Subway in East Renfrewshire

good selection of bread and fillings to be put into a sandwich. located nicely within the town centre can be quite busy at times if the nearest schools are on lunch.

Worst subway av been to got a Tuna sub they put one scoop on the sub and a tiny bit of lettuce that wouldn't even be enough for a rabbit then like 2 wee bits of onion it's a joke charge u 9 pound odd to give u basically nothing on a sub worst subway av been to and that's saying something cause u get some nasty places but this is for sure the worst

I don t usually do that. But I have to say that is the rudest and impolite staff I have ever met.

Shocking service. Place was meant to close at 7pm. Went in at 6:45 to get one sub. The shutters were 1/4 down, door was open. I walked in and they told me they were closed. I said it says 7pm on your door and on google. Then the short blonde hair girl behind the counter just said “yeah it says that but the ovens off and we’re actually closed!” She just wanted a quick finish.they’ve switched the light off at 18:53. Still here while I write this. Afternoon staff are usually brilliant. Concerned who’s running it at nights. 24/10/22

Quick and efficient good salad selection

Like a subway now and again, bit expensive for family of four, fast food wise. Would it kill them to butter the roll, this is Scotland man we like a butterd roll.

Every few months different staff but most are all ways nice and friendly, 90% of the time its female staff who work in my local subway.

Food always fresh and enjoyable.

Come here with the kids for lunch quite regularly, staff are nice, treat the kids well and listen to them when they order. Food has been on point recently, my son says "this Subway is always delicious no cap".

You get what u order Everytime. Consistent.

Steak +cheese toasted with everything never let's u down.

I enjoyed going for lunch with my 2 daughters.I had a nice latte and I love the cookies 🍪 😋 from subway. My daughters enjoyed there 6inch subs and a ice cold drink.The serve was good 👍

Ordered from just eat and the order went though, then got a call saying that they never had my order, do I want to change, I said no , just a full refund thanks, as I didn't want want they were offering, they said that they couldn't do that and completely misheard what I said and tried to say I swore which I 100% never , now I can get if people (think) that someone swore at them they could be upset and I said I hope this is being recorded as I 100% never swore but she continues to be aggressive, me and all the family (did) use this restaurant, but will now never be back , there treatment to customers is absolutely shocking., think more trying is needed .

Stand in queue outside told only order through app accepted. Called and told yes can order outside then when asked why was I told no was told I didn’t say that. Need to keep it consistent not an employee over the age of 25 in sight usual rubbish customer service from this company

Didn't get food. Wanted me to order with and app and wait 20 minutes when the shop wasn't busy. I was on my lunch from work so I went next door to Greg's

We used the subway barrhead for our lunch today.the staff were fantastic, Emma was so helpful,very clean,and tidy,ppe all in order,most of all food was fantastic.fully recommend this subway..THANKS SUBWAY. THANKS EMMA AND STAFF.

visit subway quite regular for a quick bite to eat. Most of the staff are really nice, Emma, Angela & Shannon are always really helpful and pleasant. the food is just standard subway foods but they are good if you want something nice and fresh

Still a great local sandwich restaurant. I’ve gone vegan now so get the vegan meatless meatball marinara sub with vegan cheese. It’s amazing. Kids got loads of choices. Friendly staff and spotless as always. Can’t complain!

The foods good, the staff great but place a wee bit untidy.

I love subway. Have mostly had nothing but good experiences on here, However this shop is in need of a clean and also of some staff who have had "customer service" training.

I normally drop in for lunch and the shop is always clean, friendly and more importantly great food. This week I discovered they do justeat so ordered for our office as it was raining lol. We bought 8 subs between us, some cookies and drinks. The subs were awesome as always and it arrived really quickly. I still prefer a wee walk down the Main Street to get my sub at lunchtime but still good to know we can order deliveries now!

I got a sub today, the bread was stale and flaking off everywhere. In took the sandwich back to the counter and asked for another one. The girl pulled out a new baguette and cut it. This one was not much better. I gave up and went next door to Gregg's. The tables were covered in wrappers and crumbs, obviously not been cleaned. One of the girls serving was rather unfriendly too. Not a good experience and I will not be back. Another con to subway as a whole, is the establishment boasts a healthier choice for lunch fast food, the menu as a whole is good however there is a very poor choice for healthier drinks, the majority is fizzy with the choice of water, a bland flavour drink or tiny bottles suitable for a kids meal.

Stadd lovely sits in a busy area on main st and the service is outstanding fast and efficient many different things to add and order any changes required stafd happy to help

Came here one day with my sister. The woman who served us was so rude because we didn't order quick enough because her friend was waiting to be served behind us. She wanted us to hurry for them. Even to the point asking us "you had all that time to think what you wanted" Apart from that food is good.

basic subway, depressing but standard food and cleanliness

Lovely healthy subs. Veggie delite and a flatbread. The staff were really friendly and the shop was really clean despite the fact the shop was busy. Will be back again tomorrow
