Absolutely still fuming over it spent 45 pounds on our food last night and didn't eat a thing! Rang up to complain and to say we want our money back they was argumentive over the phone no customer service. The food was all bland the chicken balls was that burnt they was awful. Explained over the phone about how the food was terrible but wasn't taking any responsibility saying if the food has been touched we couldn't have our money back baring In mind you need to try the food before you know if it's not nice. I wouldn't go back here if it was the last place on earth.

First time ordering, wasn’t disappointed! Food arrived early, was piping hot and delicious and portion size was very good. Price was far better than other local restaurants too.

Just ordered 1/2 a crispy duck and it is the driest, worst duck we've ever had. So poor considering the price.

Normally we really enjoy the food from here, but tonight it wasn’t great. Crispy beef was over cooked and didn’t take off anything. Chips were cold and hard. Poppadoms where all smashed in the bag

Superfast delivery and the food was still hot, an option to tip the driver after delivery would be nice, the food was great as always from here and the portions are plenty for the money.

No prawn crackers delivered. £2.80 owed to my account. Please ensure that this amount is taken from my next order. If that is not appropriate please ask a driver to send it over

We ordered from here as our usual takeaway was closed. Everything was cooked well enough but there was little to no flavour. It was also very expensive compared to our usual. Overall I wasn’t impressed.

Absolutely shocking, ordered at 18:39 and didn’t come for over 2 hours after! Didn’t bring the curry sauce so the food tasted dry and was cold by the time it arrived! Paid £53, was definitely not worth it and won’t be ordering from here again!!

Food was almost an hour early. Was piping hot and was absolutely gorgeous. Can't recommend highly enough.

Wrong food in my order, I ordered sweet and sour and curry arrived.

Chicken chow mein was swimming in grease. Bbq sauce had no flavour. Food was awful.

A bit disappointed with the portions tbh. The ribs had barely any meat on them, the curry was about half full and I’m still hungry! Never experienced this before from Golden City so hoping it’s just a bad night… usually my favourite takeaway in Blaenau Gwent. I hope that doesn’t change !

Although we were informed it was running late, the food wasnt very nice. Peas in the fried rice were black. Chicken balls were soggy and chips were dreadful

Food order was wrong. Ended up paying more for what I ordered than what I’d actually had delivered.

Although the food arrived quickly and was very hot, I was really unhappy that the noodles and beef with mushrooms were swimming in oil. I’ve never had two dishes as greasy as these today, The chicken balls were also absolutely saturated in oil. The chips had been fried many times and were hard, not fresh at all. Very disappointed with the food quality today.

Normally love the food from here but yesterday me and my boyfriend found two hairs in the food and now this morning I’ve woke up with food poisoning .

Food was ok won ton soup was just hot water no flavour and spring rolls was dripping with fat!! Other than that it was ok

Spring rolls were really nice. Chop suey was sauce was too thick tasted like sweet and sour/kung po? Good portion of tasty ribs but not the nicest I've had. Service was good for news years eve.

Ordered at opening for 8pm delivery, arrived 8pm on the dot! With newborn twins at home this was greatly appreciated as we are on a tight schedule. Food was amazing, only comment is please list the “chicken skewers” as Satay in the Combination box. 10/10 will order again

There was problem with our food being delivered to the wrong address which was quickly rectified by the takeaway. Our replacement food arrived very quickly. Food was absolutely fine and what we expected. Portions were large and very filling.
