The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Wales

Sent wrong order, lady on the phone was rude, kept putting me on hold for very long periods. not one apology. Delivery driver was polite and couldn't fault him. When food arrived, chips were dry, chicken balls were soggy, like a paste inside the batter. Other food was alright though.

It has been severely localized - not authentic at all. If you want to eat authentic Chinese food, don't come here. It has been completely localized and tastes so bad that you leave halfway after checking out.

Always nice. Normally have beef curry and beef in black bean spicy. But beef and prawn fried rice are so so nice

Phoned an order through. Guy was pleasant enough on the phone...then it all went down from there. The chicken was awful and the sweet and sour sauce wasnt pleasant at all. Dissapointed didnt come close. Even my dog wouldnt touch it. Sorry but wont be using here again

Been here a few times when visiting family up here , lovely place probably the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to, made to feel welcome and owner and staff very friendly great customer service, highly recommended

I haven't even had a chance to try it yet as I've rung 32 times and no answer! Don't offer delivery if you won't pick up the phone

Have been ordering on and off for years from this place and never had and issues.....but tonight spent nearly £40 and what do I get -ordered chow mein and Singapore chow mein opened the lids smelled gone off could see it hadn't been cooked noodles rubbery and cooled Chicken balls my daughter had eaten to within 30 seconds she was on the toilet Who ever is the chef clearly dose not have the correct training as to give out uncooked food be OK with that ain't right The chips I will give credit were really nice . Staff were amazing and really accommodating I would highly recommend that this place needs to stop get it's self to get her you have 5 to 6 chefs maybe the OWNER needs to supervise the kitching staff more cos clearly they don't know what they are doing If you want food poisoning order Chinese from here 100% guaranteed . WELL DONE CHINA KITCHEN LET YOUR SELFS DOWN SORT YOUR CHEFS OUT BEFORE YOU MAKE SOME ONE SERIOUSLY ILL OR WORSE KILL SOME ONE

We've had 4 family takeaways from here recently and we've never been disappointed. Nice to be able to get really excellent chips to go with the meal too.

Would not recommend at all! Food was sloppy and did not taste very nice. Location is not ideal not easy to access if you are picking up by car. Worst Chinese I have ever had!

The food was absolutely lovely and was worth the wait even though it was a little late and I was starving 🙂the food was good and be having again

Recently moved to Buckley and had heard from family how good Hong Sing's food and delivery service was...we were so impressed with our first meal.. The taste and quality of all 4 meals was absolutely fantastic! Very happy to have 'found' you!! Am ordering again tonight!

When they first opened the chicken was 'real' lovely chunks, fantastic quality. Over the last few months the chicken has mirrored many other Chinese takeaways in the area - rubbery, wet and slimy. Pretty much inedible. It's a huge shame as everything else is lovely. They've obviously changed supplier for profit reasons and as a result the chicken is horrendous.

The worst Thai food I’ve ever (not) eaten. Processed chicken and no veg or potatoes in the Massaman, fatty duck and both sauces thick and gluey. ‘Coconut’ rice was overcooked, tasteless and gluey. We threw it all away. Complete waste of money

Updating this review 25/3/25 Always liked the food here the staff are friendly the food is ok but not as good as it used to be..it has gone downhill a bit. I had curry rice noodles and chips here the other day. Rice was horrble noodles very greesy and the chips were all bits and must have been quadruple dipped in what seems a year old vat of oil. They were so hard and tasted horrible. Chips for brits is a staple food...you must get it right! I still love the curry here......but I'll get my chips somewhere else.
