting. We literally live about a mile away too. Are they milking the cow first!?

This Earl Shilton branch of Dominos is an absolute joke. Twice we had our food delivered late and once not at all because their "delivery drivers" never knocked on our door - we were sat in the living room the entire time waiting and nobody knocked; rang the manager and he was so rude and continued to say they knocked and attempted to blame us. We then managed to get hold of the driver who went to the wrong address and even admitted that - so the manager's attitude towards us was disgusting. Disgusting customer service.

Food turned up late and was cold, driver rang me and said im outside which he wasnt he was somewhere else, then try to charge me full price even though they had rang me to tell me they hadnt got nachoes and asked if i want to replace it with something else i said no when it finaly turned up they tried charging me for the nachoes that wasnt there, would never order from here again

Chicken strippers tasted 'off'. They forgot the additional dip I'd paid for. The pepperoni passion pizza was the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Save your money!

Waiting two hours for pizzas! To the point we cancelled them. With staff who stated that it's left for delivery hours ago.

Had a voucher code but they said can't use so sly that they made pay full price and then give me another voucher code. Pizzas are alright but not worth the price.

Expensive for what you get, and garlic bread as a side with pizza? How much bread do I want?

Quick service and half decent food. Local delivery is great.

Great place, very nice inside. Quick delivery in the local area and also deliver to a lot of the small villages around that most places don't deliver to.
