Mediocre food and very slow service is the norm at this cash only joint. The only stand-out is the rudeness of the staff!

Best fish and chips by a long way, cooked spot on, crunchy crisp batter and the best soft chips in tredegar, big portions but if you share it's great value. Highly recommended. Sitting here stuffed and typing !

Ordered chicken curry and chips and received a small foil tray with 8 chips half a raw onion and some chicken that looked raw, don't be ordering from there again that was disgusting and over priced

Been ordering from these for years, tried the others in Tredegar just to mix it up a bit but they ain't as good, also the best fish and chips in Tredegar.

The food is absolutely awesome, the staff are friendly. I just can't praise them highly enough. Love this place.

Wouldn't bother these used to be really good, but I placed an order at 7.40pm had to wait until 9.30pm for it to be delivered when I rung down they hung up on me twice..finally had my food only to find that there was food missing poor service food was cold won't be going back there plus they,'ve gone to expensive for the rubbish food..

There aren't enough stars to give this little takeaway. The chips are amazing as is the rest of the menu selection. The staff are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. Accommodating and cooked fresh. They also do chippy stuff. The fish is like free willy.

Delivery... What delivery!! Refused to deliver a large order and after having used this takeaway for many years WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! The owner was quite rude on the phone and hung up before I'd even finished speaking. Take your orders elsewhere.

Lovely fish and chips 😁 we try and go ther few times a month, we call the cod a shark lol very large and tasty far play 😀

We regularly order from Happy Gathering. We usually telephone order for delivery - estimated time is never exceeded and delivery driver is always pleasant. Food is always tasty, hot and cooked well. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
