The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Glasgow and Surrounding

Normally Ken Wok is great for food, however a couple of Saturdays ago, the food was pretty poor. I ordered a breast of chicken curry. The fried rice seemed hard and the chicken was tough. I thought it was a one off, gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered food again tonight and opted for boiled rice, which was fine. The breast of chicken was almost inedible it was so tough. Very disappointed, won’t go back.

Dragon Rolls, chicken Katsu Curry and prawn Guoza. The presentation was incredible, everything was made fresh to order and it tasted amazing. I can’t believe that we have this standard of Japanese food available locally. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’ve not been since they introduced the new menu then please give them another try, you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back.

Disgusting slop “ not one piece of chicken has been in a wok “ no flavouring whatsoever 🤷‍♂️ totally tasteless and dripping in oil 🤬 this was Chow Mien 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ how a restaurant with great history is getting away with this is frightening 🤦‍♂️ everything has been sitting for ages in a pot 🤬 sorry but this place should be ashamed to call themselves Chinese 🤷‍♂️

Ordered fried rice with curry nver got it foned but told i never but 100% i did as it comes up extra for 50p sent me diff thing extra not on order was nice . So ragin i never had my fried rice. U have went downhill and buisness go dwn tubes if this carryes on

I ordered honey chilli shredded chicken what a disappointment there was def no chicken.

Definitely do the basics well. Chicken curry, rice and chips is a simple order but by God these guys do it well. Top marks.

I'm not sure what you guys are getting but the hot fiery Singapore Chow mein is really really good. The potion size is great for the prize and the ratios are good. Not sure about the authenticity tho

I was really disappointed, usually amazing but the food was bad last night..

My favourite Chinese. Been ordering from here for years and never had any issues, food is always delicious and piping hot. Shop is spotless and staff are friendly. Kat loves a blether and is one of my dogs favourite humans.. tasty food and happy pooch! Win/win

I recently ordered a home delivery from the Jasmine one because my regular takeaway was on holiday. I ordered 2 x special mixed curries a beef curry and a special mixed satay, all with fried rice sides. They were all awful. The curries had oil floating on top in the containers and the satay was unlike any satay that I've ever seen.! The satay sauce came in a separate container and it had oil floating on top as well.!!! It was also a lot more expensive than my usual takeaway. I will definitely not be using this restaurant again.....very poor.!

I've always found clarkston jasmine's food to be tasty and still nice and warm.

Says open until 10:30pm which is a lie. Change your hours.
