Costa Coffee in Hinckley and Bosworth

It's so clean bright and funky furniture and so friendly staff. They will make your coffee a specific way with a smile. Nothing is too much. If they have a special offer on they will tell you about it.

Miserable assistant. No cinnamon sprinkle. Had to ask as wasn't even offered. Moody and surly. Offhand.

Nice Coffee,Friendly staff. Quick service. Good choice of snacks. Cafe is situated in a good spot. There are 2 costas in hinckley but we prefer this.

This Costa is a lovely little one to go in, relax and have a coffee. Almost all, the staff are smiling and friendly. All of them except the staff member called Tracy. Whenever I have visited the store, she has appeared to be in her own world, stiff, just plain rude and she never appears to have a smile on her face. It’s such a shame to see one member of the team let everyone else down

Lovely bunch of girls at this Costa, they were definitely understaffed and rushed off their feet which unfortunately seems to be the norm for them it seems daft for the size Costa is surely you can afford to let them have more on at busy times?
