Good prices for drinks and excellent entertainment.

Didn't eat here so can't comment on that but I did enjoy a lovely pint and the warm atmosphere here. Really friendly staff and had the feeling of a traditional British pub, I liked it here. Cracking pint too 👍

What a great pub! Great regulars and they also host a fantastic Monthly Karaoke night on the last Friday of every month with a great host and DJ

Entertaining open mic night this evening. Nice to see a good crowd and listen to some non-commercialised music played by musicians out to have a good time. Shame the beer lorry didn’t turn up today, resulting in a reduced choice of drinks. Staff and customers all friendly as usual.

Enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal yesterday - the roast beef was the best I've ever had. Thank goodness they've got such a fab new chef - will be back.

I'm only a casual visitor but the public had a number of new tenants in the last year or so with possibilities of closure. However when there recently, although it was a quiet night I found the atmosphere good and staff friendly and the beer good. I will be visiting again
