Great food, good price. bit disappointed about the delivery time from a restaurant 10 mins from my house.

Food was nice.. took 2 1/2 hours to come.

Every chicken dish was overcooked and dry, the chicken satay was the worse. The chicken wings came soggy and the lemon chicken sauce was bland. The duck, rice and noodles were nice but the rest wasn’t. For the price we paid it wasn’t worth it

Food was absolutely delicious, fist time using Jasmin One and I will defos be back.

Really went downhill, the chicken was not cooked properly. Chips were not cooked properly. Please avoid. Really hope more people will add their reviews to show how bad this place really is. Staff are Lovely and polite. Food quality is poor for the area in which they operate.

I felt the starter was expensive for 6 very small chicken wings. The main course was tasteless although it was a good sized helping.

Order took 2 and a half hours to be sent out and it arrived tepid, chicken balls were soggy and the Singapore chow mein is as bland as it could be

Order took almost 2 hours to arrive despite only being a 5-10 minute drive away. Also no dipping sauce for either of the dumplings.

Curry was congealed, the king prawns swimming in grease and with a vinegar rather than chilli sauce . . Munchy box had too many chips and not enough chicken etc. food was also cold

Love the restaurant but takeaway food can be a let down sometimes. Hopefully this will be taken as constructive feedback. Their Chicken and Sweetcorn soup is watery and bland, the base stock needs to be improved. Their curry sauce is also bland, and can be too gloomy. However Their satay sauce is superb.

chips where tasteless & soggy. the chicken balls where cut up & put in a foil container which made them soggy. not the best & won't order again.

Ordered delivery 13/02/2025 just before 9pm. No delivery appeared. Couldn't call to enquire as they had either closed or wouldn't answer the phone. Normally love this place but will take my business elsewhere from now on. Would have been satisfied if they had called to advise delivery wouldn't happen so I could order elsewhere.

Not fresh. Got mucnhie box and essentially was served a box of chips.

ordered at 5:40 didn't turn up until 7:10, it was the wrong order. phoned them was told they'd go to the other address get the food off them and bring it to me, told them I didn't want it if it had been delivered to someone else. Driver turns up says he has my order it wasn't delivered to wrong house he had it in his car and would give it to me if I gave him wrong order back, he then drove away without giving me my order. no idea what the food is like but the service is atrocious

Ordered from here last night at around half 5, no kind of food got here until 7. However, about 10 minutes before this just eat said it had been delivered. So we rang them up and they said that that was a mistake and the driver still had our order. Ok. So then this guy turns up about 10 minutes later and hands us "our" dinner and saying stuff like "this your order" "you enjoy". So after this we took it into the kitchen to eat as we were starving, and when we opened it it wasn't our bloody order! Then phoned back for a refund and said it has to be done through just eat. However they also said that they knew who had our actual order and they'd go back to that person's house to collect it! We rejected because we didn't want to have food that was sitting in someone else's house. Then the driver returned to us and wanted the order he had given to us back! So we have him it and he then claimed he had the order in his car. He went into his car, waited there for about 5 minutes, done a 3 point turn, then drove away! He never returned with our order. This place, and ESPECIALLY the driver need to get their act together. The driver clearly doesn't have a clue what he's doing and was acting like he didn't know if it was new year or new york. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs, or if you do go, collect in person so you don't have to deal with their cretin of a delivery driver! Never again, and moreso not appreciative either of the fact they couldn't get their lies straight about whether it had been delivered to someone else or if the driver still had it. If you are going to lie, at least do it right!

The beef satay was absolutely vile. I had one piece. Literally. The food was an hour late and no apologies. I received a message saying “enjoy your food” and the food never arrived. They informed me (after I called 4 times) that a car broke down. Absolutely lied on the phone.

Nice Chinese restaurant that has been here for decades. Take away tends to be pretty busy so delivery can take a while at times.

Food was good for the most part pretty disappointed by the chicken balls and curry sauce because they come in the same container and it just made so soggy and grim was pretty inedible wouldn’t have ordered it if i knew they came in the same container should probably clarify that in future

After waiting 10 mins after the agreed time made me pay for a pre paid order and then gave me the wrong food. Promised to give me a full refund for the hassle which then refused to do. To compound matters further when I picked up my new order it was cold. Will not be going back for their poor food and awful service.

after an hour and a half of placing order, app said food had been delivered when it had not. called restaurant to be told it was on the way. App changed to" on its way "with an updated ETA +30 min ,called 30 min after that to be told it was on its way(still?) food arrived 20 min after that. ordered at approx 17:40 food arrived at 20:15!!. chips were definitely reheated curry was ok food was warm not hot. won't use again sorry.

Ordered a collection for 5pm. Got a message to say it was ready at 5pm. Sat waiting for 55 minutes until it was ready at 5.50pm. Then got home and two dishes were missing. Phoned the shop and got shouted at by the lady in charge accusing me of lying and that she had checked my order? Rubbish customer service and was told to get a refund from JustEat. No apology 😂

We were delighted by our meal this evening. Five of us ordered a variety of dishes including black bean chicken, prawn satay and chicken fried rice. The order arrived nearly half an hour early and was hot and delicious. We can definitely recommend the set menu for one, including pancake roll, chicken and sweetcorn soup, sweet and spurt chicken with fried rice, and of course a banana fritter in syrup, all for only £11.

Ordered collection - when got home order wrong and told Jasmine One can't issue a refund from "their" website because "not their website". Food was poor, tasteless and felt like reheats. Will not use again beyond poor. Picture is what was being passed as salt & chilli chips ...........

Pedí una comida para llevar a través de comer. La entrega tardó casi 2 horas y cuando llegó las patatas fritas estaban mal cocidas y frías por lo que tuvo que ser arrojado. He utilizado el restaurante para la entrega en varias ocasiones, pero no creo que lo volveré a utilizar. Estoy muy decepcionado de esto porque su comida es generalmente buena, pero incluso el arroz estaba empezando a enfriarse, pero no se aconseja recalentar el arroz

The woman who took our order is incredible at her job and deserves a raise. The food was impeccable, and came earlier than expected.

Terrible service staff very ignorant and manager very cheeky xmas day was a shambles and half our guests never got there dinner had to get it in takeaway tubs we were there for 3.40hours and only had our starters they were that slow never had pudding or teas or coffee manager never even came to appaulageies because I payed the bill up front so they didn't care they already had been paid for the 10 of us never again will any one I know go to the jasmin one in giffnock again we normally go every xmas.

I ordered king prawn chow mein which turned out to be a portion of noodles and some prawns. No veg or any sauce with it. Dry and tasteless.

Food is delicious, with generous portions and reasonably priced. What lets them down is overbooking ; they are on numerous apps; just eat, Uber eats, deliveroo and scoffable. The restaurant needs to have realistic delivery and collection times. Our order was confirmed as being ready for collection at 6.12 pm on Tuesday and we had to wait in the reception area along with another six disgruntled customers. Our food wasn't ready until after 6.55 pm. The staff were apologetic, but the service is overshadowing the food.

Giffnock está lleno de grandes lugares para comer. Lamentablemente este no es uno de ellos. El interior es drab, aburrido y anticuado. La alfombra es pegajosa, al igual que la barandilla sucia que conduce a los baños de abajo. El personal era lo suficientemente amable y el servicio era rápido, pero la comida era pobre. A juzgar por la mirada cansada del lugar jugué seguro con bolas de pollo. ¡Es la primera vez que me las sirven todas cortadas! Pedimos tres porciones de arroz y nos dieron dos (pero cobramos por tres). Tennents aparece como cerveza de barril por pinta, pero era una lata vertida en un vaso. Y ni una pinta puede en eso. Fue un error visitar este lugar. .

waited 2hrs 45mins for food. when originally ordered was told would be 70mins max. then order complete changed to 1hr 45mins. food FINALLY arrived 2hrs 45mins later

Beef wasn't great but the rest of the food was nice

Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered. I went in to eat and ordered 3 starters. She told me I had to order a main course. I said I didn’t want one be cause that’s plenty of food. She said I could just add some noodles or chips to my order as it had to spend £20 after 5pm (it was actually like 10 to when I walked in which made it even dumber but by the time she said those words it was bang on 5pm so I couldn’t argue). I was the only person in there so it’s not like I was taking up table space they needed. Worse still, she pointed out the pre-theatre menu and said I could order from that, a two course meal containing only one of the items I wanted and a lot of stuff I didn’t, for £15.90. Less than the cost of the order I wanted which was £18 odd. I once got a take away from here which wasn’t good but after seeing so many reviews saying take aways are rubbish but eating in is good I thought I’d give it a try. Guess I’ll never know as I’m never gonna be hungry enough to eat £20 worth of food by myself

First time visit. Absolutely delightful food and a surprisingly spacious, quiet space to enjoy the meal. The staff's service was excellent, without being intrusive or sales. We will be back.

No stars for service because it’s dreadful and uncomfortable to wait for takeout. 2 dishes took 40 mins!! Untrained ordering staff, rude, not friendly in the slightest and distinct lack of understanding of good customer service. Absolutely appalling, won’t be back.

We order from here religiously - shamefully maybe 2/3 times a week 🫣 the food is just so delicious and they always give us prawn crackers and fortune cookies! Thank you ! 🤩 our go to Chinese for a while now

Nearly 2 hours for deliver and was cold on arrival

Delivery time didn’t update for about 10 minutes after the later time. Had to walk up the street to meet the driver. Food was cold by the time I received it.

Wouldn't recommend as a takeaway but dinning in the restaurant is superb. They do an insane Foo yung not many places can execute this dish. Used to go here with my mum for lunch and even had my father's wake here in 2008. Food dinning in the restaurant is amazing. Staff are very alternative. And they are very accommodating when I took my baby daughter in here. Overall I love this Chinese restaurant. Would highly recommend this restaurant to dine in.

Conducir por Giffnock se detuvo para encontrar un lugar para comer. Pensé que le daríamos una oportunidad a este lugar, no es mi mejor opción. El personal era lo suficientemente amable, el lugar estaba limpio, bonita decoración pero muy tranquilo. Pedidos de bebidas y comida rápidamente tomados. Mains llegó rápido, mi Singapore Chom Mein estaba sabroso, razonablemente presentado, sin embargo, el arroz frito de ternera de mi acompañante no era impresionante, parece una pila de papilla con algunos trozos muy secos de carne a través de ella. Ella mordisqueó pero no me dejó quejarme. No es una gran visita y no uno que recomendaría.

Really good order. Everything was piping hot and fresh. Batter on salt and chilli chicken was crisp and not at all greasy. Really enjoyed it!
