Fu House in Flintshire

Stopping in area for night so takeaway was ideal. Found this place. Food was good quantity for the money. Quality for money Is not it as sauces started to go gloopy as it went cold so unless you can get it home and down your neck within 10 mins

The veg in my salt and pepper chips taste like what it smells like when I open my food bin won’t be coming here again I heard they leave there veg out in a bucket and have. Recently had pigeons inside of the Chinese

This place is extremely hit and miss lately. Ordering online I would not recommend as the staff do not reply to you and update you on your order. Food was bang average,chips were awful. Only came as usual chinese was shut. Will definitely think of elsewhere to go next time.

Just been, absolutely fantastic food, salt and pepper box was fernominal box was wedged full of food. Wife had green peppers and beef in black been sauce and she said it was the best she's ever had. We are over from Cumbria well worth a visit and they take card which is a rarety these days. 5* service and food

We decided to order from this Chinese takeaway as we were staying local to the area. I feel it can sometimes be risky ordering from a new takeaway but this did not disappoint! Great value for money and the food was delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed our meals

I don’t usually leave reviews - in fact this is my first TripAdvisor review - but I couldn’t not after the amazing quality food we had tonight. We’ve tried pretty much every local Chinese takeaway but this one by far beats the rest. Only downside is delivery isn’t offered but honestly I can overlook that because of the food! Food was freshly made, piping hot and delicious with flavour. Prices are very reasonable and staff are lovely. Best in the area by far and will be returning. Thank you for the great service!

First time using here. Sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, chips. Food was very quick. Prawn crackers are store bought which is a first for me from a chinese. Wont be rushing back to have again, but wasnt too bad.

Got a salt & pepper prawns that was really very nice but the dry special chow mein wasnot so nice the meat was overcoked and dry but the noodles and onions and the rest of the veg where really nice it wasnot as nice as the ones i have had there before.

Usual Chinese was shut,so decided to go to fu house as heard it was nice,hadn't been for a year or so. Quite hard to get through and even make the order and when we did get through we had to repeat ourselves a number of times . Food was ready and prepared fairly quickly. Portions were of a good size amd good value for money, but still would rather other chineses.

We ordered a dinner for about 20 from Fu House for a chapel dinner and are over the moon with everything. We gave them about 2 hour notice (because of the large order) and our food was waiting and ready to the minute for picking up - wrapped and boxed, ready to go! All of the appetisers and dishes were fantastic - people were praising it the next day. We will definitely go back there - good value for the money and really good food!

We have been having our take aways from Fu House for a few years now & we are never disappointed. Friendly staff, food always ready on time, hot & delicious ! They also have a 5 star hygiene rating.

Fresh, tasty and authentic. We had the prawns with ginger, duck with vegetables, beef with OK sauce, chicken curry, salt and pepper ribs and chicken and cashew nut. Everyone enjoyed it!

Tonight I ordered Special Fried Rice and Singapore Vermicelli. Wish I'd ordered the Special Curry or Kung Po which is usually very good. Might as well have ordered plain fried rice as there was hardly any meat in either dish, save for a couple of small prawns and some very thin small pieces of beef in the vermicelli. No char sui or chicken.......very poor especially at £7.30 per dish. Would have been great if we were vegetarians, but we're not!

Best chicken curry in ages loads of chicken mushrooms onions and peas. The person who takes your order is very polite and helpful same when you pick order up.excellent value for money

Found the best chinese in the area, lovely food and great service very popular. So happy to have found a good chinese in Holywell that provides tasty food. The sweet chilli chicken is amazing and the salt and pepper chips

Absolute quality food! Hopefully they can keep the chefs there and not move them on at all? Bit of a wait for food but that tells me is freshly cooked! It’s now our go to for a Chinese in holywell? Hopefully they can start a derivery service so I can be even lazier!

Visited this eatery after being urged to do so by a friend.First impressions were good, in that the place looked bright, clean & professional, nice quality menu, and friendly attentive staff.Placed our order, and was told it would be fifteen minutes, came back fifteen minutes later, and the order was bagged and ready.Our food was spot-on, fresh, hot, and delicious, the spare-ribs were falling off the bone, and the whole meal was probably one of the best Chinese takeaway’s we’ve ever had.As we are local, we’re delighted that this little gem is on our doorstep.Definitely give this place a go, you will not be disappointed..

5 or 6 meals and everyone excellent, fresh and the meat is always tender. My girls love the boxes the fried rice comes in as well. Excellent value for money and a real bonus to Holywell ...
